SUBSTANCE: plant includes mobile chassis with a frame, on which one or several hydraulic jacks of one mast end equipped with rotary lever and made for guiding pipes into the inclined wellhead, a mast post for mechanical locking of the mast at an angle, a traveling mechanism with a crown block and a block for lifting the pipes on the mast, a pulling winch for lifting pipes along mast from the well, a support beam assembly of the mast screw jack for orienting the mast relative to the wellhead, support ramps of the plant at the well under the chassis and jacks connected to frame and configured to support on the ramp and lifting on the frame from chassis with fixation in working position. The frame is in the form of an assembly consisting of fixed and movable parts relative to the chassis. Movable part of the frame on which the mast base and hydraulic jacks are mounted is mounted on the fixed frame for limited longitudinal movement by means of jacks connecting parts of the frame. The fixed part of the frame is connected with the rear and the front jacks through a telescopic beam for limited transverse movement by means of side jacks which connect the telescopic beam and the fixed part of the frame. The mast for powered lowering of the pipe string into the well is additionally equipped with one or several winches, which lower support is located on the fixed part of the frame, and the free end is equipped with a mechanism for catching the upper end of the pipe string lowered into the well. Each jack is a combination of hydraulic and mechanical hoist for fixing the fixed part of the frame at a required height relative to the supporting ramps.

Feeding elements comprise helical surfaces, by means of which bars are supported in the accumulating device. The required feeding motion is developed by means of feeding elements rotation around their axis of rotation. The accumulating device for bars additionally comprises a displacement facility, which provides for the possibility of bars displacement from the accumulating device into a boring line or a bolt jointing line, i.e. to the centre and back. The displacement device is additionally equipped with a gripping device for bars gripping.

EFFECT: simplicity, reliability, ease of control and transfer to automatic mode, small dimensions and weight of equipment.

SUBSTANCE: telescopic mechanical support has a stem with an eye (for hinged connection with a lower platform), an outer body with journals for hinged connection on the upper platform. The stem is equipped with slots arranged at the specified distance from each other along the entire length. Slots are arranged along a radius of a rotary shift coupled with the stem and a long key hole. An intermediate body is put coaxially onto the stem. The body is equipped with a rotary shaft, having a slot arranged along a radius of a stem coupled with it at an angle of 90, a finger, a fixator, against which a finger of the rotary shaft rests during its rotation, excluding spontaneous disengagement of a mechanical support against vibration, and also a screw dowel and a support cover. Also on the body there are slots (as on the stem) arranged along the radius of the rotary shaft coupled with it. They are arranged at the specified distance from each other along the entire intermediate body. On the body, in its turn, there is an outer body equipped with a shaft, a finger and a fixator.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: present invention offers a slingshot substructure of mobile drilling rig. In one exemplary version disclosed is a slingshot substructure of drilling rig including foundation with a fixed drill floor mounted thereon, the upper surface of the drilling floor is rigidly fixed on the working height above the foundation for drilling operation at well location at the drilling site. Besides, the composition also includes raising floor made with possibility of installation in lowered transport position for the slingshot substructure transportation to drilling site and lifting into working position, adjacent with a fixed drilling floor for drilling. Elevation of the upper surface of raising floor below elevation upper surface of fixed drilling floor, when raising the floor is installed in lower transport position. Present invention discloses a method of handling the slingshot substructure for mobile drilling rig, wherein the slingshot substructure is moved in horizontal direction above the well head equipment, so that a part of the equipment passes through the pit zone of slingshot substructure under the fixed drilling floor and sideways through the open side of slingshot substructure.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency for slant drilling rig in assembly, lifting and moving the drilling rig between neighboring wells during cluster drilling.

SUBSTANCE: system for manipulating the drill rods comprises a clamping unit that is rotatable and axially movable in x, y and z directions during rod transportation. The clamping unit comprises: rod grips for engaging and holding a first rod to be moved to the drilling rig; a conveyer for moving the clamping unit from the position of rod collection to the position for connecting rods on the drilling rig, so that in said rod connection position the first rod is axially aligned with the drill string; a centering tool mounted on clamping unit by means of an elongated connector. The centering tool includes a pair of centering jaws. At least one of the jaws is movable to allow the jaws to open and close around the first rod. A portion of said jaws in closed state forms a connecting section and guide neck projecting radially outward from one end of connecting section portion for guiding the axial centering of the connecting section relative to a second rod forming the end of the drill string in order to ensure centered connection of the first and second rods within the connecting section. The clamping unit comprises a support frame mounted on the conveyor and a carriage moved axially relative to the support frame.

The clamping assembly comprises a frame and a slide, suspended on the frame with a possibility of axial sliding relative to the frame. The slide includes rod grippers to grip and hold the end rod. The slide is displaced axially on the frame rail using at least one displacement element, to resist the axial displacement of the slide forward or backward relative to the frame. The end rod is additionally rotated in the release direction by means of rod grippers for additional disconnection of the end rod from the drill string and the relative axial position of the slide on the frame is controlled using at least one sensor to determine the release of the screw connection and rod separation from the drill string through slide and end rod axial displacement relative to the frame.
