SUBSTANCE: application head in additive manufacturing may include a material feeding device, consisting of the first feeding device for applying the first parent material to the growth surface, of the second feeding device for applying the second parent material to the growth surface and an electromagnetic energy source for directing the electromagnetic energy to the growth surface. The electromagnetic energy is used to form a melt zone on the growth surface, and the melt zone can include at least one of such materials as a molten first parent material and a molten second parent material, while the first parent material and the second parent material have a different structure.
EFFECT: possibility of layer-by-layer manufacturing of both high-quality or miniature and large structural features without sacrificing the performance of the application and reducing the subsequent machining of a three-dimensional product.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a light-sensitive negative polymer composition comprising (a) an epoxy group-containing compound, (b) a first onium salt containing a structure of a cationic part of formula (b1) , and a structure of an anionic part of formula (b2) , and (c) a second onium salt containing a structure of a cationic part of formula (c1) , and a structure of an anionic part of formula (c2) . The invention also discloses a thin structure obtained from said composition and a method for making said thin structure, as well as a liquid ejector head in which said thin structure is used.

SUBSTANCE: ink container is detachably mounted to the printing device, to which a plurality of ink containers is detachably mounted. The printing device comprises a device antenna, the ink container comprises a container antenna communicating with the device antenna without physical contact between them. The information storage unit provides storage of at least individual information of the container for liquid. The container also has a light emitting unit and a controller for controlling light emission of the light emitting unit in response to a correspondence between the signal indicating the individual information supplied through the device antenna, and the information stored in the information storage unit.
EFFECT: ensuring possibility of providing the user with preliminary information associated with the ink container before closing the lid.

SUBSTANCE: recording head consists of a base for recording elements equipped with a recording element and a scheme made with a possibility to control actuation of recording elements. Besides, the recording head has a wiring element capable to provide a wiring layer, which has the first group of a variety of terminals and the second group of a variety of terminals and a variety of signal lines that may connect terminals of the first group with terminals of the second group. At that the variety of signal lines include a power supply line, an earthing line and at least the first and second signal lines, and at the wiring layer the linear structure connected to one power supply line or earthing line is located along the first and second signal lines.
EFFECT: potential reducing of noise level in the wiring of high-frequency signals with maintenance of sizes for the wiring element.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packing equipment, machine building and instrument making, particularly, to direct-action printers, and aims at increasing printer rate and decreasing its sizes. Proposed laser matrix printers uses the line of, at least, five laser emitters for scanning the image pattern over its height, discrete single-emitter diode lasers, and integral optical system. Data line printing is performed by burning off of label or package surface layer points of image pattern perplexing in colour or shade relative to underlayer or substrate.
EFFECT: higher security against counterfeit, decreased sizes and simplified design.
SUBSTANCE: ink cartridge includes the ink supply port formed at a location shifted to one side of the wall forming the container body; the positioning protruding part formed on one wall outside the two opposite walls, adjacent to the wall. Moreover, the position of the upper surface and the side part of the protruding part is adjustable, when the cartridge is installed in the printing device. The lever formed on the other wall outside the two walls in the normal position is tilted outwards and has a protrusion, which is forcibly displaced outwards, when the cartridge is installed in the printing device. The electrodes connected to the storage device that stores information about the ink contained in the ink container, are formed on the positioning protruding part.
EFFECT: simplified position adjustment of the electrode group and a decrease of the storage size of the cartridges in an inkjet recording device.

SUBSTANCE: mechanism for head elements functioning checking in a printer equipped with a head containing multiple head elements has a controller controlling the switch for selective connection of the resistor element envisaged in each head element to the resistor element. The testing power supply source supplies test voltage to the serial circuit composed of the testing resistor element and the resistor element. The split voltage measurement unit measures spit voltage of the serial circuit composed of the testing resistor element and the resistor element in response to the controller control signal.
EFFECT: simplification of means for detection of faulty elements of the thermal printer without their heating during cheek for failures; provision for the possibility to determine the total quantity of elements of the head installed in the printer.

FIELD: printing industry.
SUBSTANCE: printing head for ink-jet printing comprises multiple heat-supplying parts and multiple feed channels, besides, each of heat-supplying parts is equipped with ink from at least one feed channel and ejects supplied ink from an according ejecting hole due to application of heat energy of an element of direction conversion of electric energy into thermal one. Size of feed channel holes in direction perpendicular to direction of matrix of heat-supplying parts is made bigger that length in direction of elements of direct conversion of electric energy into thermal one. Feed channels are arranged along the matrix direction so that they are close to heat-supplying parts in direction of the matrix.
EFFECT: increased efficiency due to higher frequency of ink ejection and prevention of cross links among multiple heat-supplying parts, which makes it possible to print high-quality images with high speed.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ink-jet printers, namely to ink container with possibility of detection of ink residue in container and to printing devices. Ink container includes part (5, 25, 35) containing ink (6) and optic detection device for detection of presence or absence of ink (6) in ink-containing part (5, 25, 35); at that, optic detection device includes: light-reflecting part (3) located so that light (12) which is emitted on the outside of ink-containing part (5, 25, 35) is transmitted through ink-containing part (5, 25, 35) when ink is available in ink-containing part (5, 25, 35), and emitted light (12) is reflected with light-reflecting part (3) when ink is not available in ink-containing part (5, 25, 35), and luminescent material (4) located so that luminescent material (4) is excited with light (17) which was reflected with light-reflecting part (3) when ink is not available in ink-containing part (5, 25, 35), and emits light (18) having wave length (λ2) which is different from wave length (λ1) of emitted light (12).
EFFECT: higher reliability and accuracy of control of residual ink in container with the use of optic ink detection method.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of sheets in a printing device. The device comprises a mechanism causing an object motion, a unit for collecting information related to value of mechanism excitation, a sensor to grip an object surface with the purpose to collect data of an image, a processing module to process the first data of the image and the second data of the image collected by the sensor at various moments of time, and a control unit to control the mechanism on the basis of information on motion received with the help of the processing module. At the same time the processing module cuts a template of the image of the area of the first data of the image, limits the range of searching in the second data of image, within which such information is sought for on the basis of information collected by the unit of information collection, searches for a similar area within the limited range of searching in the second data of the image and receives information on the object movement on the basis of the position link between the image template in the first data of the image and the similar area in the second data of the image.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to move a sheet with higher speed and also to receive information on its movement for a short period of time.

FIELD: printing industry; production of the thermographic printers.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the thermographic printers. The printing device uses the consumable material providing the image carrying tape and the carrying tag containing the information on the parameters identifying at least one template suitable for the label printing on the image carrying tape. At that the printing device contains: the printing device for image printing; the tag readout tool made with the capability to receive the indicated information on the template from the tag through the non-contact connection in the form of the electromagnetic waves; and the processor made with the capability to receive the indicated information on the template and to control the operation of the printing device for printing of the label according to the at least one indicated template. The printing device also uses the consumable material providing the substrate carrying a set of the beforehand formed labels. The printing device may have the display. The printing device may use the consumable material containing the material of the thermal transition and the carrying tag containing the information on the parameters identifying the properties of the thermal transition material. At that the printing device will contain the rewinding tool for the thermal transmission material winding up after its usage and the processor has the additional capability to control the torque value, using which the rewinding rewinds the material tuff of the thermal transition depending on the indicated information. The consumable material contains the image carrying tape and the carrying tag containing the information on the parameters identifying at least one template for printing the label on the tape. At that the tag is made with the capability of the information transmission through the non-contact connection in the form of the electromagnetic waves. The consumable material contains the material of the thermal transition and carries the tag containing the information the information on the parameters, which provides the control over the torque value, with which the material is coiled up in the printer. At the consumable material has the transmitter for transmission of the information through the non-contact connection in the form of the electromagnetic waves. The consumable material may also contain the image carrying substrate, which carries the marks, which allow to control the usage of the tape. The invention also presents the combination composed of the printing device and the consumable material, which contains the image carrying tag containing the information on the parameters identifying the tape width and the information of its condition status including the quantity of the remaining tape in the consumable material. Usage of the tag on the consumable material allows do not use the microprocessor on the tape cassette and to transmit the information without losses, and also ensures the recording of the changeable information back in the store and to introduce the information with the high density.

SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to a method of printing allowing protection of printing materials against counterfeit reprints, for instance in fabrication of banknotes, shares, checks, and other valuable paper documents. Invention provides printing liquid for printing through narrow nozzles onto objects, in particular when fabricating banknotes, shares, and checks, which liquid comprises carrying medium and nanoparticles of metal salts in the form of crystalline solid particles having average diameter less than 300 nm, which fluorescent and phosphorescent when excited by UV emission of the A, B, or C band, or visual light, while emitted fluorescent and phosphorescent waves do not lie in the visual light frequency region and excitation frequency region and emission frequency region are shifted in frequency scale. Nanoparticles contain enhancing additives of at least one type having excitation and emission frequency ranges corresponding to fluorescence and phosphorescence. Provided is also printing method including injecting of above-described liquid(s) through one or several narrow nozzles, which are regulated individually or by groups in relation to availability or lack of printing liquid and in relation to duration or intensity of flowing of printing liquid. Printing method is either piezoelectric method or jet printing one. Employment of proposed liquid for ink-pots and object marking, in particular when fabricating banknotes, shares, and checks involving printing equipment provided with one or several narrow nozzles is also described.

SUBSTANCE: recording device for recording using a head cartridge contains a carriage, on which the head cartridge is mounted, which moves together with the head cartridge, first detection means, meant for detecting carriage movement, second detection means, meant for determining, whether the carriage and the head cartridge are electrically connected, and differentiation device, meant for determining incorrect setup of head cartridge on the carriage, when the first detection means, after installation of head cartridge on the carriage, also does not detect an electric connection between the carriage and the head cartridge. In another variant of realization of recording device, if second detection means, after operation of installation of head cartridge onto the carriage, does not detect electric connection between the carriage and the head cartridge, the carriage is moved at slower speed compared to the case when the second detection means detects presence of electric connection between them.
EFFECT: device allows to detect incorrect setup of recording head on the carriage without using a sensor specifically intended for that and without a complex mechanism.

The said tank lateral locking appliance incorporates a guiding slot to direct locking pin on fitting tank in the mounting appliance and withdrawing the tank therefrom. Note that the guide slot comprises a locking part to contact the said locking pin in controlling the tank displacement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of printer cartridge filling. Method of cartridge filling by pouring of toner from vessel consists in the following: directly before toner is poured toner density is increased to 0.8-0.9 g/cm3. Device for cartridge filling successively contains bunker for toner storage, chamber for toner supply, chamber of toner densification, equipped with input opening for connection with output of toner supply chamber, output opening for connection with opening in cartridge cavity. Bunker from below is provided with opening for toner pouring. Chamber for toner supplying is equipped with mechanism for toner supplying. Parametres of input, output openings, distance between openings of chamber for toner densification are chosen from conditions of reaching toner density on output of chamber of toner densification, before poring it into cartridge and/or during pouring, equal 0.8-0.9 g/cm3. Density is determined by following ratio: P2=P1×XL=P1×[K/(S1×S2)]L, where P2 - toner density on output of toner densification chamber, P1 - toner density on input of chamber of toner densification. X- coefficient of toner densification, S1 - area of passage section on input of toner densification chamber, S2 - area of passage section on output of toner densification chamber, L - distance between openings S1 and S2, K=12-35.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce filling time and not to pollute surrounding premises.

Device for liquid flow regulation contains body, which contains: bottom, which has internal side and external side, input opening, opened into internal side of bottom and located in flowing connection with connecting element, wall, which passes on perimetre and projects from internal side of bottom, projection, which passes from internal side of bottom and provided with output opening, groove, made on external side of bottom and being in flowing connection with output opening, lid adjoining wall passing on perimeter elastic element, placed between lid and internal side of bottom and element, which ensures compulsory displacement, placed between lid and plastic element, and shifting elastic element to projection.
EFFECT: in system of ink supply hydraulic resistance of flowing canal reduces, providing possibility to supply large volume of ink.
