SUBSTANCE: structural element of a bearing element includes a main body (2) and a hole (3) formed in the main body (2), where internal bearing surface is made. The inner bearing surface has a diamond coating (4). The diamond coating (4) has elongated recesses (42) which are provided in the diamond coating (4) and pass substantially in the longitudinal direction (X-X) of the hole. The width (B) of the elongated recesses (42) is smaller than the average width of diamond crystals (41) of the diamond coating (4).

EFFECT: creation of a structural element of the bearing that provides a very long service life and minimal friction at start.

FIELD: wood working industry.

SUBSTANCE: plain bearing is made from compressed impregnated wood with a radial arrangement of fibres and uniform density along the whole section and contains greasing in amount 7-8% from the wood mass, and metal inclusion. The wood of the bearing contains nano-crystalline cellulose in the amount 0.5-0.8% from the wood mass, and the metal inclusion is implemented as a continuous nickel film in amount 4-6% from the wood mass with the width 0.8 mcm, covering internal surface of wood completely. The method of manufacture of the named plain bearing is also offered which comprises the manufacture of segments (4) of compressed impregnated wood with a radial arrangement of fibres and radiuses of rounding of the future bearing, application of glue, installation into auxiliary cartridge clip (1), pressing through a cone (2) with a cone angle (2), allowing to increase a density up to the value 1350 kg/m3 minimum, glue solidification and, if necessary, machining job along an internal diameter with a minimum rough tolerance.

EFFECT: improvement of quality of a plain bearing and decrease of manufacture complexity.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of CuFe2P in sleeve bearing or as material of sleeve bearing, with CuFe2P representing copper alloy, which contains 2.1-2.6 wt % Fe, 0.05-0.2 wt % Zn 0.015-0.15 wt % P, to 0.03 wt % Pb and to 0.2% of other additives. Invention additionally relates to composite material (1) of sleeve bearing, which contains support layer (2) and bearing metal layer (3) based on CuFe2P with Fe2P particles formed on it (4).

EFFECT: creation of sleeve bearing material, which has advantages of copper-based materials, in which it is possible to refuse from application of lead and which has good workability and excludes bearing cramping, in addition, material of sleeve bearing was easily produced and applied on usual support layers, with application of CuFe2P resulting in sleeve bearings with high heat conductivity and good mechanic properties.

SUBSTANCE: sleeve is made from composite polymer anti-friction material on the basis of polyamide containing carbon fibre or a mixture of carbon fibre with glass fibre as a fibrous filler. In addition, the material contains chaotic carbon nanotubes in the form of single-layer, multi-layer graphite planes with the number of layers of 2 to 70 or inserted into each other and bent into a tube; outside diameter of carbon nanotubes is 0.1 to 100 nm, and their length is 1 to 70 mcm. As a base, the material also contains polyamide mixture with 20-40 wt % of polyethylene caproamide. As material base polyamide, there used is polyamide 6, or Kaprolon B or Ertalon; content of fibre glass in its mixture with carbon fibre of fibrous filler of composite polymer anti-friction material is 3.48 to 10.5 wt % at the following component ratio, wt %: carbon fibre or a mixture of carbon fibre and fibre glass 9.7-42.4; carbon nanotubes 0.05-0.55; polyamide is the rest - up to 100%.

EFFECT: increasing sleeve service life due to considerable reduction of intensity of linear wear of a working layer of sliding at friction on polished steel pair from steel 40X, increasing stability of friction coefficient at friction on the material of counter body from steel 40X, and improving breaking stress at tension, preserving Charpy impact strength on specimens without any notch at simultaneous maintenance of the specified limit of compressive strength, as well as low friction coefficient at increase of its stability.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of wear-proof antifriction self-lubricating alloy with larger amount of alloy. Pulverised powders of Al-40Sn-composition are pelletised and sintered in inert atmosphere at 590-615°C for 90-30 min. Sintered pellet is subjected to equal-channel angular extrusion at invariable position of deformation plane.

EFFECT: high mechanical and tribotechnical properties at steel friction in the absence of lubrication.

SUBSTANCE: sleeve is made from composite polymer antifriction polyamide-based material containing a mixture of carbon fibre and glass fibre, as well as a powder filler as a fibrous filler. As a material base, it contains polycaproamide or mixture of polycaproamide with 20-40 wt % of polyethylene caproamide. As carbon fibre, the material contains carbon fibre obtained from high-molecular hydrocellulose fibre; content of glass fibre in the mixture is 3.48 to 10.5 wt %. As powder filler, the material contains colloid-graphite solution with particle sizes of 400 to 4000 nm, or silicon oxide in the form of marshalite or colloidal silica with particle sizes of 400 to 8000 nm. Sleeve material contains components in the following ratio, wt %: mixture of carbon fibre and glass fibre 28.5-43.0; powder filler 1.4-3.2; mineral oil 1.0-2.0; polymer matrix is the rest (up to 100%).

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing anti-friction layer of sleeve half-bearing consists in oversized boring after sleeve casting and its plastic deformation. Plastic deformation is made within the range of recrystallisation temperature of matrix alloy phase, but not exceeding the temperature of melting of disperse phases at average speed of deformation 10-2≤ε≤10 s-1. Deformation is made in several transitions with changing of direction by transitions to opposite one. Deformation is done by tool, the material, thermal processing and roughness of which corresponds to the material of shaft neck joined with the bearing.

EFFECT: increase of product wear-resistance due to creation of small grain structure of top layer, provision of positive gradient of mechanical properties by depth, reduction of surface roughness due to smoothing microroughnesses by breaking-in roller and reduction of material wearing-in period.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of parts by coiling in machine building. Proposed process consists in brass 1-2 mm deep tape with grooves pre-rolled on its working surface and filled with solid-lubricant graphitized polymerizing material is wound, turn-to-turn, onto mandrel to get a tubular workpiece. Then, solids of revolution are placed thereat and locked by anaerobic material. Friction units are cut off over antifriction bearing width.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the system for use in the hydrostatic bearing (10) of the rolling mill to remove laminar oil flow leaving tangentially the clearance between the rotating support bushing (12) and fixed inserts (18) surrounding the bushing (12). The system contains limiting surfaces interacting with bushing (12) and insert (18) to set the ring chamber (40a) intended for reception of the tangential output laminar flow. Blades (42) project in the chamber (40a) and rotate with bushing and with its speed (12) for the oil swirling in the chamber (40a). Output (44) is tangentially connected with the ring chamber (40a) to remove oil swirled in the chamber (40a) due to blades (42) rotation. Output (44) size relatively to the oil volume accepted to the ring chamber (40a) is selected such that chamber (40a) stays filled with oil during stable work of the bearing (10).

EFFECT: use of the kinetic energy of the rotating parts of the bearings for oil pumping from bearings, at that as the oil is removed under force then it is possible to use drain pipelines with lesser dimension to control the output oil flow without necessity to maintain the drain slopes necessary to receive the gravity flow.

The bearing (40) contains the ring (42) having at least one holding head, at least one liner (44) located in the ring (42) and having bottom groove made with possibility of movement of at least one holding head, mechanism of oil distribution made with possibility of oil injection at the front edge of at least one liner (44) ensuring oil flowing to its rear edge, and mechanism of oil redistribution on at least one liner (44) made with possibility of oil redistribution from rear edge of at least one liner (44) to its front edge. The front edge is the first edge, and the rear edge is the second edge of at least one liner (44) met during movement along the ring (42) periphery in the rotor rotation direction, and supported by at least one liner (44).

EFFECT: development of improved bearing ensuring better oil redistribution without need of the external energy source, so reducing oil deficiency on the liners, and at that increasing the loading capacity of the bearing.

Free end of the rod is equipped with a lubricant grasping bucket in the form of a box installed symmetrically relative to rotation plane of the rod, with forward offset relative to the rod rotation direction. In the offset part of the box there is a filling hole oriented towards the shaft. The cavity of the box is connected to the rod cavity, and the rod cavity is connected to an axial channel made in the shaft. SUBSTANCE: plain thrust bearing from synthetic resin has upper housing (100) from synthetic resin, lower housing (200) from synthetic resin and assembly (300) of thrust bearing from synthetic resin, which is placed between housings (100) and (200). At boundaries of a sliding strip between upper surface of lower annular plate-like section (202) of housing (200), which restricts the lower surface of lower annular groove (204) and lower surface of upper annular plate-like section (102) of housing (100) on one side, and upper surface and lower surface of assembly (300) on the other side, which come into sliding contact with upper and lower surfaces, there is silicon grease based on silicon oil and having kinematic viscosity coefficient at 25°C of not less than 0.0001 m2/s and not more than 0.5 m2/s and containing a thickener to maintain working penetration of not less than 200 and not more than 400. FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: machine has main housing (2), a turning element and at least one bearing device. The latter has a working bearing and retaining bearing (8) matching with the working bearing. Bearing (8) has race (9) of bearing of main housing (2) and race (10) of bearing of the turning element, which is located so that it can be turned relative to race (9) of the bearing of main housing (2). When the machine is in normal operating conditions, the turning element is installed durably in a non-contact manner with possibility of being turned relative to housing (2) above the working bearing so that race (10) relative to race (9) performs no turning movement. When the machine is in specific operating conditions, in which the turning element is not installed durably in a non-contact manner with possibility of being turned relative to housing (2) above the working bearing, the turning element brings race (10) into rotation relative to race (9) so that turning element (4) is installed above bearing (8) at least for a short period of time in a contact manner with possibility of being turned. Antifriction layer (11) made as liquid metal is located between race (9) and race (10).

EFFECT: providing especially long service life of a retaining bearing owing to making an antifriction layer from liquid metal, which reduces friction so that only inconsiderable heating of the retaining bearing occurs in specific operating conditions.

SUBSTANCE: sliding bearing with regular microrelief is additionally equipped with a removable steel bushing pressed onto a crank journal of the shaft, to external side of which a regular microrelief is applied, the width and pitch are equal to double value of maximum linear wear of sliding bearing insert. Bearing insert has smooth surface without any microrelief on its internal surface. Bearing is equipped with forced supply of lubricating material with metal cladding additives providing the formation of servovite, including copper film ~1…2 mcm thick between the bearing insert and external surface of steel bushing with regular microrelief.

EFFECT: increasing wear resistance of bearing and its service life in connection with intensive heat removal from friction zone of the insert and crank journal of the shaft.

SUBSTANCE: self-lubricating sliding bearing contains a metal bush with antifriction polymer coating, at that on the internal surface of the metal bush the ring grooves are made with profile in form of the dovetail, and in them the longitudinally closed resilient elements are installed. The ring grooves with the installed closed resilient elements are filled with antifriction coating. The closed resilient elements are made in form of the hollow rubber rings with the internal and external metal braiding. The outside diameter of the rubber ring does not exceed the minimum width of the ring groove. The rubber ring cavity is filled with paraffin.

EFFECT: increased durability, wear resistance and impact resistance of self-lubricating sliding bearing.
