At a minimum one baking plate (4, 10, 13) is always dished preloaded in reference to the baking surface (5) with the aim of the baking plates (4, 10, 13) deformations leveling during the baking process in such a way that the distance in the middle area of the baking plates (4, 10, 13) is less than the distance in the border area of the baking plates (4, 10, 13) before baking process beginning when the baking plates system (1) is closed. The system (1) of baking plates has the contact device (6). This contact device (6) is mounted on the system (1) of baking plates in such a way that the baking surfaces (5) of the closed system (1, 36) of baking plates are separated by a distance from one another. The thermo-chargrill contains two long and two short side walls, an underbody, a grate, two flap-down grids and legs. The flap-down grids are attached to the long side walls near the short side walls by way of a pivot connection. The side walls are double-walled and are installed with a gap between the external and the internal side walls. The thermo-chargrill is collapsible. The detachable underbody is rectangular and designed in the form of a chute with horizontal support shelves. There is a damper with a handle mounted on each short side wall from the bottom. The grate is designed in the form of a rectangular perforated tray with side boards that is installed resting on the detachable underbody. There are at least two threaded holes made in the legs. During the side walls installation on the legs the holes made therein match the threaded holes in the legs. Each outer wall of long side walls is made longer than the inner wall connected to it to form on the side of lateral edges of projecting flat ends in each of which there are at least two openings. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a boiling device intended for usage in a beverage preparation apparatus that is capable to prepare beverage based on interaction of a beverage extract and an extracting liquid. A drawback of boiling devices consists in the fact that a large amount of water remains in the boiling chamber after completion of the coffee preparation process with water remaining in the boiling chamber as a result of usage of a valve or choke for creation of an artificial "cream layer". The proposed boiling device contains a chamber for introduction and accommodation of a beverage extract portion therein, a cover to be moved from the opened position into the closed position for the chamber opening and closing, release means containing a channel for release of liquid from the chamber. The boiling device additionally comprises a second release valve and ensures the possibility of free release of the flow from the chamber through the second release channel when the cover is in the opened position. The peculiarity of the boiling device consists in the fact that means are in place for locking the second release valve when the cover is in the closed position.
