The fluid communication between the section (12) for engaging the pipe and the section (14) for engaging the branch is provided by a channel. To fasten the device (10) to the existing pipe (50), a first fastening mechanism (20) and a second fastening mechanism (26) are provided. The first fastening mechanism (20) is adjacent to the channel (16).

Device comprises mount base and support elastic spiral arranged as a whole with mount base. Connecting coupling is equipped with output nozzle, which adjoins opening in wall. Wire is embraced with mount base and support elastic spiral, and mount base is embraced with output nozzle and has the possibility of movement till it is engaged with output nozzle with geometric closure.

Said body is equipped with the flange to be coupled with the tee flange via seal gasket 16. The cutter is fed at revolution of the cutter shaft 7. At simultaneous revolution of shaft 7 and screw 23 of feed unit 10 pipeline is bored. At the displacement of thrust washer 11, determined is the distance made by the cutter to termination of the process.
