SUBSTANCE: article is perceived as dry to the touch and contains a foaming surfactant substance, in the form suitable to make soap foam in case of contact with water. The article is produced by application of a water solution of a foaming surfactant or a water composition comprising a foaming surfactant at one or more layers of a dry cloth of thin paper. The foaming surfactant is present in amount from 0.01 g/m2 to 6.00 g/m2. If a water composition is applied, then total amount of nonvolatile components of the specified composition does not exceed 20 wt % of dry mass of the specified one or more layers of thin paper. The method to clean hard surface consists in moistening of an article of thin paper with water and rubbing the hard surface.

EFFECT: article ensures efficient cleaning of hard surfaces, has voluminousness and thickness, even if a cleaning composition was applied on it, good persistence and mechanical strength, the article does not require moistureproof packaging or packaging materials.

SUBSTANCE: napkin items, containing additive compositions, relate to cosmetic volume napkins, method of their production and sheet item. Napkin item with bulk of more than 3 cm3/g includes napkin cloth of cellulose fibres and additive composition, available on the first side of napkin cloth, which contains non-fibre olefin polymer, copolymer of ethylene-carbonic acid or their mixtures. In another version of napkin cloth the first side of paper cloth is creped after application of above specified additive composition. Napkin items are made by method including application of above specified additive composition onto the first side of napkin cloth, where napkin cloth comprises cellulose fibres, and creping of the first side of napkin cloth with creped surface, where additive composition helps napkin cloth to stick to creping surface. Sheet item comprises base cloth of cellulose fibre. Base cloth is hydraulically entangled cloth, coform cloth or air-laid cloth. Cloth also includes above-specified additive composition and has bulk of more than around 3 cm3/g.

EFFECT: improved strength of napkin cloth and/or cloth softness by touch without attendant issues of sticking.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented for hanging clothes, towels, kerchiefs, scarves, ties, hats and other items on any vertical surface. According to the procedure a bracket is directly fixed at vertical surface or on support of the rack secured to vertical surface. The bracket is secured to vertical surface at angle exceeding 0 degrees. A fixture between an active component of the bracket interacting with material of a hanged item and the rack support or vertical surface is made non-rigid in such a way, that the bracket damps and/or absorbs energy of shock, when an item is hanged and/or carelessly thrown on the bracket, and/or randomly hooked by it. Thus there is facilitated reliable rack fixing, low cost, simplicity of hanging and taking off, elimination of injuries and damage of device at random collision of rack components with a head, arms or body of a person.

EFFECT: eliminating usage of loops on clothes or towels while, if necessary, loops can be used.

SUBSTANCE: block of napkins comprising a tray with an open end for placement of a stack of napkins in it and a front element adapted to open and close relative to the open end of the said tray. The tray is formed of the first to fourth side walls and the rear element that represent separately moulded parts that comprise a fastening structure to provide bonding of the said parts together so that to form a tray. The opposing side walls of the said side walls represent equal parts, which enables to interchange them during manufacture, which enables also to fasten together the side walls so that to form a tray. The said front element comprises a transparent window to enable to observe the stack thickness from the outer side to control the low level of the products. The said front element comprises fixing lugs to fix it in the closed position relative to the tray. The said lugs are made with the ability of bending through the openings in the tray from the outer side to the unfixed position. The tray comprises restricting elements to prevent excessive inclination inwards of the fixing lugs.

EFFECT: enhanced usability.

SUBSTANCE: container is provided for storing personal hygiene articles, comprising an openable lid attached to it. This lid has an upper portion connected to the base portion of the lid. The base portion of the lid has a rigid opening covering the whole dispensing partition which is oriented with respect to it in the x and z directions and is provided with a dispensing slit passing through it. The partition forms a deflection recessed in the z direction into the inner volume of the container at a first depth. Such recession of the dispensing partition enables to store the personal hygiene article in the position of format of feeding up, in which the main part of the article protrudes from the dispensing slit.

EFFECT: easier extraction of the product by the user is ensured, and the number of feeding failures is reduced.

SUBSTANCE: stack of a plurality of cellulose-containing absorbent towels for the dispensing device, and the towels are separable at dispensing. The stack is compressed to a predetermined density, depending on the choice of the material. The towels are manufactured from a nonwoven material, at that the stack has a density of at least 0.20 g/cm3, and preferably greater than 0.25 g/cm3, and more preferably greater than 0.32 g/cm3. The towels are manufactured using dewatering technology without compression, and the stack has a density of at least 0.20 g/cm3, and preferably greater than 0.25 g/cm3, and more preferably greater than 0.32 g/cm3. The towels are manufactured by wet creping, at that the density of the stack is at least 0.30 g/cm3, and preferably greater than 0.40 g/cm3, and more preferably greater than 0.50 g/cm3. The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing such a stack and to the transportation package.

EFFECT: decrease in the volume of stacks of towels is ensured, without deterioration of characteristics of dispensing and characteristics of the towels.
