SUBSTANCE: working tool has a working member and an internal combustion engine that drives the working member. The internal combustion engine has a rotatable crankshaft. The working tool has an excess fuel device for the internal combustion engine, which comprises a mode selection switch operated by the user. The excess fuel device has the operating position and at least one start position. The working tool has a return device switching the excess fuel device from the start position to the operating position, if the crankshaft rotation speed exceeds the return frequency. The return device blocks switching the excess fuel device to the start position at a rotation speed higher than the return frequency.

EFFECT: simplicity of the working tool design, excluding errors in control.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in four-stroke engines used in portable motorised tools. Four-stroke engine (1) includes housing (3) of a cylinder, which has opening (5) of the cylinder, in which piston (6) is located with a possibility of back-and-forth movement. Case (4) in which crank shaft (10) is installed with a possibility of being rotated is attached to housing (3) of the cylinder. Partition wall (43), (44) divides the inner space of case (4) into crank case (41), in which crank shaft (10) is installed and oil chamber (42) containing the oil that serves for lubrication of crank shaft (10). There is connection passage (45) connecting crank case (41) to oil chamber (42) and guiding the oil contained in crank case (41) and dripping under action of gravity force into oil chamber (42) and a supply assembly of oil contained in the oil chamber, which provides oil pumping to crank case (41). If an upward direction is determined as a direction in which piston (6) moves from the lower dead point to the upper dead point, then a cross section of partition wall (43), (44) is actually V-shaped if to look in an axial direction of crank shaft (10) and faces with its apex downwards, and connection passage (45) is made at the apex of the V-shaped cross section. A bush cutter is developed, which contains a four-stroke engine and a motorised tool containing a four-stroke engine.

EFFECT: preservation of reliable oil supply irrespective of location of an engine in an inclined state.

It incorporates fan wheel (214) driven by crankshaft to run about axle A. Fan casing (216) surrounds fan wheel (214) to interact therewith. Inlet (224) for air to be combusted is arranged radially outside fan wheel (214) to direct air to ICE (202) and has inlet (226) and channel (228). Inlet (226) has first edge (230) radially abutting on has wheel (214) outer periphery (220). Angle X between first line L1 extending radially from axle A parallel with the main direction of cylinder (204) and radius L2 extending radially from axle A so that to cross said first edge (230), is smaller than 70 degrees, preferably, smaller than 66 degrees and, more preferably, than 62 degrees. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to bearing unit of crankshaft of internal combustion engine. The bearing unit consists of bearing (10) mounted on crankshaft (16) of the internal combustion engine, of seat (11, 15) of the bearing designed for placement of bearing (10) and of system (20) of packing designed for sealing relative to crankshaft (16) and seat (11, 15) of the bearing. At least one part of seat (11) of the bearing has a reinforcing element (12) positioned in the seat of the bearing. Also, surface (13) of at least one part of seat (11) of the bearing adjoining bearing (10) is made out of plastic. There are also claimed the internal combustion engine comprising the said bearing unit and a hand tool with a mechanical drive containing the said internal combustion engine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to two stroke internal combustion crankcase compression engine designed for use in hand tools. According to invention, engine has at least one air channel between air intake and upper part, two scavenging channels with scavenging ports directed to side of discharge and located close to exhaust hole of cylinder. Engine has at least one scavenging port pointed to side of intake and located close of intake port of cylinder, delivery to said port being provided by at least one scavenging channel. Air channel and scavenging channels are of such design that such amount of air is fed and held in scavenging channels that nothing but air will get out during following scavenging process. Air intake from which air channel branches if provided with limiting valve controlled by at least one parameter of engine, for instance, under action of throttle valve of carburetor. Scavenging ports(s) pointed to side of intake is (are) arranged to provide beginning of delivering of air-fuel mixture later than scavenging with air through scavenging ports pointed to side of exhaust.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of fuel and discharge of noncombusted fuel with exhaust gases.

The dust-recovery device comprises a casing made with the ability to be attached to the electric tool and formed with a dust-recovery channel along which the outdoor air passes, sucked from the suction opening. The casing is formed with a connecting part which is removably attached to the box-type element for the captured dust. The box-type element for the captured dust comprises a ventilation channel with a filter, forming a part of the dust-recovery channel. The box-type element for the captured dust is formed of the box-type housing and the closing element which is attached by the hinge to the box-type housing with the possibility of opening and closing the box-type housing. The filter is attached to the closing element.

EFFECT: dust removal and cleaning of the filter is facilitated.

The hand-held machine contains drive motor (10), first of all drive electric motor, transmission gear (11), and elastomer element (20, 21), moulded on the casing (2) from the internal side by die casting. Between the drive motor (10) and the transmission gear (11) there is transmitting movement design unit, using it the drive motor (10) and transmission gear (11), at least partially are isolated in the direction of the motor centre line and/or transverse to the motor centre line. To the motor casing (2) internal surface at least two elastomer elements (20, 21) are moulded on by the die casting; the motor (10) is adjacent to them, they create the elastomer supports (20, 21) for the drive motor (10) installation in the motor casing (2).

The guiding device contains at least one guiding assembly ensuring guided movement of the cross slide in the reciprocating direction and installed with possibility of rotation relatively to the pivot pin, and support structure for the cross slide installation with possibility of movement in the direction of the reciprocating movement. The support structure contains the first support assembly and additional support assembly. The directed movement of the cross slide along the guiding assembly is ensured by means of at least first support assembly.

EFFECT: decreasing of the installation height of the guiding device of the cross slide, and decreasing of total design volume or volume of the drive.

It comprises storage battery, motor driven thereby, motion converter, percussion mechanism and power transfer mechanism. Motion converter spins the tool tip by power transferred from said motor. Tool body houses motor and said converter. Body has front end to house the tool tip, the motor being arranged so that not to cross the tool tip lengthwise axis. Total motor and storage battery weight is smaller than that of said converter. Said converter comprises swinging ring and counter shaft arranged between motor and tool tip lengthwise axis.

The dust collection device is used in a power-driven tool including the operational element (145, 245), designed so that to enable axial displacement of the front end section of the power-driven tool for removal and/or adjustment of the fitting angle of the tool and connected to the front end part of the tool body; the dust collection device contains a dust collection element with a dust collection cup attached to the front end part of the tool body. The dust collection element is installed within the said section so that to enable the front end section enclosure round its longitudinal axis. The dust collection element contains two holes (169) made within the section where the dust collection element is attached to the tool body turn towards the operational element. The dust collection element holes (169) are designed so that to enable actuation of the operational element (145, 245) with the user's finger opposite each other both sides of the axial central line of the dust collection element.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrically driven tools. The electrically driven tool comprises a drive mechanism, enclosed containing space, a channel that ensures interconnection of the containing space and environment, a filtration chamber mounted in the channel, an inner passage in the channel in order to communicate the filtration chamber with the containing space, an outer passage in the channel in order to communicate the filtration chamber with environment, a filter and a choke. The enclosed containing space contains the drive mechanism and lubricant to lubricate the drive mechanism. The filter is placed in the filtration chamber to absorb the lubricant. The filter is spaced at distance from peripheral edge of the outer passage opening, which is open to the filtration chamber so that space is formed from the side of the filtration chamber opening. The choke is mounted in the above space in order to restrict air flow coming to the outer passage through the filter. The choke comprises a plate element overlapped on top of the filter; the element restricts the passage between the filter and the above space. The plate element is formed of circular elastic material. The choking passage is limited by peripheral surface of the plate element and peripheral wall surrounding the outer peripheral surface and ensures interaction of the filter with the above surface.

EFFECT: preventing lubricant leaks and adjusting inner pressure in containing space of the drive mechanism.

On the internal surface of the wall the deepening which restricts a part of the housing from the aperture is provisioned. On the external peripheral end part of the cover the ledge is formed. The contact ledge is designed so that it is pushed outside from the lateral surface of the ledge, so that it contacts with the corresponding contact deepening. The connecting groove is formed by means of internal surface of the wall of the aperture of the housing and the ledge, and the connecting groove is filled with the gluing composite.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture and may be used to cut grass and other vegetation. The trimmer head has an axis of rotation and comprises a body of two joined parts. At one part of the body there is at least one outlet hole for exit of the cutting line end from the body. The body has a cylindrical external wall. In the body there is at least one spool for the cutting line and a facility to extend the ends of the cutting line or to recover their initial length. A radial ledge is arranged near the outlet hole or each outlet hole to protect the cutting line that exits the hole. Whenever the line breaks, its broken end protrudes outside from the head by a value equal to the maximum size of the ledge. The head design eliminates necessity to withdraw the cutting line from the inner space of the body.
