FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: percussive action device comprises a body with a branch pipe and inlet and exhaust hole/holes, a movable hammer installed in the body, forward and return stroke chambers, a guide element for hammer, a through channel in the hammer for communicating chambers of forward and return stroke, a shut-off valve. An annular groove is made on the outer surface of the hammer in the front part thereof. The body contains an anvil, on the inner surface of which there are a front annular projection and a limiter of the return stroke of the hammer. The shut-off valve is made in the form of an elastic ring installed in said annular groove of the hammer with the possibility of interaction with the inner surface of the body. The limiter of return stroke of the hammer is made in form of recesses on the inner surface of the body, and the surface of the front annular projection is made spherical or conical, the elastic ring is rectangular or round in cross-section. The guide element for the hammer is made in the form of an annular row of projections on the inner surface of the body or on the outer surface of the hammer. The device has an additional chamber of direct stroke, an additional shut-off valve, an additional annular groove, a rear annular projection provided on the inner surface of the rear part of the body. According to the first version, exhaust hole/holes are in the rear side part of the body. The device has the isolation valve made in form of elastic ring, the annular stepped groove in the branch pipe, hole/holes in the branch pipe. The isolation valve is installed in the annular stepped groove in the rear part of the direct stroke chamber with the possibility of interaction with the outer surface of the elastic ring with the inner surface of the branch pipe, and hole/holes in the branch pipe are located in its end projection for communication of direct stroke chamber with the additional direct stroke chamber. According to the second version, the device has additional exhaust hole/holes in the front side of the body, and the guide element for the hammer is made in form of annular projection on the outer surface of the hammer or on the inner surface of the body. The device has the isolation valve made in form of elastic ring, the annular stepped groove in the branch pipe, hole/holes in the branch pipe. At that, the isolation valve is installed in the annular stepped groove in the rear part of the direct stroke chamber with the possibility of interaction with the outer surface of the elastic ring with the inner surface of the branch pipe, and hole/holes in the branch pipe are located in its end projection for communication of direct stroke chamber with the additional direct stroke chamber.

SUBSTANCE: the downhole hammer comprises a housing containing a coupling with a main channel interconnected with the main cavity of the housing, a control sleeve with external grooves and boring, a stepped hammer with an central exhaust channel, an inlet channel on its smaller step and throttle channels at its larger step forming a network pressure chamber and an idling chamber with a housing, and with the control sleeve - a stroke chamber, a rod with larger and smaller steps, with axial and radial channels, the feeding and discharge valve which is designed as a barrel with a central hole in its bottom and is installed at larger and smaller steps of the rod with forming between them of a valve outer cavity. The feeding and discharge valve has outside a back end face platform located in the main cavity of the housing and the internal end face platform located at the barrel bottom in the valve outer cavity which is interconnected through the named radial channels of the rod with its axial channel. Between the smaller step of the rod and the named valve a circular channel is made for periodic interconnecting of the valve outer cavity with the stroke chamber during idling of the step drummer. The axial channel of the rod is blind from its front end face, and in the wall of the front part of the rod the command channels are made for periodic interconnecting of its axial channel with the stroke chamber until opening of exhaust from it by the stepped drummer during the stroke and for periodic interconnecting of the axial channel of the rod with the central exhaust channel of the step drummer through the boring made in the central exhaust channel of the step drummer.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a housing with a branch pipe having an inlet hole and an exhaust hole(s) made in the wall of the rear part, a striker installed in the housing with a possibility of being moved, a forward motion chamber formed with the branch pipe and the striker, and a reverse motion chamber, a channel in the striker for connection of forward and reverse motion chambers, and a shutoff valve. On the outer surface of the striker in its front part there is an annular groove; the housing includes an anvil. On the inner surface of the housing there is the front annular projection and a restraint of reverse motion of the striker. The shutoff valve is made in the form of an elastic ring installed in the specified annular groove of the striker so that is can interact with the inner surface of the housing. The anvil, the front annular projection and the restraint of reverse motion of the striker are made in the middle part of the housing; the elastic ring of the shutoff valve is installed so that it can interact with the inner surface of the middle part of the housing. The front part of the housing is provided with an accumulation chamber of compressed air with an isolation valve arranged in it. The forward motion chamber is interconnected with the reverse motion chamber trough this accumulation chamber; for that purpose, the latter is provided with a central tube passed into the specified channel of the striker through the hole made in the anvil for supply of compressed air from the accumulation chamber to the reverse motion chamber, and the central tube has a hole for supply of compressed air to the accumulation chamber from the main line. The isolation valve is installed on the outer surface of the central tube with a possibility of axial displacement along it and interaction of the upper end face with the striker through the specified hole made in the anvil, and the lower end face with a flange of the outer surface of the specified tube.

EFFECT: reduction of specific flow rate of compressed air by isolation of compressed air discharge to atmosphere from exhaust till end of direct motion of the striker.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic impact mechanism includes a body, in which an adapter is installed with a manifold channel and a circular groove, as well as a piston with a central hole, forming chambers of operational and idle stroke with the cylindrical surface of the body, an elastic valve in the form of a torus, installed in the specified circular groove of the adapter with preliminary tightening and possibility to periodically form a contact edge of the torus and the cylindrical surface of the body of the feed channel for the operational stroke chamber, a spindle valve with central, radial and external channels for supply of coolant into operational and idle stroke chambers, fixed in the adapter and installed in the central hole of the piston, and a drilling tool. The torus of the elastic valve along the contact edge has cylindrical surface, and external channels of the spindle valve are shifted from the torus of the adapter to form a sealing belt made as capable of insertion into a central hole of the piston to create at the end of the idle stroke an air buffer cushion communicated with the manifold channel of the adapter via the specified feed channel.

EFFECT: improved conditions of operation of an elastic valve in the form of a torus by increasing resulting forces during opening and closure of a feed valve.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic impact mechanism comprises a pneumatic impact mechanism with outlet holes enclosed into a cylindrical cavity of the body, an air supply box with a precombustion chamber of network air and an anvil, a striker with a slide valve in the form of a stepped tube with a larger step, which controls air outlet, a stepless tube for a soil core stretched via the body, a striker and a slide valve. The striker separates the cylindrical cavity of the body into a discharge chamber at the side of the air supply box and an idle running chamber at the side of the anvil, is made with outlet side holes and an inner circular chamber of operating cycle connected with the slide valve, and is installed with a gap relative to the body. The large step of the stepped tube continuously closes outlet side holes of the striker at the side of the inner circular chamber of operating cycle. Coaxially with a gap between the stepless and stepped tubes there is an additional stepless tube forming a circular channel that connects continuously an antechamber of network air in an air-distributing box with the chamber of idle running by means of a side hole in a wall of the additional stepless tube with its rest in the anvil.

Hammer has annular adjustment elements that are arranged respectively between the housing and the spline coupling and between the housing and the adapter of the drill string. Each of the annular adjustment elements is made in the form of segments enveloped with a cover. The cover is provided with guide projections arranged between the segments. Space between the segments, the cover, the housing and the spline coupling and the drill string adapter respectively is filled with a lubricant.

Tube with pressure channels and central blow bore is fitted therein and communicated with central blow bore of drill bit. It includes also the box with release and feed channels arranged at said seat. Stepped valve is arranged between said seat and box to make release chamber by its inner surface and said box. It comprises circular chamber formed between said box and stepped valve outer surface to communicate via box feed holes with the adapter main pressure channel. Nozzle with central channel converging along power carrier flow is arranged in adapter counterbore and in seat central bore. Nozzle wall has openings to communicate the adapter main pressure channel via box feed openings with said distribution system circular chamber.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to automation devices of production process in various industries, and namely to distributing elements of hydraulic impact devices (HID) for control of working fluid flow between sections and units of the hydraulic system. HID distributor includes a housing with a control channel and channels for supply and discharge of working fluid, a control chamber and a shutoff control member. In the housing there is a calibrated throttle, through which restricted amount of working fluid has access from the control channel to the control chamber. HID distributor is equipped with a stepped valve for control of supply of working fluid to the control chamber, which is spring-loaded and interconnected through a throttle via a step of smaller diameter to the working fluid supply channel. In its initial position, the larger step of that valve closes the access of the working fluid to the control chamber.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability owing to damping the action on the shutoff control member in initial position of pressure pulse of hydraulic impact wave generated at supply to the distributor through the control channel of working fluid flow from a discharge line of HID at impact.

SUBSTANCE: device of impact action to form wells in soil comprises a body, a hydrohammer with an anvil, a hollow tip in the form of a cylindrical body with a truncated cone, the front end of which is equipped with a circular knife, and four knives installed inside a hollow tip at the angle to each other, as well as nozzles, communications to supply an emulsion solution and a rigidly fixed activator. In the rear part of the body there is an actuating cylinder and a controlled pressure relay to connect discharge manifolds, which tracks and controls joint operation of the hydrohammer and the actuating cylinder.

The forward motion chamber is interconnected with the reverse motion chamber trough this accumulation chamber; for that purpose, the latter is provided with a central tube passed into the specified channel of the striker through the hole made in the anvil for supply of compressed air from the accumulation chamber to the reverse motion chamber, and the central tube has a hole for supply of compressed air to the accumulation chamber from the main line. The isolation valve is installed on the outer surface of the central tube with a possibility of axial displacement along it and interaction of the upper end face with the striker through the specified hole made in the anvil, and the lower end face with a flange of the outer surface of the specified tube.

EFFECT: reduction of specific flow rate of compressed air by isolation of compressed air discharge to atmosphere from exhaust till end of direct motion of the striker.

In the section of interaction of the annular stage of the cylindrical housing sleeve with the stock part of the piston there is an annular gap with a design flow cross-section, and on stock part of the piston there is a throttling bypass channel-slot that constantly connects the annular distributing chamber to the annular chamber.

EFFECT: excluding distortions of the rod with the shutoff valve and increasing their life time; providing required amount of air in design mode of operation of a supply mechanism for creation of a design power pressure pulse of air on the side of the annular working stroke chamber.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to avoid warps of a rod with a stop valve and to increase their resource; in the rated mode of mechanism operation, to provide for supply of required air amount to create a rated power pulse of air pressure from the side of a circular chamber of working travel.

SUBSTANCE: impact device comprises a body with holes, a striker with longitudinal channels on the external surface installed in the body as capable of displacement, chambers of forward and reverse stroke, a channel in a striker to communicate chambers of forward and reverse stroke, a stop inner surface of the body with a front circular ledge and a reverse stroke limiter on its rear part, an elastic ring, installed in the circular groove on the striker as capable of interaction with the stop inner surface of the body. The stop inner surface of the body is equipped with a conical surface arranged between the front circular ledge and its rear part and coupled with them, besides, between the surface of the rear wall of the circular groove and the end surface of the elastic ring there is a sharp angle formed, the top of which is directed towards the striker axis. The sharp angle is formed by arrangement of the rear wall surface of the circular groove as conical. The sharp angle is formed by arrangement of the end surface of the elastic ring at the side of the rear wall of the circular groove as conical. The front wall of the circular groove has smaller diametre than its rear surface. The walls of the circular groove are formed by two collars on the external surface of the striker. The external surface of the elastic ring is arranged as conical and faces backwards with its smaller diametre. The rear part of the stop inner surface of the body is arranged as cylindrical or conical. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic impact mechanism comprises a cylinder with outlet channels, a working tool with a tail, a stepped striker with a stem and a main parts with a central through channel and a bushing with a slot channel in the stem part of the striker, separating the cylinder cavity into an idle chamber at the tail side, a distribution chamber at the side of the stem part of the striker, a circular chamber of a forward stroke, a network air chamber, a circular cover installed between the network air chamber and the distribution chamber with a channel of air supply from the network air chamber into the distribution chamber, a rod rigidly fixed relative to the cover with a piston part, which is permanently installed in a central through channel of the striker, interacting with the slot channel of the bushing, connecting periodically, depending on the position of the stepped striker, the distribution chamber and the idle chamber between each other. The distribution chamber and the circular chamber of the forward stroke are permanently communicated to each other with a circular throttling channel, coaxially to the distribution chamber there is a sleeve installed, forming an additional circular chamber of an attached volume, permanently communicated with a relief channel to the circular chamber.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction and is intended for ramming of piles, sheet piles, metal pipes in soil in vertical direction. Hammer comprises body, striker installed in it with the possibility of axial displacement, anvil stand combined with cap connected to body, drive, which is connected by flexible element to striker and fixed on frame. In upper part of body along its perimetre there is annular groove arranged on end, and annular shock-absorbing device is located. Frame has annular projection along lower end surface, which is installed in specified annular groove of body and rests on annular shock absorbing device. Frame is fixed on body with the possibility of axial displacement. Cap on lower end has seat, with which is rests on submerged construction element via shock absorber. In upper part of anvil stand there is cylindrical cavity arranged, which is filled with damping element. Inside of it conical cavity is created, in which rigid element is installed with the possibility of axial displacement. It has conical shape in the middle part and is installed with the possibility of upward displacement relative to damping element and compression of the latter at the moment of striker hitting anvil stand. Upper end of rigid element with thread is pulled into axial opening of metal flange and is equipped with nut. Flange is installed in annular bode of anvil stand and fixed in its walls by means of splines that protrude along its external circuit. There are long grooves arranged along circuit of cylindrical cavity in anvil stand to its annular bore, number, width and installation pitch of which match the number, width and installation pitch of flange splines.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation and reduction of created noise due to reduction of dynamic loads.
