SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger contains at least one welded heat exchange module, made of gas elements, using thin-sheeted plates, in particular with the ribbing, and of installed between them the liquid elements, executed in the form of metal framework. The heat exchanger is made either welded or from separate modules.

EFFECT: invention improves the heat exchanger efficiency due to increase of the heat exchange intensity between elements, using the fluids direct contact with the plates external surfaces of adjacent gas elements, as well as using the labyrinth parts in the gas elements and internal partitions in the cavities of the fluid elements, the invention allows to raise the heat exchanger operation reliability through the proposed strengthened heat exchange modules elements structures.

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of primary oil refining and can be used for energy-saving oil fractioning in oil processing industry. The method involves separation of raw oil into two parts and heating of the first part to the temperature that differs from temperature of electric desalting and dehydration by not more than 10C, due to cooling of petroleum fractions to transportation temperature. The second part of raw oil is separated into flows as per the number of separated kerosene-diesel and residual fractions, in the composition of which there is a fraction with controlled temperature and the rest fractions, heated and mixed with the first heated oil part so that the heated raw oil with electric desalting and dehydration temperature is obtained. With that, one of the flows of the second part of raw oil is heated with the pre-cooled fraction with controlled temperature, and the rest flows of raw oil are heated to the temperature that differs from electric desalting and dehydration temperature by not more than 10C with the rest pre-cooled fractions. The rest separated fractions cooled down to transportation temperature are obtained. After the fraction with controlled temperature is cooled down with raw oil, it is additionally cooled down to transportation temperature with an external cooling agent. The heated raw oil is subject to electric desalting and dehydration so that treated oil is obtained, which is separated into flows as per the number of separated kerosene-diesel and residual fractions, heated with the latter and supplied for primary refining. With that, one of the flows of the treated oil is heated at least with some part of the fraction with controlled temperature, and the rest flows of treated oil are heated with the rest fractions so that the rest pre-cooled fractions are obtained.

EFFECT: heat recovery of a petroleum fraction, reduction of heat losses and cooling of separated fractions to their transportation temperature.

Cylinders-compressors and the source of forming the liquid heat carrier flow to capacities are suspended on the cover of the capacity, which is attached to the bracket in upper part of the support of the lifting mechanism. Lifting mechanism is located together with installation mechanism on the platform equipped with devices for its movement and fixture.
