SUBSTANCE: proposed starter comprises four excitation permanent magnets, motor start draught relay, free-running ratchet clutch (FRC) and planetary reduction gear. Carrier of the latter is engaged via spline with free-running clutch drive case stem. Draught relay solenoid and terminal box are arranged inside the motor stator cover and aligned with its lengthwise axis. Electromagnetic oil core represents the FRC stem, drive gear of the latter being located at initial position on opposite side of flywheel rim with the help of longer mid bush part there between. Bush diameter is smaller than that of driven gear dents circumference. Starter motor armature shaft is integrated with planetary reduction gear sun gear with its stem running in carrier movable shaft. Starter reduction gear epicyclic gear and electromagnetic oil case are made integral of caprolon. Two covers and starter motor stator are coupled by two isolated studs with coppered contact heads that make the electrical conductors. The latter extend through holes made on starter motor stator cover outer side. Two parallel guide rectangular slots of its radial ledges and caprolon rectangular inserts accommodate two parallel contact rectangular rods of fork-like contactor with copper solderings on their ends for making rectangular coppered contact heads of aforesaid studs. Theses separate their contact cavities from ICE clutch case and rule out the ingress of oil and foreign particles to starter terminals. Central cylindrical holes of coil case, on one side, are radial thrust bearing for planetary reduction gear carrier stem. On the other side, these make the guide for FRC helical return spring arranged between end surfaces of FRC drive case and end splined screw bush. The latter is fitted on carrier shaft splines to rest via thrust carrier shaft bush on radial thrust bearing of coil case. This allows to reject split antifriction bearing fitted in coil case and plenary reduction gear shaft thrust flange. Note here that carrier shaft is made of nonmagnetic steel and fitted to carrier stem of magnetic steel on one side and, on the other side, it is fitted in starter motor cover antifriction bearing. With draught relay IN, movable steel fork-like contactor displaces along the FRC in two parallel guide slots for making rectangular coppered contact heads of starter motor starting studs. Coil pull-in magnetic force and shaped return spring expansion force FRC return spring is contracted and held thereat at starting the starter motor. With draught relay in OFF, drive gear with RFC and moving fork-like contactor return to their initial position to radial thrust bearing of starter motor stator cover under action of FRC return spring force. This contracts the shaped relay spring and holds its as-contracted unless draught relay actuation. At a time, draught relay displacement and contraction are performed by the forces of inertia of FRC driven gear and force of friction developed at driven case overrunning of drive case after ICE starting between their end surfaces pressed from both sides by RFC return spring and shaped relay spring.

Proposed system comprises starter to start the engine, storage battery to supply said starter and starter control device. Said starter comprises second gear engaged with first gear engaged with engine crankshaft, actuator to displace second gear for engagement with first fear and motor to run said second gear. Control device can drive said actuator and motor separately. Control device operates in the mode of rotation whereat said motor is actuated before said actuator. Note that in the case of said mode of rotation said control unit restricts the engine automatic outage proceeding from the lower voltage of storage battery decreased voltage after actuation of motor and decreased voltage of storage battery after actuation of actuator. Invention discloses the engine control.

EFFECT: limited engine outage at insufficient voltage of storage battery.

SUBSTANCE: no-contact switch system of internal combustion engine (ICE) electric starter of vehicle consists in electric starter motor (1), clutch (12), ignition key (11), reducing gear (7), electromagnetic clutch (8), battery (14), main (2) and subsidiary (4) thyristors, capacitor (3), resistor (5), switch (10) with spring (15), pulse source (9), bypass diode (6) and pulse transformers (16, 17). Electric starter motor switching is performed by sending of positive pulse to main thyristor control electrode. Note that main thyristor (2) is unlocked and battery (14) voltage is sent to electric starter motor (1) and electromagnetic clutch (8). Capacitor (3) is charged through main thyristor (2) and resistor (5). To switch electric starter motor (1) off positive pulse is sent to subsidiary thyristor (4) control electrode through transformer (17). Note that subsidiary thyristor (4) is unlocked and charged capacitor (3) voltage is fed to main thyristor (2) that is locked and the current in electric starter motor (1) circuit is interrupted. Then capacitor (3) charging subsidiary thyristor (4) is locked by itself.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment of internal combustion engines, namely to starters. According to invention, starter includes electric motor, drive and output shafts. Electric motor provides rotation of drive shaft which is mechanically coupled with output shaft moving along longitudinal axis and furnished with drive pinion brought into meshing with toothed rim of engine flywheel. Extension of output shaft to bring drive pinion into meshing with said toothed rim is provided by pole tube on electric motor stator which turns around longitudinal axis of electric motor when current is supplied to starter motor. Device is provided to transform turn of pole tube into axial displacement transmitted to output shaft.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to electric engineering, and namely to starter-generator devices for vehicles with combustion engines. In result of this invention comfort of vehicles will be improved and influence of vibrations on durability of the system components will be reduced. The substance of invention consists in the following: starter-generator system for combustion engines contains accumulator of electric energy, for example, capacitance accumulator or accumulator connected electrically to control system including pulse-width converter of voltage, commutator switch and valve electrical machine, which stator is fixed rigidly at combustion engine crankcase and rotor is combustion engine flywheel, and rotor position sensor, which output is connected electrically to commutator switch. According to the invention the system is equipped additionally with the second-order differential section, which input is connected electrically to output of rotor position sensor, and output of the second-order differential section can produce negative feedback signal against the second derivative of rotor turn angle to input of the control system.

EFFECT: reducing irregular rotation of combustion engine crankshaft in result of torque pulsation of combustion engine and vibratory electromagnetic unit.

FIELD: automotive industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed starter-generator set of vehicle comprises a reversible electrical machine comprising a stator (1) connected to the housing (2) of the internal combustion engine, a rotor (3) connected by the threaded fasteners to the shaft (4) of the engine, a casing (5) attached to the housing (2) of the engine. The stator is connected by the electric circuit to the accumulator battery. The rotor is made in the form of a toroidal bowl having at the periphery the windows (6) separated by partitions formed by long curvilinear blades (7), (8) located on the concave surface of the bowl facing the stator (1). Part of the partitions between the windows in the bowl is formed by long blades (7), and the other equal part of the partitions - by short blades (8) located between the long blades (7). The bowl is attached to the hoop (9) surrounding the stator (1). In the hoop (9) in front of the stator an elastic cylindrical ring (10) of resin-bonded magnet is inserted. In the casing (5) along the axis of the electrical machine there are two rows of ventilation openings (11) and (12) separated by a tapered ridge (13) made on the inner surface of the casing opposite the rotor and protruding towards the said hoop (9).

EFFECT: ensuring effective cooling of the starter-generator set for compliance with optimum thermal mode of its operation.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises storage battery, device to disconnected the latter from onboard circuit, electric starter, starting contactor terminals, capacitive power accumulator made up of capacitors interconnected in series or in parallel. Charge circuit of said power accumulator comprises current-limiting resistor and diode to shunt said resistor. System includes also additional contactor with closing contacts to connect storage battery with said capacitive power accumulator prior to starting locomotive diesel engine, contactor with closing contacts, transducers of accumulator charge current and voltage, controlled rectifier of accumulator charge, unit to generate and indicate charge voltage, and pulse-phase control unit. Said accumulator is connected to controlled rectifier output via contactor with closing contacts. Rectifier power input is connected to charge generator output. Voltage transducer is connected parallel with power accumulator. Outputs of current and voltage transducers are connected with voltage generation unit input and indication unit input. Output of voltage generation unit is connected to pulse-phase control unit with its output connected to control input of controlled rectifier. Capacitive power accumulator is charged automatically without interference of engine crew after starting of locomotive diesel. Charge indication unit allows visual control over charge current and voltage.

In second operating condition, power accumulator charging by power generators is maintained in preset range with control central value. Control unit comprises appliances to vary control central value. In compliance with second version, hybrid transport facility comprises devices with above described functions.
