Machine comprises carrier vehicle, mast and cable winch mounted on the carrier vehicle, which comprises a frame of winch and rope drum mounted therein with possibility of rotation around the rotation axis. Cable winch is mounted on the carrier vehicle with the possibility of rotation around the first pivot axis with the first hinge pin. The following is provided: at least one rotating cylinder by means of which the cable winch can be rotated around the first rotation axis, the first pivot pin produced with the possibility of disconnection to release the first pivot axis and at least one second pivot pin, mounted on the cable winch to form the second pivot axis, spaced from the first pivot axis. Cable winch is designed with the possibility of rotation by means of the rotating cylinder around the second pivot axis, extending transversely to the rotation axis of the cable winch.

SUBSTANCE: machine comprises self-propelled chassis with full-revolving platform mounted on it, on which the operator's cab, engine, hydraulics, manipulator and the device for compensation of the overturning moment are mounted. The device for compensation of the overturning moment is made in the form of movable bracket of the manipulator fastener to the full-revolving platform. The movable part has the central air channel wherein there is installed an internal pipeline, on one end of which there is mounted a double-channel air splitter, while another one is equipped with an additional air collector made in form of two elements interconnected and performing full-circle rotation one relative to another. The first element is secured on the movable part and has axial and lengthwise channels, while the other one is attached to the stationary part and has two outlet channels. Also, one of the channels of two-channel air splitter is connected with the central air channel, while the other one is connected with the internal pipeline. The axial channel of the first element is connected with the internal pipeline and with one of the outlet channels of the second element; the lengthwise channel is connected with the central air channel and another outlet channel of the second element.

The balancing weight in the form of an engine and hydraulic system sets on the auxiliary platform with the possibility of its movement in the horizontal plane along longitudinal guides. Longitudinal guides are rigidly fixed on the full-circle platform. The mechanism of balancing weight movement is made of a yoke, which is hingedly installed on the bracket, which is rigidly fixed on the full-circle platform. The yoke with its front arm is hingedly via a traction rod is connected to a manipulator, and with its back arm is hingedly via a traction rod connected to the balancing weight.

Method for lifting of heavy quarry equipment modules, in which lifting force is developed by power hydraulic cylinders, at the same time energy of high pressure working fluid is used, during the whole process of lifting, possibility is provided for automatic blocking of hydraulic system elements failures. Besides power hydraulic cylinders are equipped with parallel-acting screw jacks, the latter are used, at the moments of modules lifting, to set possibility of synchronous motion with power hydraulic cylinders without formation of lifting force, and at the moments of lifted modules slanting, to provide for the possibility of its leveling.

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machinery field, provided for implementation of digging and loading operations, particularly to machinery of type of frontal bucket loader. Load-carrying system is formed by front half-frame, hinged to back half-frame, consisting two longerons with bearing of beam, counterbalance, accumulator boxes. On back ends of longerons it is rigidly fixed transverse beam with guidlines, on which there are mounted counterbalance and back lamellar element, fixation of which to transverse beam is implemented by means of releasable connection. Counterbalance is implemented as changeable and composite with "П"-shaped openings and mass, providing stability of motion and manageability of loader with cargo, and accumulator boxes are implemented as demountable and fixed to back lamellar element and longerons. Accumulator boxes allow openings for installation of clearance lamps and backup lamps.

EFFECT: invention provides for stability increasing of frontal bucket loader at changing of vehicle capacity of frontal bucket loader ensured by variation of counterbalance mass, and also simplification of erection and dismantling, increasing of maintainability and serviceability.

SUBSTANCE: soil-shifting machine comprises carriage, rotary platform with power unit, working equipment, hydraulic drive with controllable power pumps, as well as with hydraulic control means and hydraulic distribution means associated with working equipment. The soil-shifting machine also has power hydraulic lines and servo-control lines, as well as welding and pumping assemblies. Each pumping assembly comprises generator and self-priming pump with drives. Power take-off contour and control means are included in hydraulic drive. The power take-off contour comprises drive hydromotors for above generator and self-priming pump, two power distribution means. Each power distribution means is made as two-position dual-line slide and has hydraulic servo-control means. The control means comprises double-slide control unit with outlet channels, OR element and servo-control lines. The first hydraulic line of the first power distribution means is connected with pressure hydraulic line of one controllable power pumps. The second hydraulic line is linked to hydromotor of generator drive or self-priming pump through the second power distribution means. In the first position of the first power distribution means pressure hydraulic line of power pump is connected with hydraulic distribution means of working equipment. In the second position the pressure hydraulic line of power pump is linked to the second power distribution means, which in the first position is connected with generator drive hydromotor and in the second position is linked to self-priming pump drive hydromotor. Both hydraulic lines of outlet channels formed in double-slide control unit are attached to servo-control line of the first power distribution line and one to another by OR element. Besides, one hydraulic line of outlet channel is connected with servo-control line of the second power distribution means. Hydraulic line located between OR element and the first power distribution means is connected with servo-control line of controllable power pump.

Hinged joint axes are equipped with units of rotation with sensors of turn angle and units of braking with electromagnets. A counterweight is fixed in the lower part of the rod. As position of the road building machine or work tool changes relative to the horizon, the rod under action of the counterweight is turned on axes of the biaxial hinged joint and preserves its vertical position. The device is equipped with a system unit supplying control pulses to electromagnets of braking units. The system unit may receive data from sensors of turn angle, has a differentiating link in its composition, a relay link with an area of insensitivity, a unit of pulses generation and an amplification link.

Bearer frame of loader-digger working equipment comprises longitudinal beams with elements of bearer frame fixation on tractor, cross beams that are rigidly connected to longitudinal beams, bracket installed on upper bases of longitudinal beams with lugs that have openings in bushings for installation of rotary column of excavator equipment and hydraulic cylinders of its rotation, and brackets for installation of outriggers and hydraulic reservoir. Bracket is arranged from two vertical sides installed at the angle to each other, between which lugs are installed. Base of the lower lug is located on the same vertical level with lower edges of sides and is rigidly connected to upper bases of longitudinal beams, and also by means of two ribs with side surface of cross beam. Upper and middle lug are connected with rib, which is rigidly fixed to lower plane of upper lug and its bushing, and on the other side - with upper plane of middle lug in zone of openings for hydraulic cylinders of column rotation, at that bent sheet stands are connected to external sides of longitudinal beams, and these stands are also connected to sides of bracket, creating rigid space structure.

Rotation and rolling support device comprises roller device, ring gear wheel and upper roller path, lower roller path and independent side roller path to limit roller device rollers rotation. At that, upper roller path is fixedly attached to upper mechanism main rotary platform lower part, and lower roller path and side roller path are located on ring gear wheel upper part, located below roller device. Ring gear wheel has upper flat part on upper surface of which lower roller path and side roller path are located, annular toothed part and lower flat part fixedly fixed to lower mechanism bearing frame beam. At that circular toothed section is located on ring gear wheel side surface and relatively outside of upper flat part. Side roller path is connected with possibility of disconnection with lower roller path upper flat part upper surface.
