SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for dust suppression during earth excavation. The device includes chassis, jib pivotally connected to chassis rear end, cutting component fixed on the jib, casing at least partially covering the cutting component, vacuum source having fluid connection with casing inside and serving for suction of dusty air from this space, air cleaner for removing dust from air sucked by vacuum source from casing inside, dust barrier which protrudes down from the casing. In this system, the said dust barrier goes along at least portion of casing perimeter and has structure being permeable for chips created by cutting component. This structure provides gradual limiting of air flow entering inside through dust barrier as the dust barrier goes down from the casing.

EFFECT: device provides maintaining constant air flow through gap between casing and ground, and lets chips to pass through dust suppressing device without damaging it.

SUBSTANCE: operating equipment of a bulldozer comprises serially mounted main and additional mouldboards installed as capable of variation of position of one relative to the other. On the main or additional mouldboards there are vertical beams installed, being spaced into extreme left and right positions, each vertical beam is made with a vertical slot in the upper part of one of the beam sides and with a ledge below the vertical slot, on the adjacent side, at the same time the vertical slot is arranged towards the appropriate mouldboard, and the ledge - outside of the mouldboard surface. The main and additional mouldboards are connected to each other by means of upper and lower horizontal beams, upper horizontal beams are made with a longitudinal slot on one of their sides for installation of a finger in this slot, and this finger is arranged in the upper part of the additional or main mouldboards, and with a ledge in the end part for installation of this ledge in the vertical slot of the appropriate vertical beam, and lower horizontal beams are made with a longitudinal and a transverse slot for installation in the longitudinal slot of the appropriate ledge of the vertical beam, and in the transverse slot - of the appropriate longitudinal ledge arranged on the outer side surfaces of the additional or main mouldboards.

SUBSTANCE: bulldozer comprises basic machine, frame with hydraulic cylinders of lifting-lowering consisting of stiff main section articulated with basic machine and additional section telescoping relative to main section and drive cylinders, blade articulated with additional section, and inclined supports with upper and lower hinges. Frame main section is composed of two fixed push bars pivoted together, transverse link and two horizontal braces. Said additional section is composed of two moving push straight bars fitted in main section fixed push bars to slide therein. Hydraulic cylinders of sections drive are arranged inside fixed push bars. Note here that said inclined supports are composed of hydraulic cylinders and arranged in one vertical plane with blade hinges. Note also that inclined support lower hinge is secured at fixed push bar while upper support is arranged on retractable blade. All used hinges represent spherical components.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to earth-moving machines of bulldozer type and it is designed for working firm and frost soils. To enlarged operating capabilities additional working member of bulldozer is made up of two supporting bars rigidly secured on pushing bars to which shaft with disk cutters is connected. Said disk cutters rotate in direction of movement of bulldozer, being arranged square to plane of cutting. Hydraulic motor is rigidly connected with shaft. Rotating cutters cut soil before blade, thus reducing resistance to cutting Wc as a result of free cutting of soil by at two open walls of cut. As cutters rotate in direction of movement of bulldozer and cut soil from top to bottom, arising horizontal component of cutting resistance force Rx is directed forward along working movement of bulldozer and "pushes" bulldozer compensating part of power losses for overcoming resistance to movement of bulldozer.

Additional hinge to connect the second end of spine beam with driving axle and working tool rotation mechanism are arranged near front axle. The working tool rotation mechanism is made as two hydraulic cylinders. Angle of rotation of working tool fastened to driving axle and rotated by additional hinge and angle of working tool rotation mechanism rotation are 25 - 35°. The hinges are formed as four coaxial orifices formed in two fork-like support members and connected one with another by pin.

SUBSTANCE: working facilities comprises dump with cut made in upper part thereof and gripping device pivotally connected to the blade. The gripping device is made as rotary section with corbel and gripping tooth fixedly secured to the rotary section, as well as blade and gripping device control hydraulic cylinders. The blade has additional cut. The cuts are symmetric relatively blade center and spaced apart a distance equal to 1/3 of blade length. Gripping device is additionally provided with rotary section. All sections have independent control means and are installed in gripping device cuts.
