The method, according to the invention, comprises pf the steps of: depositing the starting powder material on the carrier (16) and selectively acting by means of an irradiation unit (18) on the starting powder material deposited on the carrier (16) with electromagnetic or corpuscular emission to form a product from said material on the carrier (16) by successive layer forming. In this case, the irradiation unit (18) comprises of a radiation source (24) and a system of optical elements (30, 32, 34, 35). The operation of the irradiation unit (18) is controlled in accordance with an operating-temperature-dependent change in at least one optical property of the at least one optical element (30, 32, 34, 35) of the irradiation unit (18).

A clamping holder for a hollow body symmetrical relative to the axis of rotation in the form of a solid can for drinks comprises a shaft (3) equipped with an axial hole (4), several clamping segments (2, 2a, 2b, 2c), forming a cylindrical clamping surface (16) turned outside for contact with the inner surface of the hollow body by means of vacuum, besides, the clamping segments (2, 2a, 2b, 2c) are installed with the possibility of actuation in a radial direction. The device also includes a device (10, 13, 18) to transfer a force arranged inside the clamping holder (1) with the possibility of actuation by means of vacuum supplied via the axial hole (4) to ensure fixation of the hollow body, and with the possibility to control synchronous radial motion of clamping segments (2, 2a, 2b, 2c).

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to raster-moire optical system used for protection from counterfeit of secure printing product, and to a method of protection from counterfeit of protected from counterfeit of printed products with the use of this system. Raster-moire optical system ss a combination of two polymer films. One film contains microsurgery hidden information size 30-50 mkm in units of the raster grid. Second film has a raster grid of spherical plane-convex microlenses. On top of the polymer film, which contains microsurgery hidden information in units of the raster grid, one puts a film containing bitmap grid of spherical plane-convex microlens. For visualization of hidden image centers of raster arrays of both are films maximally accurately aligned. To obtain moire picture one puts a raster optical analyzer on the protective element, while smooth changing of angle of rotation of the raster optical analyzer relative to the protective element there are different scale image. Characteristics of the raster grid of optical analyzer must coincide at angle of rotation and line with characteristics of the protective element.

EFFECT: beam path of light received in the focal plane of the raster optical analyzer, recovers complex moire integral image in the object space.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method of producing flat-convex lenses for producing a raster image on a flat information carrier and to the protective element. Microlens with size of 40-70 mcm are obtained on a flat carrier. Microlens on the flat carrier are applied so that after drying of micro lenses on a flat carrier there are a bitmap grid. Microlens are obtained using the apparatus for flexographic printing. Device contains anilox shaft, squeegee system, plate cylinder and printing element. Function of the anilox shaft and of the squeegee system is strictly dosed supply of paint on printed-circuit shape. On the printing surface composition of liquid polymer is applied by means of cone-shaped printing element . Printing element is immersed into the cell of anilox shaft, upon that the size of printing element is less than the size of cell. At immersing printing element into the cell of anilox shaft one drop is formed, it is transferred to the surface of the flat carrier. Drops on the surface of flat carrier is hardened, a lens is formed after drying. Protective element is a transparent polymer film with raster grid. Raster grid, which is a bitmap optical system in the form of ordered raster grid of plane-convex microlens, obtained via contact-drop method. Grid is characterised by lineature of the plane-convex microlens and their focal distance. Raster lineature is set during the preparation of the array of raster optical system. Focal distance is selected with thickness of transparent carrier of microlens so that all light beams passing through the lens will go in parallel.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis technologies field, i.e. producing three-dimensional physical objects by additional application (deposition) using polymer materials, particularly, to jet three-dimensional printing technologies. Method of three-dimensional jet printer printing comprises three-dimensional printer printing head controlled movement, supply of, at least, two threads of meltable material into printing head, threads warming up by heaters with controlled temperature, alternating connection of one of nozzles via printer control module and supply of thread under pressure into active nozzle. During nozzles switching printer control module switches on eccentric motor for its rotation. Moving platform is driven into movement around axial screw axis. During movable platform movement one of nozzles is brought into active position by means of driven into inactive position nozzle driven gear disengagement from drive gear and driven into active position nozzle drive gear engagement. At that, movable platform movement displaces nozzles position relative to valve for nozzles, locking inactive nozzles holes and opening active nozzle hole. After movable platform complete fixation in first nozzle activation position printer continues printing with this nozzle.

EFFECT: technical result achieved when using method according to invention consists in improvement of produced three-dimensional models quality with reduction of time for one three-dimensional model making.
