SUBSTANCE: wearing part for a bucket of a loading or an earth-moving machine equipped with at least one front edge plate with an engaging edge directed forward, having a forward direction (F) and a backward direction (B) and comprising a fastening section for fixation of a wearing part to the bucket, having a section of a tightening surface for interaction in the field of the contact surface with a section of the pressing surface on the fastening element, capable of installation and pressing in the opening in the front edge plate. The section of the tightening surface is arranged in the groove of the fastening section and stretches at the angle (α) to the specified direction so that whenever the fastening element is used during pressing, a force is created, which acts at the wearing part in the backward direction (B). The part comprises a facility for connection with the engaging edge, representing a hook section, which includes an inner surface of the hook, designed for arrangement oppositely to and interaction with a slant inclined upwards and directed forwards on the edge plate during usage. Ripper tooth is protected against rotation within the above top cover of ripper tip owing to locking heavy-shrink fitting so that the replaceable ripper tooth does not rotate when it is being used. Locking heavy-shrink fitting prevents penetration of solid particles into the gap between the walls of the above tooth and the above attached seat. Tooth has locking cone-shaped stock, and the above seat is provided with cone-shaped hole to be adjoined to the above locking cone-shaped stock. Tooth is cone-shaped and ends with a tip. Tip is made from high-strength material. Ripper tooth includes head section made at least partially from high-strength material. Top cover and ripper tooth form conjugation between seat and stock of ripper tooth having the corresponding shape; at that, seat and stock of ripper tooth have inner cone for formation of clamping cone between top cover and tooth; at that, ripper tooth is removed from cover in case of failure of clamping cone. Seat with inner cone forms some part of section for arrangement of ripper tooth in the cover, and the above stock of ripper tooth having the corresponding shape forms the part of ripper tooth. In stock of ripper tooth and section for arrangement of ripper tooth there made are through transverse channels the axial lines of which are aligned in case of fixture in the seat of stock of ripper tooth, which allows inserting the retaining pin. Head section of ripper tooth includes outward protruding arm enabling removal of ripper tooth. Section for arrangement of ripper tooth includes displacement hole that passes from external section of ripper tip to the area of base of the above seat, which allows displacing the tooth at available corresponding tool.

Main part is made for fastening said holder to excavator. Upper surface of said nose part has two inclined sides arranged at opposite sides from longitudinal axial line and in front relative to rear end of said nose part over its length. Lower surface of said nose part has two sides arranged at opposite sides relative to longitudinal axial line of said holder. SUBSTANCE: parallelepiped inserts are fitted in tooth point and inserts of cylindrical form are fitted further on along working plane. Inserts manufactured of wear-resistant cast iron, owing to shadow effect, prevent intensive abrasive wear of steel base, thus increasing service life of tooth. As wear-resistant inserts are arranged only on one of working surfaces, other surfaces (opposite one) is subjected to more intensive wear which provides finally sharpening of tooth in process of operation. Use of such design and method of manufacture make it possible to increase service live more than two times and provided reliability of operation of excavator dipper.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises the first and the second telescopically joined members, aligned orifices formed in the members and adapted for connector receiving and connection finger unit for forced retention of the first and the second members so that the members are telescopically arranged one relatively another. Connection finger unit comprises body, fixing member and resilient stop member. The body is arranged in the aligned orifices so that the body may be removed therefrom. Section of back surface includes axial front transverse dimension and minimum transverse dimension, which is located along axis behind axial front transverse dimension. Axial front dimension exceeds minimum transverse dimension. Section of back surface has axial length within the limits from approximately 10% to 35% of axial length of cutting tool body.
