SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a drop bag that has a simple design with grip elements adhesively attached to the outer surfaces of the two opposite front sheets of the bag body, configured to extend the passage section of the body opening and ensure the stable shape of the said opening. For this purpose, the bag has a body made of a water permeable filter sheet and having an upper opening end, and grip elements made of a thin lamellated material and located on the outer surfaces of two opposite front sheets of the body. A grip element has an upper fixed part, adhesively attached to the body along its opening, a central part, located under the top fixed part in the center of the body in the direction of its width and which cannot be pulled away from the body, and a grip part, not being adhesively attached to the body. A pair of the first inclined folding lines and a pair of the second inclined folding lines are arranged on the upper fixed part. The lines are located at respective specified angles.

EFFECT: bag provides an extremely convenient opening when used due to the declared location of the folding lines, the bag is opened to form a polygon-shaped opening that provides an increase in the passage section, facilitating the pouring of hot water through the opening.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to beverages preparation apparatus containing a body (32) accommodating the first part (34) for reception of a capsule with ingredients and the second part (70) on the surface (91) whereof perforating projecting elements (90) turned towards the first part are positioned. The body has an aperture (76) allowing to insert the capsule with ingredients in the direction (Z) of introduction between the first and the second parts. The first and the second parts are designed so that to enable mutual relative movement along the longitudinal axis (X) perpendicular to the second part surface, between the two positions: the first position where the first and the second parts are drawn apart for introduction of the capsule with ingredients between them and the second position where the first and the second parts are drawn together for the contact of the capsule placed in the first part with the perforating projecting elements. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system, method and capsule for preparation of the preset quantity of beverage for consumption using an extractable product. The system contains a replaceable capsule, a device containing a receptacle for the replaceable capsule retention and a liquid dispensing device for fluid medium supply into the replaceable capsule under a pressure of 4-20 bar. The replaceable capsule contains a ring-shaped wall, a bottom part and a cover. The wall, bottom part and cover enclose the inner space containing the product being extracted. The bottom contains an inlet layer for supply of a certain quantity of liquid by means of the liquid dispensing device through the inlet layer into the capsule. The cover contains an outlet layer for supply of prepared beverage through the outlet layer from the capsule into the vessel. The capsule contains an additional wall element passing into the inner space to ensure additional rigidity.

EFFECT: invention allows to ensure constantly good quality of the ready beverage due to reduction of deformation during usage under exposure to fluid medium pressure.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a boiling device intended for usage in a beverage preparation apparatus that is capable to prepare beverage based on interaction of a beverage extract and an extracting liquid. A drawback of boiling devices consists in the fact that a large amount of water remains in the boiling chamber after completion of the coffee preparation process with water remaining in the boiling chamber as a result of usage of a valve or choke for creation of an artificial "cream layer". The proposed boiling device contains a chamber for introduction and accommodation of a beverage extract portion therein, a cover to be moved from the opened position into the closed position for the chamber opening and closing, release means containing a channel for release of liquid from the chamber. The boiling device additionally comprises a second release valve and ensures the possibility of free release of the flow from the chamber through the second release channel when the cover is in the opened position. The peculiarity of the boiling device consists in the fact that means are in place for locking the second release valve when the cover is in the closed position.

EFFECT: excluding conditions when the liquid bypasses the first release channel during espresso coffee preparation.

The system contains a replaceable capsule as well as a device containing a receptacle for the replaceable capsule retention and a fluid medium dispensing device intended for fluid medium delivery supply into the replaceable capsule. The replaceable capsule contains a peripheral wall, a bottom and a covering element. The wall, bottom and covering element limit the inner space containing the product being extracted. The bottom contains an inlet zone for supply of a certain quantity of fluid medium by the fluid medium dispensing device through the inlet zone into the capsule. The covering element contains an outlet zone for supply of prepared beverage through the outlet zone from the capsule into the vessel. While the capsule contains the product being extracted, the flow resistance of the capsule inlet zone is less than that of the outlet zone.

Nonwoven material may be alternatively laminate of nonwoven materials having basic component in the form of nonwoven material of thermoplastic synthetic filament. Nonwoven material is provided with openings having maximum diameter of 200-2,000 micron, and has transmittance 50% or more, coefficient of powder leakage 10 wt% or less, and water absorbing capacity less than 10 s. Tea bag is made from such nonwoven material.

When loading system is being set up into the end plate and moved into the closed position, consolidation facility is shrunk and sealing relative to end plate for closing reservoir hole and volume generation might appear. While setting up the loading system into the end plate input and output openings are connected with input and output openings of the end plate so water from the input of end plate gets to the top through the loading system opening and the beverage produced from water and ingredients portion comes through the output opening and flows from the end plate opening.

SUBSTANCE: insert system to be used in beverage production machine is introduced. It has top oriented inlet for water supply and bottom oriented outlet for beverage discharging, produced by the device. Content of some amount of beverage ingredients in the cooking volume is possible according to the insert system production. The bottom part of the insert system has inlet and outlet with a possibility of connection between the inlet and outlet of end plate so that water from the inlet gets into the top to the cooking volume, so that the beverage made from water and mentioned amount of beverage ingredient goes to the bottom of the outlet, discharges from the outlet of end plate. The bottom part of the insert system has radio frequency ID (RFID) or a bar-code which is scanned by the reader of the device for its work to be controlled. Bar-code or RFID is located on the bottom part of the insert system so that the line which connects the inlet with the centre of the bar-code or RFID and the line which connects outlet with inlet of insert system are divided with a minimum angle blank no more than 70 degrees.

The filter holder has an adaptor that is inserted into the bowl and is basically cylindrical to contain a substance in a powder form the beverage is to be extracted from. The adapter may rotate coaxially relative to the bowl.
