SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of protective clothing designed for operation in high-risk conditions and resistant to aggressive media, in particular to a material ensuring the protection from thermal risks, sparks, and metal spatter. A heat-resistant fire-resistant multilayer material with polymer coating is described, consisting of one and a half layers of a fabric made from para-aramide fibre threads, in which the fabric is characterized by interlacing with a repeat, equal to 4 threads by the warp and to 8 threads by the weft, for the building of which more than one system of weft threads is used. The spaces between the threads are less than their diameter with the surface material density not less than 320 g/m2, and the heat-resistant polymer coating of the fabric is made on the basis of fluorine rubbers and/or a silicone composition.

EFFECT: fire-resistant multilayer material based on para-aramide fibre and a polymer binder with the possibility of operation in corrosive media has been obtained.

SUBSTANCE: multilayer sorption nonwoven material with fire-resistant membrane-fabric layer consists of 1-5 homogeneous or heterogeneous internal layers of nonwoven highly porous material from fibres filled with solid sorption particles on the basis of polyacrylonitrile or its mixture with polyurethane. The filler of sorption layers from nonwoven highly porous material is represented by solid particles of activated carbon, cationite or anionite with particle size below 6 mcm, arranged in the volume of nonwoven highly porous material in amount of 38-64 wt %. Sorption layers of the material are reinforced with adhesion of external coating and internal underlying woven reinforcement layers at two sides of sorption layers, and reinforcement layers are made of viscose-lavsan foundation fabric on the basis of a high-strength polyester fibre, containing 25-35 wt % of viscose fibre. For adhesion an adhesive powder composition is used on the basis of ethylene copolymer, containing the following amounts per 100 mass parts of ethylene copolymer - 17-21% vinyl acetate and 0.0144-0.0176 mass portions of highly dispersed hydrophobous noncompacted silicon dioxide. The material is additionally equipped at the side of its external coating woven reinforcing layer with a fire-resistant membrane-fabric material made as double-layer from the internal membrane layer adjacent to the surface of the external coating woven reinforcement layer and the external fire-resistant layer. The ratio of the internal membrane layer thickness in the fire-resistant membrane-fabric material to the thickness of its external fire-resistant layer is selected from 0.2 to 3.0. The inner membrane layer of the material is made with pore size of 0.15-0.65 mcm from copolymer of polyvinyl chloride with 22-32 wt % of tetrafluoroethylene. The material of the membrane layer has steam-, air permeability at 36C making 50-86 g/m2 hour, water resisting property of 1.7-1.8 kgf/cm2, bubble point of 0.4 - 0.6 kgf/cm and surface density of 20-118 g/m2. The external fire-resistant layer is made with linear density of 38 tex, rupture load of 100-2000 N and rupture elongation of 3.9-4.5% of a double-component combined thread, the first component of which in the form of a rod represents an aramide complex thread or yarn with linear density of 6.3-14.3 tex, and the second component of the combined thread in the form of the rod braiding with number of turns equal to 600-900 twists/m represents cellulose-containing threads or yarn with linear density of 10-30 tex. The aramide thread or year uses polyparaphenylene terephthalamide, polymetaphenylene terephthalamide, copolyparaphenylene tetephthalamide or copolyparaphenylenebenzimidazole terephthalamide fibres with oxygen index of more than 30, and the cellulose-containing thread or year is a modified fire-resistant viscose thread or yarn. The external layer fabric is made by the main weaving with surface density of 150-200 g/m2 at the following ratio of components, wt %: aramide thread 15-50, cellulose-containing thread or yarn 50-85.

SUBSTANCE: new hose fabric for reinforcement of endless transmission belts is proposed, comprising two layers of identical fabric webs located in parallel one above the other, made with translucent interlacing of warp and weft yarns and interconnected along the edges with weft yarns that alternately interweave with the warp yarns of the woven fabric of each layer and pass from one web to another, forming edge creases in their places of transition. The translucent weaving of each layer forming the hose fabric has a reduced four-yarn rapport on weft, and gaps in the fabric are located between the rectangular fabric elements of identical size spaced apart at a distance of from 1 mm to 3, each of which comprises semi-rapport on warp 3 yarns and complete rapport on weft 4 yarns. The transverse gaps of the cells of leno are formed between the first and fourth wefts of each rapport in the area of forming by warp and weft yarns of one fragment of a web weave. The proposed fabric is made from chemical yarns, mainly polyamide on shuttleless looms with embedded edges. The pilot production plant of JSC "Research institute of technical fabrics" (Yaroslavl) mastered serial production of the proposed hose fabric of series TPBR with semiperimeter width from 110 to 185 cm, of which the LLC "LOYD M"(Tver) manufactures endless belts with widths of 50 to 200 mm which are used in processing and defeathering of dead poultry at more than 120 enterprises in Russia and Belarus.

EFFECT: imparting the safety function from unravelling and subsequent failure, the proposed fabric with embedded edge creases can be made on shuttleless loom equipped with eccentric shedding mechanism with rapport on weft equal to 8 threads.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer compositions for producing multilayer materials meant for making inflatable rescue equipment, including inflatable stairs for aircraft. The polymeric polyurethane composition contains a polyurethane polymer, filler - titanium dioxide and a fire-retardant - antimony trioxide, and additional filler in form of a layered nanosilicate which is organically modified with imidazole, and decabromodiphenyl oxide as a fire-retardant. Content of the organic modifier in the layered nanosilicate is at least 100% of the cationic volume capacity of the layered nanosilicate. The polymer composition can additionally contain polyisocyanate and ethyl acetate. The multilayer material contains a high-strength textile base coated with layers of said polymeric polyurethane composition on the front and back sides. The textile base used is a textile made from high-modulus SVM threads with density of 70-80 g/m2 and breaking strength on the base and filling of at least 1200 kg/cm2. The multilayer material has density of 220-270 g/m2 and is air-tight and self-extinguishing.

EFFECT: obtaining a polyurethane composition and a multilayer material based on said composition, having high fire-safety (self-extinction), air-tightness, low density and hardness.

SUBSTANCE: three-dimensional net includes a number of layers adjacent to each other. Each layer is formed with two mutually orthogonal families of threads or rods. Axes of threads or rods have the shape of screw lines oppositely twisted in relation to axes of threads or rods of the other family, which are located so that each thread or rod of one and the same family on each turn envelopes the thread or rod of the other family and at the same time envelopes adjacent threads or rods of the family of its own. Threads or rods of each layer are twined with threads or rods of adjacent layers. A combined net is possible, which additionally includes separate threads or rods or those connected by means of conventional, for example, cloth intertwining, which are located in its cavities, as well as the net, in which screw lines of adjacent layers are characterised with n-fold differing pitch. When implementing the method, there can be achieved the technical result consisting in sufficient enlargement of application field of intertwining having an important advantage - high degree of connection of the obtained structure.
