FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: specified marking consists of information elements (IE) on the surface of the marked part. After the initial needle-impact action, materials or various materials with the necessary properties are additionally placed between the needle of the needle-impact unit and the surface of the marked part. At subsequent needle-impact actions, they are sequentially moved to the depressions forming the information elements of the MDA. The material, which is placed between the needle-impact installation and the surface of the marked part, may be metal foil or alloy, in particular aluminium, copper, gold, lead, tin, antimony, brass, bronze, duralumin.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of labelling articles. The technical result is more secure labelling. The method is based on embedding quantum nanorods on track pores of polymer membranes and generating photo-induced luminescence anisotropy in the layer of nanorods. The method includes, in linearly polarised light, selective action of light of a certain wavelength on a portion of the nanorods, spatial orientation in a sample of which matches the direction of the electric field vector acting on the sample.

EFFECT: simple method of manufacture, broader technological approach and lower requirements for accuracy of monitoring parameters of hidden labels with polarisation contrast during manufacture thereof.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of accurate detecting the location and confirmation of the location of products placed on the shelf. The method comprises the steps: S1, the print image carrier is divided into several areas with equal intervals, and the specified value of width of each area is equal to the width of the element of shelf for accommodation of the products, and the main bar code comprising information about the location of the product is printed in the centre of each area of the print image media; S2, the print image carrier is placed on a shelf so that each area corresponds to each element of the shelf for product placement; S3, information about location of the product contained mainly in the bar code is scanned and read with a combination of the scanning beam of the manipulator with major barcode of the area corresponding to the element of the shelf for product placement, in order to confirm the location of the product.

EFFECT: ensuring rapid and effective method capable to detect accurately the location and to confirm the location of products placed on the shelf.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to facilities of automatic identification of objects. The automatic identifier of objects comprises a body with an outlet window made in it. In the body there is a photodetector, an electric unit of processing, saving and comparing of outlet signals of the photodetector, an optical tract, formed by an outlet window, a collecting lens and a source of light from several light-emitting elements that operate at frequencies of optical range. The identifier comprises a unit of control of modes for connection of light-emitting elements depending on the material of the surface of the controlled section and/or logic of optical image reading. Light-emitting elements are installed along the perimeter of the inner surface of the body in close proximity to the bottom of the body, in which there is an outlet window, and are placed so that the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the light beam created by each element passes along the normal line or in a direction close to it in respect to the axis of symmetry of the optical tract.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: infrared-inert substrates include moulded polymer articles, films, fibres, coatings and other organic and inorganic materials. The method of producing said substrates involves adding an effective amount of dispersed bis-oxodihydroindolylene benzodifuranone dye into the substrate or onto the surface of the substrate. The resultant substrates have reflecting power and are transparent for a large part of non-reflected near-infrared radiation. A wide application is disclosed - for casings of electronic devices, garden furniture, motor car, naval or aerospace parts, laminates, artificial leather, textile materials, optical fibres and in multicolour printing processes. The obtained substrates can be laser welded. Novel bis-oxodihydroindolylene benzodifuranone compounds are also disclosed.

EFFECT: low heat build-up and high value of substrates in many fields of application.

SUBSTANCE: method includes creation of a light flow with a lighting module of a scanner due to generation of a flow with sources of directed and scattered light. The zone of scattered light flow is increased due to application of an additional scattering cone-shaped light ring on a scanner, and light flows interact in accordance with a certain logic: a light flow (pos. 11 and pos. 12) is reflected from the surface with a label and gets via an optical system to a light-sensitive sensor, afterwards the field lighting level (pos. 11) is compared with the field lighting level (pos. 12). On the basis of comparison of lighting levels of these two light fields, the necessary control signals are generated for sources of light, which are arranged inside a lighting chamber (pos. 13) and outside the lighting chamber (pos.6), thus balancing the lighting of the common light field (pos. 12) and providing for high quality of scanning.

EFFECT: expanded zone of scanner reading due to creation of an additional scattered light flow with a lighting module of a scanner.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to identification of material resources and can be used to label electroconductive articles. The method of making and installing non-reproducible identification label on an electroconductive article includes applying an identification number, an information grid and a non-reproducible matrix, as well as combined input of the identification number and the non-reproducible matrix into a database. The non-reproducible matrix is formed in advance separately from the article on a nanofilm by random point-by-point evaporation of areas of the nanofilm to obtain perforations of different size and shape or obtaining bulging areas of the surface of different size and shape on the nanofilm during electric discharge treatment thereof, after which the nanofilm is placed on the article by pressure sintering.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a non-reproducible identification label on an article, which enables to apply information and prevent forgery.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer compositions for direct part marking (DPM). Invention is aimed at creation of planarising polymer composition, solidified by drying, photo- or thermo- polymerisation, and formation of DPM by layer-by-layer application on the surface to be marked of planarising and fluorescent polymer compositions. Planarising composition includes polymerisation or polycondensation polymer from the group of urethane, alkide, acryl film-generating, at least two solvents from the series: acetone, toluene, ethylacetate, cellosolve, diethyl ether, butylacetate additive-filler, siccative and additive. Direct part marking includes application of said planarising polymer composition on the surface to be marked with formation on the surface to be marked of coating layer, gluing mechanically strong film with limited adhesion on coating layer, formation of holes in glued film and hollows in the surface to be marked by dot-peen method, filling them with fluorescent (F) composition, absorbing light radiation at wavelengths of UV visible and nearest UR ranges and irradiating in range of wavelengths 600-700 nm, and removal of said mechanically strong film.

EFFECT: reduction of geometrical inhomogeneities of the surface to be marked in range of dimensions, close to geometrical dimensions of information elements of marking, and simplification of technology of manufacturing and further decoding of 2D FDPM.

SUBSTANCE: method includes applying noise-proof symbolic labels consisting of information elements formed on the surface of the labelled components in the form of conical depressions during needle-impact labelling, wherein the conical depressions are formed by mechanical action of a sharp needle on the surface of the components through an auxiliary polymer film while simultaneously depositing on the formed walls of the conical depression craters corrosion-resistant powdered yttrium oxysulphide phosphor activated with ytterbium and erbium, and a solution of a polymer resin in ethyl acetate, removing the auxiliary film from the surface of the component with the remaining amount of phosphor and the resin solution after transfer of a portion thereof by the sharp needle onto the walls of the conical depression craters while pricking the film and subsequent action on the labelled surface. The auxiliary film is placed on the labelled surface using a two-component resin solution and a corrosion-resistant powdered phosphor to the processed surface of the component, and the apparatus for reading and decoding the symbolic labels further includes light-emitting diodes with wavelength of 980 nm and a light filter.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to marking of goods. In compliance with proposed method, primary and individual barcodes are applied with non-reproducing pattern made there between. Said pattern is created by preliminary mixing of the elements of contrast colours with their subsequent sintering. Said elements are made of nanoparticles sized to 5-100 nm in conical ledge with its narrow part facing the barcode surface.
