SUBSTANCE: material contains a base fabric impregnated with a polymer mixture including antimony trioxide, chloroparaffin HP-470, a pigment, and a mixture of nefras and ethyl acetate solvents. Herewith as a base fabric, it comprises a polyester or cotton polyester or polyamide or viscose-polyamide base weave. In addition, the material additionally contains an antistatic additive, the pigment Minatec 51 CM, and the polymer composition additionally contains butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer, branched DST R 30-814 and DST R 30-00, polyvinyl chloride suspension grade PVC-C-70U, pigment organic varnish ruby SK of brand B, and a mixture of organic solvents of nefras and ethyl acetate.

EFFECT: production of a multilayer material based on butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer with a high level of protective properties, simplification and reduction in the cost of manufacturing process.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the tyre industry, in particular to a method of obtaining a polymer base of a soaking composition for the tyre cord. Obtaining the polymer base of the soaking composition is performed in three stages: at the first stage latex of an inoculating butadiene-styrene-butylacrylate copolymer, containing in the main chain a copolymer of butadiene, styrene and butylacrylate in a ratio (13-45):(50-80):(5-12) respectively, is obtained. In the process of the copolymer obtaining a combination of anion-active surface active substances: sodium alkylbenzolsulphonate and sodium salt of sulphate of oxyethylated alkylphenol or oxyethylated fatty alcohol with a degree of oxyethylation 10-40 is applied. At the second stage of polymerisation butadiene, methacrylic acid, methacrylamide are inoculated to the main polymer chain in a ratio (93.0-97.5):(2-5):(0.5-2.0), respectively, with a ratio between the basic polymer and the total quantity of monomers being (20 - 35):(65 - 80). At the third stage butadiene-1,3, which has not reacted, is distilled with further bringing the polymer base to a value of pH 9.0-9.5.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a universal, non-toxic, fire-safe highly adhesive polymer base for soaking the tyre cords of various makes in the absence of a leukanol disperser, producing a negative effect on ecology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an adhesive composition in form of an aqueous dispersion with content of solid substance from 1 to 50 wt %, as well as to a method of treating reinforcing layers with said composition, particularly a cord for tyres, and to a method of producing reinforced polymeric products by treating reinforcing layers. The adhesive composition contains: (a) 0.001-5 mol epoxide compound with molecular weight 50-290 in a form dissolved in water, per 1000 g of the overall composition, (b) 0.1-20 wt % completely or partially blocked isocyanate in form of a solid substance, (c) 0.1-40 wt % resorcin-formaldehyde latex in form of a solid substance and (d) water.

EFFECT: preparation of an adhesive composition which can be used in form of a single-step system, having good wettability and good adhesion, and high rate of reaction with non-activated fibres, particularly on polyethyleneterephthalate fibres.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production technology of synthetic cord, in particular, to impregnation and thermal treatment of aramid cord, and may be used in tyre and rubber industry. Aramid cord of all brands is impregnated with latex-resorcin-formaldehyde or latex-resorcin-formaldehyde-soot compounds on the basis of latexes "ДБА"-1, "СКД"-1s and 5% solution of resin "СФ"-282, with concentration of 12-14%. Then cord is thermally treated to residual moisture of 0.5-1.0% at 120-140°C with load of 400-800 kg/cloth. Cord produced by this method is repeatedly impregnated and thermally treated according to the same modes.

EFFECT: simplified treatment of aramid cord; reduction of power inputs; improvement of its physical-mechanical properties and increase of operability of tyres and rubber items.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of the multilayer fire-protection materials and may be used for manufacture of the special purpose fire-protective clothing for the workers acting in the highly inflammable aerosphere - the fire fighters, the employees of the refueling stations and in the oil-and-gas industries. The multilayer fire-protection material is made in the form of the packet containing the outer layer made out of the heat-resistant fibers, the intermediate thermo-insulating layer, the inner layer made out of the cotton fabric and the hydraulic insulating layer located between the intermediate thermo-insulating layer and the outer layer. The hydraulic insulating layer is made in the form of the polymeric composition consisting of (in mass shares): 60-75 - chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 25-40 - the chloroprene rubber, 5-100 - the mineral inactive filler, 0.5-15 - the fire-retardant agent, 1-10 - the vulcanization accelerators, 5-15 - the tri chloroethylphosfate and 200-400 - the dissolvent. As the mineral inactive filler may be used kaolin, as the fire retardant - antimony trioxide, as the vulcanization accelerator - magnesium oxide. As the dissolvent they may use the mixture of the butyl acetate and toluene taken in the ratio of 1:1. The produced multilayer fire-proof material has the high flame resistance and the flex stability, the low abradability of the hydraulic insulating layer and also stability of the vulcanization production process at the multilayer fire-protection material manufacture.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the multilayer fire-protection material, which has the high flame resistance, the flex stability, the low abradability of the hydraulic insulating layer and stability of the vulcanization production process at the multilayer fire-protection material manufacture.

The produced multilayer fire-protection material has the high flame resistance, the flex stability and the frost resistance, the reduced rigidity and high efficiency of manufacture.

EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the produced material has the high flame resistance, the flex stability and the frost resistance, the reduced rigidity and the high efficiency of its manufacture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a modifier, a method of obtaining a modified polymer and the modified polymer of a conjugated diene. The modifier for the polymer of the conjugated diene is obtained as a result of the complete condensation for a silicon-containing compound, which has a protected primary amino group and hydrolysable groups. The method of obtaining the modified polymer based on the conjugated diene includes a stage of modification and stage of the protection withdrawal. The tage of the protection is carried out after the completion of modification, and the used polymer based on the conjugated diene is preferably such that 10% of its polymer chains possess live and pseudolive properties.

EFFECT: modified polymer based on the conjugated diene is characterised by an excellent ability of small heat release and resistance to abrasion, which is used in a caoutchouc composition for the pneumatic tread.

SUBSTANCE: bitumen composition includes petroleum road bitumen BND 90/130, SKS-30ARKM-15 or SKS-30ARK rubber and polyethylene polyamine production wastes as an adhesive additive, with the following ratio of components, wt %: BND 90/130 bitumen - 83-93, SKS-30ARKM-15 rubber - 5-10 and polyethylene polyamine production wastes - 2-7 or BND 90/130 bitumen - 86-95, SKS-30ARK rubber - 3-7 and polyethylene polyamine production wastes - 2-7. The method of producing the bitumen composition is carried out by mixing bitumen while heating with a rubber-containing component and an adhesive additive, wherein the rubber is added in the form of 8-12% solution in an organic solvent, wherein the solvent used is hydrocarbons with final boiling point of no higher than 130°C. Preparation of the rubber solution in the solvent is carried out at 40-50°C while mixing for 5-6 hours. The obtained rubber solution and adhesive additive are then added to the bitumen. The mixture is homogenised for 3-4 hours while gradually raising temperature to 160-170°C. Further mixing is carried out until achieving 97% removal of the solvent. The remaining amount of solvent is removed by blowing with nitrogen.

EFFECT: obtaining a homogenous bitumen binder, having improved physical and mechanical properties.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of moulded articles containing polybutadiene and can be used in tire production as moulded strips for tire sidewalls or treads. Polybutadiene with content of cis-isomer over 95% and polydispersity lower than 2.5 is mixed with highly dispersed silicic acid and/or carbon black and with cross-linking agents, sulphur or sulphur donors, extra process additive and subjected to extrusion at 40-75°C.

EFFECT: higher quality of processing the mixes and quality of formed articles with lower rolling resistance and abrasion.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemical industry, particularly production of butadiene-styrene rubber obtained by emulsion copolymerisation, and methods for filling thereof at a latex step, and can be used in producing industrial rubber articles. The method of producing filled butadiene-styrene rubber involves emulsion copolymerisation of butadiene with styrene in the presence of radical initiators, stoppering the process, degassing, adding an antioxidant and fibre filler - cotton, viscose, capron fibre or a mixture thereof, separating rubber from latex by coagulation in the presence of a coagulation agent and 2% sulphuric acid solution, washing and drying rubber crumbs. The fibre filler is used at the coagulation step in the composition of a compound coagulation agent consisting of 5-30% aluminium chloride solution, added in amount of 2.0-3.0 kg/t rubber, and fibre filler added in amount of 1.0-10.0 kg/t rubber.

EFFECT: method increases process efficiency, intensifies the rubber drying process, reduces consumption of the coagulation agent, stabilises the process of separating rubber from latex and reduces environmental pollution with products of producing rubber by emulsion copolymerisation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a film consisting of a mixture of a polyvinyl chloride polymer, a polyester and additives, thermoformed articles and a method of producing the film. The film from a mixture of vinyl chloride polymers includes 70-97 wt % of one or more vinyl chloride polymers with a coefficient K of 50-90, 2-25 wt % of additives selected from a group consisting of modifiers, high-molecular weight polymers, stabilisers, waxes, polymer anticaking agents, dye substances, plasticisers, auxiliary agents for improving processability and 0.1 wt % to less than 5 wt % polycrystalline or amorphous polyester with a crystallisation half-period in molten state of less than 5 min with respect to the total weight of the mixture of vinyl chloride polymers. The film is obtained by extruding or calendaring a plasticised mixture of vinyl chloride polymers, followed by optional treating in a built-in or self-contained process and optional thermoforming.

EFFECT: film has good thermoforming capacity and is suitable for packaging mass-production items.
