SUBSTANCE: wind turbine contains a foundation and a tower with a pularity of tower segments mounted on the foundation, wherein the foundation has a tower base which extends longitudinally and which is at least partially embedded in the foundation. The tower base consists of at least two pre-cast concrete segments, the lower tower segment is pulled together with at least two pre-cast concrete segments of the tower base by means of tension rods, tension strands or tension cables. Each of the mentioned at least two pre-cast concrete segments comprises a plurality of tubular elements or through holes for receiving the tension rods, tension strands or tension cables. The tower of the wind turbine is also described.

EFFECT: improved connection of the tower to the foundation.

Elements 2 are made in the form of three electric isolation cross-bars, each consisting of two isolators 7 with lugs 8, 9 at each end, pad 10 and wire fixation element 11, so that each isolator 7 has a joint connection at the end 8 to pad 10 which is also connected to element 11 by a joint. Support element 3 is made in the form of long extension for vertical bracket fixation in extended position on top 4 with four lugs 14-17 at one side and two lugs 18, 19 at the opposite side. Lugs 14-19 are positioned in sequence along the length of long extension (3) and allow for joint connection of isolators on them by lugs 9 so that isolator pairs 7 are positioned in geometrical longitudinal axes at an angle to each other. Long extension includes two steel angles 20 bent at top 21 and welded together at the top with the help of strap 22 so that one of shelves 23 is positioned in the same plane with shelf 23 of the other angle and towards these shelves to form side walls of long extension (3) by other shelves 24, where lugs 17-19 are attached; long strap 26 welded to shelves 23 at the end of long extension (3) with protruding ends 27 at side walls where holes for bracket 12 ends; set of reinforcing plates 30 with at least one plate welded at each level of lugs 14-19, so that each reinforcing plate 30 is attached by its opposite sides to internal surfaces of both steel angles 20.

The bracket is made of two parts. One part is made as a rod with a threaded section at one end and an element with opening at the other end. The second part is made as an axial element with L-shaped sections oriented towards each other and having threaded sections at the ends. One section of the second part is made so that it can pass through the cross bore in the pole and its threaded section can pass through the opening in the first part used for the bracket fixation by a nut screwed onto the threaded section of the second part. The second section of the second part and the rod of the first part are made so that their threaded sections can pass through openings in the supporting plate in order to pull it by nuts screwed onto these threaded sections to the pole butt end.

EFFECT: expanding stock-in-trade to construct a pole of the overhead transmission line made as a kit for assembly of different poles for the lines, which is featured by a high degree of stability in the required vertical position and burial into the ground due to inclusion to the above kit of an element simple in manufacture, easy to mount and transport, in order to increase the cross-section area of the pole end intended for burial into the ground.

EFFECT: improvement of the pole construction considering loads stipulated by its use as intermediate pole of power transmission lines, increased bending load in one or two crosswise directions, and in cease of increase of transversal loads in the areas of top and basis.

SUBSTANCE: power transmission line stand is made as a hollow pillar of prestressed reinforced concrete. It has a rectangular cross section, and a longitudinally transverse reinforcement, available in the stand, is made of two identical units, every of which consists of a prestressed reinforcement wire, divided into two groups, which are remote from each other relative to a transverse axis of the stand cross section and are arranged symmetrically to it and in a row, which is parallel to a longitudinal axis of the stand cross section, which is wound with a flat spiral, besides, the above specified units are arranged symmetrically relative to the longitudinal axis of stand cross section, and the longitudinal reinforcement is a wire of 5 mm in diameter, and flat spirals are made of 3 mm wire.

EFFECT: development of a reliable, simple and manufacturable reinforced concrete stand with reduced weight.

SUBSTANCE: arrangement method of supports of overhead power transmission lines on permanently frozen soils, in which a casing pipe is driven and a pile is submerged into it. During pile submersion process, installation of stiff elements is performed onto the shaft of the pile by welding, for that purpose, location zone of stiff elements is marked on the pile. At pile driving, when the lower mark achieves the top level of the casing pipe, geometrical measurement of gaps is performed between the casing pipe and the pile, and as per measurement results, stiff elements are manufactured, which are welded in pairs on opposite sides in one vertical plane, and as the pipe is being submerged, the operation is repeated.

EFFECT: increasing carrying capacity of a pile on horizontal loads; improving reliability due to action of forces of frost boil of the soil on the pile; reduction of labour input and material consumption.

In order to increase bearing capacity of the foundation, the upper shell is made on support lower shells connected in the upper part, which are made in the form of an inner cylindrical and outer shell in the form of a truncated cone, which expands towards the base, made with a ledge in the lower part below the inner cylindrical shell by 0.1 of the foundation diameter, and having an angle of inclination to the vertical line of the inner side, which is equal to the angle of the inner friction of the foundation soil. In the inner part of the shells there are materials in the form of soil and cement soil of different strength and under different angle.
