The holders (6, 7) of the inserts are connected to each other by a bridge (11). The fastening device (12) includes an opening (14) in the bridge. The threaded sleeve (15) is located in the opening. The annular support collar (16) for the supported unit (13) is formed on the end face of the threaded bushing. The second internal thread (20) is designed to fasten the supported unit to the support collar (16).

Absorbing apparatus comprises barrel-like casing with boss on bottom inner side, pressure cone, two friction wedges with bearing plate, pairs of moving and fixed plates, all arranged in said casing symmetrically with its inner walls. Besides, absorbing apparatus comprises retaining-return device composed of a stack of polymer resilient elements arranged together with bearing plate and wedges between pressure cone and casing bottom and tightened up by bolt passed through central hole. Every said polymer resilient element represents variable-cross-section body of revolution with stepped hole along axis of revolution. Section with maximum OD is located between two different-size end of said body to divide outer lateral surface of the latter into two adjacent parts. Distance from said section to smaller end makes 0.30-0.55 of that to larger end.

SUBSTANCE: shock absorber comprises a shell for fixation to a base and an elastomer elastic element from two parts placed into a shell. The external surface of each part of the elastomer elastic element is formed with a cylindrical surface transferred from one side into a part of a toroid surface, and on the inner side - into a conical surface. Cylindrical grooves are evenly arranged on a conical surface of each part of an elastomer elastic element radially to an axis of a shock absorber. In the centre of each part of the elastomer elastic element at the side of the conical surface there is a bore in the form of a part of the inner toroid surface. In the central hole of the elastomer elastic element there is a bushing. The bushing is arranged with a ledge in the form of an orifice, with a cylindrical bore under an orifice and a vertical journal in the lower end of the bushing. The external and internal surfaces of the toroid part of the elastic element are equipped with circular ledges of a trapezoid profile. On the tops of external toroid surface there are circular planes formed for installation on the upper and lower sides of the orifice. In the lower elastic element at the side of the circular plane there is a hole. The shell is arranged of two parts in the form of sleeves in the form of truncated cones with central holes in each bottom of the sleeve. Parts of the shell are rigidly connected with each other along the end plane. Conical surfaces of elastic elements are inverted into the bottom of sleeves. One end of the bushing is taken out through a hole in the bottom of the first sleeve for connection to the equipment. The lower end of the bushing is inverted in the hole of the second sleeve. Elastic elements are installed between the orifice and the bottom of sleeves due to preliminary pressing.

EFFECT: increased permissible level of vibration and impact actions without increased dimensions of a shock absorber, increased reliability of a shock absorber and efficiency of vibration insulation.

SUBSTANCE: shock absorber includes sleeve located in the centre, holder for attachment of shock absorber to base and elastomeric elastic elements consisting of two parts and placed in holder. External surface of each part of elastomeric elastic element is formed with cylindrical surface which is continued on one side to part of toroidal surface, and on the other side - to conical surface. Cylindrical cavities are uniformly located on conical surface of each part of elastomeric elastic element. A bore in the form of part of toroidal surface is made in the centre of each part of elastomeric elastic element on the side of conical surface. Holder consists of two parts in the form of shells having the shape of flattened straight circular cones, with central holes at each bottom of the shell, which is counted as top of flattened cone, and edges of shells are counted as bases of cones rigidly attached to each other along their end plane. Washer is located on sleeve in middle part of shock absorber, to which external toroidal surfaces of parts of elastomeric elastic element are connected on both sides. One end of sleeve is taken out through a hole at the bottom of the first shell to be attached to equipment. The other end of sleeve is provided with thickened pivot and faces the hole of the second shell.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine building and may be used for vibration insulation of process equipment. Vibration isolator comprises body and elastic element from elastomer that interacts with object. Body is arranged in the form of upper conical cover and conical base, between which elastic element is installed. Elastic element is made of two symmetrical parts of conical shape: upper and lower, which are connected to each other by their surfaces having larger diametre, by means of elastic tape stitched with elastic thread. Opposite surfaces of elastic element are connected to fixing studs. Studs are installed coaxially and axisymmetrically to parts of elastic element of conical shape. Studs with their cylindrical part enter opening of elastic element, and collar is used with nut to pull it to conical base or cover.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration insulation in resonant mode and simplification of design and installation.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used at production of said elements used in vibration isolators and dampers. Proposed process comprises compaction of work pieces with plies of gauze woven from wire spirals stretched to pitch equal to spiral diameter and arranged perpendicular to stretching force acting at elastic hysteresis element. Portion of gauze plies are woven of right-hand lay spirals while another portion - of left-hand lay spirals, both with axes alternating in contact plies parallel with each other and perpendicular to acting stretching force. Pre-stressed gauze is used with one pair of contacting spirals elastically stretched and another one elastically contracted by the same load applied along spirals axes, said gauze being in elastic equilibrium. Said alternating gauze plies with aforesaid spirals are assembled to units wherein one unit includes spirals with axes perpendicular to one stretching force and another unit includes spirals with axes perpendicular to the other stretching force. Said unit alternate to make a workpiece wherein gauze plies contact with each other given they feature identical lay of spirals. Note here that the number of plies in different units is selected depending on stretching force perpendicular to axes of the unit spirals.

SUBSTANCE: sound absorber of combined type contains sound absorbers of active and reactive types located on rigid framework, framework is out of two parts, at that bottom part, i.e. reactive part, is made as rigid hollow cylinder, its bottom is connected with a support disk connecting it with a support disk on which via the resilient dampening element a top part of the framework is installed, it is made as rigid perforated cylindrical shell with perforated cover and solid base connected with the support disk, the cylindrical shell cavity is filled with sound-absorbing material, and the top and the bottom parts are connected by means of the resilient dampening element ensuring dampening of HF oscillations; at that to the perforate cover of the cylindrical shell the element is hingedly connected, using this element the framework is secured to the required object, for example, ceiling of the production room, and around the rigid perforated cylindrical shell at least one helical sound-absorbing element is installed made as cylindrical screw spring enclosing it and resting against the support disk; at that the cylinder cavity of the framework reactive part is tightly covered by the support disk with at least one hole functioning as mouth of Helmholtz resonator, that is crated together with the cylinder cavity, and around the hollow cylinder at least one helical sound-absorbing element is installed, that is made as cylindrical screw spring enclosing the hollow cylinder and resting against the support disks.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of noise suppression at high frequencies.

SUBSTANCE: vibration insulating system contains four bumpers installed on base and rigidly connected by means of bolts with the support platform. Each bumper contains base and pendulum suspension. The pendulum suspension contains thread stud connected by one end with the support lever, and by another end - with thrust washer and nut connected with bushing linked with ring. Top flange of the resilient element inserted in the protective casing rests against bushing. Base of each bumper is made box-like connecting horizontal support plates connected with vertical partitions. Each of the resilient elements of the bumper is made as vibration dampening spring. Spring contains body made out of helical hollow steel tube. Additional resilient steel tube is installed coaxially with clearance inside the body. In clearances between the tubes the polyethylene friction element is located. Surfaces of casing and additional resilient steel tube touch surfaces of the friction elements. Coaxially to the casing the helical continuous resilient rod is installed.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.

SUBSTANCE: bumper contains coil cylindrical spring interacting with pendulous device. Bottom end of the spring rests against the top flange of the casing. The pendulous device is made as thread rod with nuts at ends and with support washers resting against rubber resilient elements acting as another resilient hinge. The top rubber resilient element is located between the top flange of the spring and support washer. The bottom resilient element is located between the support washer and plate, on which the bumper is secured. Rigidity of the rubber resilient elements of the pendulous device exceeds rigidity of the spring. Additional cylindrical hole damper out of the elastomer encircles with clearance the thread rod of the pendulum suspension. The external cylindrical enclosure of the damper is located with clearance relatively to the inside helical surface of the spring. End surfaces of the damper are made as rings. The top end of the damper rests against the flange of the pendulum suspension, and bottom end rests against the top flange of the bumper casing.

SUBSTANCE: acoustic absorber of combined type comprises active and reactive acoustic absorbers located on a rigid frame, the frame is made out of two parts. The bottom reactive part is made as a rigid, hollow structure of cylindrical shape with a cavity, and the top active part is made as a rigid perforated cylindrical shell with perforated cover and solid base. The cavity of the cylindrical shell is filled with sound absorbing material, and the connection between the top and bottom parts is made by means of a resilient damping element ensuring damping of HF oscillations. An element is pivotally connected to the perforated cover of the perforated cylindrical shell, it helps the frame to be fixed to the required structure, for example, the ceiling of production premises; the cavity of the frame's reactive part is connected to the holes of different diameter serving as necks of Helmholtz resonator. The holes are provided in the cover, the base and on the side surface of the hollow cylinder, the inner walls of the bottom reactive part of the cylindrical hollow frame are rigid, and the outer walls are perforated. The space between them is filled by acoustic absorber, around the perforated cylindrical shell there is at least one screw acoustic absorbing element in the form of a cylindrical coil spring enclosing the shell.

System comprises rigid bearing carcass to make load bearing surface for power plant and bumpers connecting the carcass with the bed. Engine and diesel generator are secured via bumpers at load bearing carcass. Load bearing carcass is connected with four bumpers attached at ship bulkhead. Bulkhead is coupled with lead bearing carcass by two elastic dampers composed by rubberised cable. Bed of said bumpers is fastened to ship bulkhead via damper The latter represents a combined spring-mesh design and comprises the case, interconnected flat ring resilient elements and coaxial cylindrical rod. Said case is composed of cylindrical shell with bore for locking the resilient spring element outer ring while cylindrical rod has bore for locking of inner ring. Said resilient spring element is composed by two resilient coaxial rings connected by two symmetric resilient diametrically located elements with central through groove.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of protection against vibration. The system includes rigid supporting frame and vibration isolators connecting frame with base. Engine and diesel generator are mounted on supporting frame. The supporting frame is connected with four vibration isolators which are fixed on ship bulkhead. The bulkhead is connected with the frame by means of two elastic-damping elements made in the from of rubberised rope. Bottom of vibration isolators is connected with ship bulkhead via vibrodamping element. Elastic element consists of spring and lower and upper spring buffers made of elastomeric material. Vibration isolator contains flat elastic and frictional damping elements. The flat elastic elements are made as a package of arc-type elastic elements consisting of set of flat springs alternating in mutually perpendicular planes. Damping element is made as frictional one in the form of bushings with flanges on its butt ends, and rope length reeled on bushings in closed loop.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, simplified design of vibration isolation.

Every said element includes layers of antivibration material on bitumen substrate, layer of sound absorbing material and perforated decorative panel. Air gap is formed between panel and said layer of porous sound absorbing material. Cabin carcass is jointed with ship bearing structures via antivibration system consisting of top and bottom suspensions. Top suspension consists of two rubber bumpers. Bottom suspension consists of two bumpers made up of helical or conical springs. Sound absorbing material represents a plate from mineral cotton on basalt base stock faced by sound-transmitting material over its entire surface. Piece acoustic absorber is made as rigid carcass attached to cabin ceiling by hooks or on ropes. Acoustical ceiling consists of rigid carcass suspended on ceiling. Inside the carcass, sound-absorbing material wrapped by sound-transmitting material is placed. Perforated sheet is attached to the carcass. Additionally, sound absorbers are located under suspended acoustical ceiling.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises air flexible members made of rubber-cord shells and mounted with an interference fit and system for automatic adjustment of the frequency of natural oscillations of the swing pendulum suspension by changing pressure in the working chambers of the double-action air actuator. The double-action air actuator is made of the shells. The system is provided with control unit whose input is connected with the outputs of the ADC units of accelerometers and pressure gauges through the data bus of the ADC. The accelerometers are mounted at the site of suspension of the rigid pendulum and sites of coupling of air flexible members to the load-carrying structure of a vehicle. The pressure gauges are connected with the working chambers of the air flexible members. The output of the control unit is connected with the input of the DAC unit through the bus of the output data. The outputs of the DAC unit are connected with the inputs of power amplifiers, electromechanical converters, and air distributing devices connected in series. The method comprises using the device proposed.

Pendulum suspension is made in form of threaded rod with spherical profile at one end and threaded bush connected with it and also provided with spherical profile. Both spherical profiles of pendulum suspension are engageable with taper surfaces of lower and upper plates, respectively. Flexible member is made in form of stack of interconnected plate-type components which are connected with outer surface of bush over inner diameter; one end of this bush is secured on base and other end is received by guide bush at slide fit.

The flexible members made of mounted in series stacks of spring washers are arranged on the pillar with a spaced relation to provide movement. The housing is made of an overturned sleeve whose inner surface cooperates with the vertical pillar.
