Caterpillar track 20 is tensioned by, mainly, auxiliary wheel 16.

SUBSTANCE: this vehicle contains a framework, guided front wheels connected to a steering shaft, back driving wheels equipped with a semicrawler unit at each sideboard. The semicrawler unit includes a crawler, an idler wheel mounted on a balancer, and hydraulic control system of the idler wheel. Hydraulic system includes two-sheet hydraulic cylinders guided by on/off distribution valves, and hydraulic lines connecting hydraulic cylinders sheets to the distribution valves. Above-piston hydraulic cylinder sheets are equipped with shock springs. Distribution valves are controlled by a spring-return jaw, and are connected to a master form moved by a vehicle steering shaft. Hydraulic system is equipped with pump and pressure flap, as well as pump and drain pressure hydraulic lines. Each on/off distribution valve has four ports. First line is connected to pump delivery section, the second line is connected to drainage, the third line is connected to the above-piston hydraulic cylinder sheet, and the fourth line is connected to the hydraulic cylinder rod side. In its first position, the third line of the distribution valve is connected to the forth interconnecting hydraulic line. In its second position, the first line of the distribution valve is connected to the forth interconnecting hydraulic line, and its second line is connected to the third interconnecting hydraulic line. The master form is formed by two peripheral pits located symmetrically to its central axis.

Hydraulic drive of crawler shovel comprises power pumps, control pump, distributor, hydraulic motors of stroke, power hydraulic lines, hydraulic lines of servocontrol with control units, hydraulic cylinders of caterpillar belt tension. Besides between each hydraulic cylinder of caterpillar belts tension and according power hydraulic lines of stroke, there is an additional circuit included, made of two drain check valves, discharge check valve, safety valve and hydraulic lines of servocontrol, at the same time piston cavity of hydraulic cylinder of tension of caterpillar belts is connected to discharge cavity of safety valve and through discharge check valve with discharge hydraulic line of servocontrol, and stem cavity - to drain cavity of safety valve and through drain check valves with power hydraulic lines of stroke.

EFFECT: invention provides for automatic tension of caterpillar belts independently on load on master wheels.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in increasing track ground contact area at preset track length by increasing track width on low load-bearing surfaces and making track edges bevelled. Track ground contact area surface features R-radius-whistler. Track width features convex ground contact surface with radius R. Support rollers can be moved out, along with tract contact area, on circular arc by turning track carriages on frame axles. Caterpillar drive comprises frame with guide wheel and final drive wheel, carriages with shock absorbers and support rollers, rolls and track chains. Track chain consists of pin-jointed tracks with ground grousers that features flanged outer surface. Support rollers are fitted on carriage to move out on circular arc level. The platform is arranged at two front and rear pairs of lengthwise caterpillar propulsors arranged one after another to turn in vertical plane and to be turned by power cylinders around mirror plane of the load-bearing surface of the front pair of propulsors in horizontal plane above said platform in ball bearings. Pivots couple said platform with the frame of every pair of caterpillar propulsors. Caterpillar propulsors are spaced apart in said pairs. Frame of the front pair of propulsors is made of two composite inner and outer parts displacing relative to each other. Rubber-metallic caterpillars in every pair of propulsors are convexed in crosswise and lengthwise directions to diameter Dsph by setting the surface of road and guide pneumatic wheels to radius R = Dsph/2-δ.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machine building, namely, to combat armoured vehicles. All-purpose tracked chassis comprises engine compartment where packaged power plant is installed. This power plant contains primary internal combustion engine the high speed shaft of which is kinematically connected with generator via torsion shaft and speeder. Driving wheels of track propulsors are kinematically connected with power drive of packaged structure. The power drive consists of two final reduction assemblies, two traction motors and planetary gear which are controlled from switches of brake resistor side units. Two power drives, electric heater and generator are installed in additional intermediate compartment. Cooling systems are integrated into cooling system of primary internal combustion engine. In the system of primary internal combustion engine, two electrically driven fans are installed. Ionistors are installed in board electric circuit. In control compartment steering column with electromechanical control of track propulsors traction motors is installed as control devices. Electric energy consumers control is performed using digital information and control system.

In the device, grousers on outer edges of caterpillar belts are made extending and forming common transversal semicylindrical surface. Box-type body is located inside caterpillar belts between carrying, supporting, jockey and driving rollers. Hull side plates are installed at an angle throughout the height of body thus continuing outlines of gun turret. Through vertical body aperture of gun turret turning circle is located immediately between inside edges of caterpillar belt branches.

Caterpillar propulsors are connected with welded frame with the help of pins and hinges arranged at frame outer sides and inner channels of aforesaid side members. Said frame outer sides and inner channels of side members are articulated with the help of damper composed by compression spring with its ends thrusting against holders.
