SUBSTANCE: electronic printing device of a manual stamp type, having a housing into wherein a stationary dismountable electronic cartridge of the printing unit is inserted. At the working position of the cartridge inserted into the housing electrical contacts located on one side of the cartridge for the electrical supply and control of the cartridge under pressure adjoin the corresponding electrical contacts in the housing, and for this purpose, in the housing on the side of the cartridge opposite the side with electrical contacts, there is a spring device for holding the cartridge opposite the housing contacts; the spring device is an angled leaf spring directly pressed against the cartridge, which is disposed on the drive element, which is adjustable in the housing, on its side facing the cartridge in its inserted working position; and the movable wedge, which is disposed for adjusting the drive element, interacts with the drive element surface located on the upper side.

EFFECT: solution provides for the creation of such a printing device wherein, on the one hand, at the working position the cartridge of the printing unit is pressed against the stationary electrical contacts of the housing, ensuring a reliable electrical connection and power supply, and on the other hand, when inserting or extracting the cartridge sliding of the corresponding contacts against each other and thereby their wear and tear are prevented.

SUBSTANCE: electronic printing device formed as a hand stamp with a housing accommodating the cartridge of the electronic printing device which is connected to an electronic control unit for print setting and its lower printhead arranged to perform the print through the open bottom side of the housing on the substrate on which the housing moves. There is a sliding cover provided. It is disposed to move between the closed position or inoperative position in which it blocks the lower cartridge print head, and the open position or printing position in which the lower cartridge print head is open. The sliding cover is situated directly on the underside of the housing and is movable, wherein the sliding cover is guided in guide wings provided in the housing laterally, into which it engages by means of guide pins.

EFFECT: decision provides the print head with sufficient protection.
