SUBSTANCE: invention relates to marine mobile platforms. A marine ice-strengthened platform comprises a base plate made with the possibility to adjust its buoyancy, coaxially associated with a support shell on which an upper structure is mounted with the possibility of vertical movement along it. The base plate is equipped with vertical through channels adapted for entering piles and securing them therein. The plant is equipped with a mounting frame movable along the axis of the support shell and equipped with several pile driving means made movable along the mounting frame perimeter. For this purpose, the mounting frame is provided with at least two rail guides spaced vertically. Wherein the protective casings of the pile driving means are made longer than the water area depth at the platform location and are installed in the clamps of the carriages interacting with said rail guides, the carriage clamps being made with the possibility to turn off clamping the casing therein. The casing is mounted with its longitudinal axis preferably coaxially with the axis of the vertical through channels of the base plate. Pile extraction means made in the form of crane plants are arranged on the deck of the upper structure. The pile driving means are made in the form of a vibratory pile hammer and a protective casing with a diameter larger than the diameter of a vertical through channel of the base plate, made with the possibility of coaxial airtight docking with the base plate equipped with water and / or silt removing means.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method includes deepening and installation of an underwater part of the structure into bottom deposits, fixed fastening of a hollow board to it, made in the form of a ball segment with perforated surface. During assembly of the board its upper part is placed above the surface of the ice cover, and the base is submerged into water. Supply-and-exhaust shafts and tight hatches are placed into the cavity of the board. The underwater part of the platform is equipped with transition gateways and joint assemblies. A tunnel is installed from the platform to the coast, and in it they install a pipe canal, tight partitions, additionally it is equipped with transition gateways, joint assemblies. The tunnel is used as a permanent transport link and moorage for underwater vessels.

Meanwhile before placing the platform into design position along the platform perimeter with a clearance at least one row of supports from metal piles with round section sunk into unstable bottom sediments or into bed rocks. Into piles the coolers are mounted, and artificial freezing of water and ground around piles, and the monolithic cylinders, formed around piles - ice and grounding in the base and icy in water, shall contact the adjacent cylinders, forming continuous ice and ground in the base and icy in water protective anti-chock and impervious wall.

Proposed method comprises fitting the pile anchor in place by screwing the cylinder in soil, well drilling via wellhead, lowering of reinforced well casing in the well and cementing the string inner space. Note here that casing pipe is pre-furnished with lengthwise sawcuts. An offshore floating platform contains an undersea displacement module, a support subsea module with rigid support columns and binders, and straining ties fixed at seabed anchors. The support columns and binders can be detached from the undersea module in order to escape quickly from an ice-hazardous area and to return back to the abandoned place. The subsea module is made of individual sealed pontoons interconnected by rigid ties capable of limiting relative motion. The support columns of the subsea module are equipped with mechanisms for connection to pontoons of the undersea module and for interconnection of the modules.

The support stand-anchor of the marine platform comprises joined upper section with the upper support site, ballast cisterns-sections and the lower drilling section, in which there is a hydraulic engine installed, to the shaft of the rotor of which a drill is connected, and a pipeline of water drain and a nozzle of water drain are connected to the stator of the hydraulic engine. At the same time on the marine platform in the control cabin the system of filling-emptying of ballast cisterns-sections additionally comprises a compressor for compressed air, the outlet of which via serially connected first valves and three-way switching valves are connected to pipelines of compressed air supply, hydraulic pumps. Between ballast cisterns-sections there are remote support sections, the upper section is made in the form of two coaxial hollow cylinders arranged relative to each other coaxially. The upper support site by means of hinge parts rigidly connected to it and the marine platform, may rotate around the common axis of the hinged joint, and with it the entire support stand of the anchor with removal of the bolt joints by means of its transition from the vertical working position into the horizontal transport position.

SUBSTANCE: floating island represents partially submerged volume structure made of floating facilities with positive bouyancy which are interconnected by means of flexible inextensible link and resilient damping link. Floating facilities are neighbouring each other and spaced in horizontal direction, and each one them represents volume hollow structure with side walls, bottom and roof which is base surface located above water for island infrastructure facilities to be installed on it. Each floating facility is made as hollow sealed block having positive bouyancy and shape of regular parallelepiped or regular prism with height less than length of any of base sides. Each wall of each floating facility facing wall of adjacent floating facility is connected with this wall by means of flexible inextensible link and resilient damping link throughout the length of this wall. SUBSTANCE: proposed complex is made in form of ship with small waterplane area having upper and lower hulls interconnected by means of telescopic columns for disconnection and autonomous motion of these hulls. Lower hull is submersible vehicle and upper hull is amphibian. Both hulls are provided with greenhouses and power units for generation of energy for motion of complex, domestic and technological purposes, as well as for growing vegetables, sea products and production of distilling water by motion of spheres with plant containers located spirally on their surfaces, thus ensuring generation of electric power. In addition to vegetation tubes with plants growing chains are provided where sea products are contained for distilling sea water by change in pressure and level of illumination and growing chains for growing fish and preparation of nutrient solution for plants. Lower hull is provided with plankton trawls for delivery of plankton for greenhouse and power plants of lower and upper hulls for growing fish and sea products. Amphibian supplies fresh air to submersible vehicle through its collector; it is also used for transportation of sections for erection of scientific research station. Provision is made for delivery of light to submersible vehicle through lenses, light conduits and structural sections and light conduits of collector of vehicle.
