The load-bearing element has an arrangement and dimensions ensuring to it the elevated position above the installation site surface, when the plurality of racks are in contact with and supported by said surface.

EFFECT: ensuring the reliable turbine location without the risk of overturning without the need of a fastening, simplifying the installation and maintenance of the turbine system.

SUBSTANCE: support structure of a marine complex, designed for installation in shallow water, is characterised by the fact that it comprises at least two supports installed in shallow water, every support is made of at least one rigid shell closed along the perimetre and filled inside with stone material, besides, the lower shell of the support is installed on the sea bottom, and each of the above installed shells in the lower part is made of smaller size along the perimeter that the perimetre of the upper part of the more lower shell. Besides, at least a part of the upper shell is made with a cone shape. Each support is made as capable of installation of process objects and equipment of the marine complex and placement of elements that combine separate process objects into a whole marine complex between supports. The specified upper shell has a diameter in the range from 30 to 60 metres.

EFFECT: provision of efficient protection against ice and wave loads, reduction of construction time, lower material intensity.

The geometry of the shell provides for gravitational leakage of loose material from it, the reserve of which the shell holds, and its lower outlet hole is closed with a gate retained in the closed condition with the help of links that transfer forces from the gate weight and loose material weight to the massif body.

EFFECT: higher manufacturability of the process, provision of structure stability, higher shift stiffness and strength under action of horizontal shifting loads.

Ship 1 allows detachment of foundation 12 and its lowering, and/or lifting to position right under the ship, and its attachment to ship. Foundation 12 comprises support 32 to pass upward through ship 14 when foundation 14 is attached to ship from below. SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to jack-up drilling platforms in general and to a foundation, which may be used for a jack-up drilling platform, in particular. A foundation 10 equipped with a skirt, designed for installation onto a sea bottom with quite soft material above the bed of the base, comprises a shoe support 12, having an upper part and a foot 16, and a skirt 20, having an upper edge, which is connected as an integral part with the shoe support 12 and protrudes down, surrounding the foot 16, and a lower edge 25 for introduction into the sea bottom. The upper part and the foot 16 are connected along the perimeter and form an outer edge 14, besides, both the upper part and the foot 16 have flat or conical configuration. One support 40 of the jack-up drilling platform is installed on the upper part. The foot 16 has a flat base or a descending slope. The skirt 20 contains multiple circumferential holes 22, which adjoin the foot 16 of the shoe support 12 and arranged within the upper half of the skirt 20 height. Configuration of holes 22 provides for release of soft material from inner space defined by the skirt 20 and foot 16, during foundation 10 submersion into the sea bottom, at the same time the soft material is not gripped inside the foundation 10 equipped with the skirt. The foundation 10 equipped with the skirt is made as capable of introduction into the bed of the base for efficient depth. The jack-up drilling platform comprises a working platform, multiple supports 40 and multiple foundations 10 equipped with the skirt given above. Each support 40 has two ends, one of which is connected to the working platform to ensure support, and the other one - with one foundation 10 equipped with the skirt, so that foundations 10 equipped with the skirt provide for fixation and support of the jack-up drilling platform. The method to install the foundation 10 equipped with the skirt designed for installation on the sea bottom with quite soft material above the bed of the base, contains foundation slope into the soft material on the sea bottom and simplified release of soft material from the inner space, defined by the skirt 20 and foot 16, via multiple circumferential holes 22, thus increased capacity of the foundation.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides for increased bearing capacity of a jack-up drilling platform and a foundation equipped with a skirt.

Platform comprises superstructure, body with foundation, equipped with slots in form of direct correct cylinder, through which piles are installed. At that, piles are equipped with heads in form of inverted truncated regular cones with base diameters, smaller than diameter of slots in foundation, mounted on piles buried into slots with head cone base gradient above slot top.
