SUBSTANCE: control method for fuel supply to a vehicle engine is proposed. According to the method, when the engine is cuts off, a fuel injection pump (FIP) with variable delivery and a drive from the engine operates at a high feed rate and fills in the high-pressure fuel storage with fuel. When the engine is further restarted, the fuel from the high-pressure fuel storage is used, if the FIP runs at a low feed rate.

EFFECT: acceleration of engine deceleration at cutoff, acceleration of engine start-up due to the need to increase the fuel pressure of the high-pressure fuel pump before starting the fuel injection into the engine.

An accumulator battery (20) is connected to the above motor. The winding comprises the first winding (22a) and the second winding (22b). The controller supplies the accumulator battery output to one of the windings - the first one or the second one - in order to run up the generator unit for the motor starting.

It includes a storage battery, a solenoid starter switch, a starter, a capacitive energy storage, the second output of which is connected to a minus output of the storage battery, a slave key that is made in the form of a thyristor; besides, the storage battery through the thyristor and the capacitive energy storage with its first output through a diode are connected to the starter for the starting period through contacts of the solenoid switch; a control electrode of the thyristor is connected to a common output of introduced switch 8 that connects, when in the first position, in-series connected threshold element (voltage-regulator diode) 9 and resistor 10 to a common point of storage battery 1 and anode of thyristor 7, and when in the second position, to a common point of resistor 10 and threshold element (voltage-regulator diode), and when in the third position, to a thyristor cathode.

SUBSTANCE: total length of starter harness used solely to starter connection and storage battery positive output terminal 4a is increased by adding additional excess segment to up the harness resistance beyond the limits of length required for laying said harness in engine compartment. Excess segment 21 is composed by a rod at forming of section with two flexures by bending the section of one continuous harness 7. Or, it is made by additional bending of the section with two flexures two times and secured via harness holder to storage battery support flange bracket. With application of resistor with heat resistance constrictions, it is potable to suppress voltage drop at restarting which problematic in carrier with idling engine outage function. Required resistance is ensured by excessive increase in length to decrease harness temperature increase.

(a) Magnitude defining the temperature (Tavt) of exhaust gases circulating at engine exhaust pipe, at turbocompressor turbine inlet. (b) Said magnitude is compared with preset threshold magnitude (Tavt_seuil). (c) In case the former magnitude is larger than the latter, first time delay (Tempo-in) is activated to repeat steps (a) and (b). If, during said time delay, the former is smaller than the latter, said time delay is stopped to initiate step (d). (d) In case the former magnitude is larger than the latter, second time delay (Tempo-out) is activated to repeat steps (a) and (b). SUBSTANCE: invention is related to start systems for automobiles, railroad transport, and electric transport. A system contains an accumulator battery and an energy storage unit, a system monitoring and control module (SMCM), a voltage conversion module (VCM), a power switching module (PSM) for switching of direct-current power circuits. The system contains a charger intended for additional recharge of the accumulator battery and the energy storage unit made as an electrochemical capacitor (ECC). At that VCM is coupled by power circuits to power supply buses of the onboard network, PSM and SMCM; PSM is coupled by power circuits to the charger, MM and ECC and the charger in its turn is coupled to power circuits of MA and ECC. The system monitoring and control module can supply control signals to VCM, PSM and the charger and to receive signals from voltage sensors of the accumulator battery, the ECC voltage sensor and the charger current sensor as well as to control voltage/current of the power supply bus of the onboard network and to ensure exchange of information with the vehicle onboard data bus.

Proposed system comprises starter to start the engine, storage battery to supply said starter and starter control device. Said starter comprises second gear engaged with first gear engaged with engine crankshaft, actuator to displace second gear for engagement with first fear and motor to run said second gear. Control device can drive said actuator and motor separately. Control device operates in the mode of rotation whereat said motor is actuated before said actuator. Note that in the case of said mode of rotation said control unit restricts the engine automatic outage proceeding from the lower voltage of storage battery decreased voltage after actuation of motor and decreased voltage of storage battery after actuation of actuator. Invention discloses the engine control.

The method of operation of the compression ignition engine fuelled by ether-containing fuel obtained from alcohol-based primary fuel is offered which comprises the following stages: 1 - continuous consumption of primary fuel from the fuel tank (2) and compression of fuel in a liquid state up to the final injection pressure; 2 - continuous injection of the compressed primary fuel into the fuel plenum chamber (6); 3 - continuous distribution of the compressed primary fuel into the tubes (9a-9d) connecting the plenum chamber (6) with the fuel nozzles (11a-11d) of the engine; 4 - before supply into the fuel nozzles, continuous conversion of the compressed primary fuel into the ether-containing fuel by the contact with the alcohol dehydration catalyst (10a-10d) located in each tube upstream the fuel nozzles; 5 - continuous injection of ether-containing fuel by the pressure of injection in the engine; 6 - continuous consumption of a part of primary fuel from the plenum chamber and recirculating of the consumed primary fuel into the fuel tank. The fuel system for implementation of the named method is also offered.

The high pressure fuel delivery system is offered which contains a high pressure fuel pump (5) with an inlet port (6), at least one plunger (9) and a suction channel (8) passing between the inlet port (6) and the plunger (9), and also a fuel return port (4) and a vapour discharge valve (15) installed on the suction channel (8) of the high pressure fuel pump (5) with a possibility of connection with this channel. Between the inlet port (6) and the fuel return port (4) the switching valve (11) is installed, and the vapour discharge valve (15) is installed between the suction channel (8) and the fuel return port (4) with a possibility of their connection.

EFFECT: decrease of impact of fuel vapours at operation of the high pressure fuel pump due to fuel vapour discharge from the pump.

The fuel supply system (1) for supply of fuel from a fuel tank (2) into a fuel distribution manifold (5) is offered, which comprises a pump assembly containing a fuel path (11) with a low pressure line (P1) and a high pressure line (P2) and a high pressure pump (9). The low pressure line (P1) has several sections (23-28, 30-34) which have components (8, 13, 21, 29, 231, 232, 233, 241, 242, 251, 261, 271, 311) of the fuel supply system, each of which has at least one connecting part and at least one tubular connecting branch pipe inserted partially into the connecting part and partially into the section of the low pressure line. SUBSTANCE: device for fuel supply into nozzles 1 is offered, which contains a fuel accumulator 3, implemented as a pipe. Between the pipe 3 and the nozzles the tubular rods 6 are installed which have barrelled tips, located in funnels made in the pipe 3 and in housings of all nozzles. From another side of the pipe 3 the screws 11 are located which are installed in the cylinder head. These screws have axial holes for fuel flow, and from one end they have the threaded tip 13, and from another end - the barrelled tip 14 inserted into the funnel, made in the pipe 3.

EFFECT: simplification of the device and avoidance fuel pressure losses when fuel is supplied from the fuel accumulator to nozzles.

Fuel feed system comprises variable-output fuel feed pump, high-pressure plunger pump 10 with casing 15 and plunger drive arranged therein. System fuel path with first section for communication between fuel tank and fuel feed pump, second path for communication between fuel feed pump and high-pressure plunger pump and third section for communication between said plunger pump 10 with ICE. Fuel path second section branches in first channel to feed fuel to high-pressure plunger pump inlet and to directly communicate fuel feed pump with high-pressure plunger pump. Second channel 12b feeds a portion of fuel to plunger pump case and communicates fuel feed pump with case 15. It allows fuel flow via at least one calibrated orifice 27.

SUBSTANCE: device for supply of fuel to the engine nozzle 1 is offered which contains a fuel pressure booster inserted into a cylinder head of an engine and having a housing 2 designed as a barrel with collar. In the housing 2 the spring-loaded step boosting piston 3 is located. The bushing 23 with a threaded connection with the cylinder head is put on the housing near the collar. Between the housing 2 and the nozzle the fixing ring 6 having a threaded connection with the cylinder head, the washer 7 with the conic hollow located from the nozzle side, the tubular rod 8 with the conic ends located in the hollow made in the washer 7, and in the funnel made in the nozzle housing, are installed.

EFFECT: decrease of losses of pressure of the fuel supplied into a nozzle, increase of pressure of fuel injection into the engine cylinders and improvement of mix forming process without complication of the nozzle design.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises fuel feed channels (2), accumulating chambers (7 and 8), pistons (9) and springs (10). Accumulating chambers (7 and 8) with pistons (9) and springs (10) are arranged in separate housing (3) for engine two cylinders. Fuel is forced via fuel lines (2) from high-pressure fuel pump into first accumulating chamber (7) and, via control channels (6), to slide valve (12). The latter opens to let fuel from second accumulating chamber (8) flow via fuel feed channels (4) to appropriate fuel injectors. Besides, operation of accumulating chambers allows ordered operation of engine cylinders.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine-building industry, namely to devices for the maintenance of fuel filters of internal combustion engines of machines. The invention proposes a device for the maintenance of fuel filters of internal combustion engines based on a canister (10) with a funnel (3). For that purpose, the funnel (3) is additionally provided with an elastic transparent cylinder (1) and interconnected with the canister cavity. In the canister cover plate (8) there is a drain hole. With that, there has been considered the ratio of geometrical parameters of structural members of the device as per their carrying capacity, as well as control of the draining process of sludge from the fuel filter is provided.

EFFECT: creation of a simple, reliable and compact design of the device for the maintenance of fuel filters of internal combustion engines.

SUBSTANCE: power system of motor-and-tractor diesel engine involves fuel tanks (1, 2) for various fuels, heat exchanger (9), coarse fuel filters (11, 15), fuel backup pump (12, 16), fine fuel filters (14, 18), fuel injection pump (6), nozzle (8), fuel lines group (7), control module (19) and indicator lamps (27). SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a fuel system containing fuel pump 28, a fuel pressure amplifier and injection nozzle 1. In housing 2 of the pressure amplifier there located is spring-loaded piston-multiplier 3, opposite which disk 11 separating drain valve 12 located after it is installed. A cavity between disk 11 and piston-multiplier 3 is interconnected with fuel accumulator 18 is interconnected with the fuel accumulator through a discharge valve and contains spring-loaded plunger made in the form of a pipe located in head of cylinders 5. Fuel pump 28 is interconnected with the fuel accumulator through a discharge valve and contains spring-loaded plunger 29 having a drive from cam shaft 26 of the engine. Plunger 29 is located in a sleeve installed in a cartridge enveloping a return spring of the plunger, which is arranged about the sleeve.

EFFECT: reduction of pressure losses of fuel supplied to the injection nozzle to increase spray pressure of fuel to engine cylinders to improve a process of mixture formation, and therefore, fuel combustion.
