SUBSTANCE: turbulizing elements, that are designed as the lobes in the form of the propeller or of the wire spiraling, are fixedly attached to the metal rod or wire throughout the length at a distance from one another in the heat exchanger composed of the jacket, where the stack of the tubes that are linked to the tube sheets is located, and of the input and output nozzles of the tube medium Δ, of the turbulence promoters that are placed within every tube in axial alignment throughout the tube length and are representing the metal rod or wire. The ends of the rods or wires are attached to the tie bars that are tailed in among the shoulders that are rigidly attached to the tube sheets outer surface.

SUBSTANCE: effect is achieved by changing the location of refractory bricks in the wall between waterwall and waterwall-circulation sections of the boiler. At that, strong flow turbulence of combustion products appears, which decreases its speed, and therefore it increases the action tine of combustion products on heating surface. In order to achieve the effect, the device for enlarging the action time of combustion products on heating surface of boiler plant is proposed, which includes partial demolishing of front and rear walls of the boiler, removal of refractory brick of the wall, which serves for uniform and complete action of combustion products on the boiler sections. Then, the wall is restored again, but one row of bricks is laid in common way, and the next row is laid with their edges.

EFFECT: reducing fuel consumption.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, namely to the turbulising unit design and can be used in different heat exchanging pipes of industrial heat exchangers. The turbulising unit for a heat exchanging pipe comprises swirling blades which are streamlined by the heat carrier flow and are rigidly fixed on the axis with the specified interval, the axis is made as two intertwisted rods and the swirling blades are made as rectangular plates mounted between the twisted rods and set along the pipe length with the interval of 0.5-5 inner pipe diametres. The twisting value changes the rotation angle of the plate plane in respect to the heat carrier flow by 1-15 grad and the rotation angle of the swirling blades in respect to each other by 15-90 grad.

EFFECT: optimal intensification of heat exchange in the heat exchanging pipes with different operation modes is achieved during a short period of time and without great expenditures.

The turbulising unit for a heat exchanging pipe comprises swirling blades which are streamlined by the heat carrier flow and are rigidly fixed on the axis with the specified interval; the swirling blades are made as rectangular plates with sharp edges, the central part of the plates is placed parallel to the flow and the ends are turned at the angle of 15-45 grad in respect to each other; the swirling blades are set along the pipe length with the interval of 1-5 inner pipe diametres.

EFFECT: proposed turbulising unit for a heat exchanging pipe ensures reduction of hydraulic resistance of the heat carrier flowing inside the pipe and intensification of the heat exchanging process along with simple design.

Air heater with flue gas and method of air pipe installation for air heater with flue gas includes air pipe kit connected to the air heater, and the method involves cutting of air pipe connected to the heater and removal of the air pipe part to be replaced from the air heater; further the method involves installation of a separate new air pipe replacing the removed part of air duct, and tight connection of the new air duct to the remaining part as an extension. Connection is implemented by mounting coupling with one end connected to the end of new air pipe and the other end inserted in the remaining part of heater air pipe.

A tubular heat exchanger for heat exchange between two fluid media includes housing (2), inside which one or more tubes (8) for the first fluid medium pass between inlet and outlet chambers (5, 6). The above tubes pass through openings (13) in baffle walls (11) fixed at some distance from each other by means of one or more fasteners. The fastener represents channel (14) fixed by being latched in one or more grooves (19) formed on the corresponding baffle walls (11). According to the invention, the above channel has a V-shape, and groove (19) has a V-shape with projections (23) on two of its opposite edges (22) so that V-channel (14) can be latched by being entering behind those projections.
