SUBSTANCE: method consists of multipoint impact on the free surface of the face by the executive bodies driven by external energy sources, giving the central executive body the direction of movement of the combine with the subsequent activation of the peripheral executive bodies and their movement along the trajectory of the epicycloid. At the same time, a shock-shearing effect of a rock-destroying tool by means of generators of mechanical impulses is carried out on the free face by applying prolonged shock loads with a successive step-by-step displacement along the entire surface of the face section.

EFFECT: expanding the use of mechanical impact and force to destroy strong rocks, the possibility of changing the direction of mining workings, especially in difficult mining and geological conditions, reducing energy intensity, improving the working conditions of maintenance personnel.

SUBSTANCE: complex to drive short roadways with tubbing in semi-stable rocks comprises a working element in the form of a detachable faceplate with cutters along its entire surface made with windows for preliminary weakening of a bottomhole equipped with sliding stops that retain it with hydraulic cylinders and fixed on a rotary lever installed on a bearing frame of a tubbing erector, besides, one of the ends of the rotary lever there is a grip for tubbing, made as capable of replacement with a rock-breaking tool, and also a mechanism for movement of the tubbing erector. The faceplate is equipped with a feed mechanism made in the form of two hydraulic cylinders connected with a carriage of a hydraulic drive of rotation of the rotary lever, four sliding stops that retain it and are installed in hydraulic cylinders, and four windows-segments in the middle part, closed by sliding covers. At the same time fixation of the faceplate with the rotary lever is made in the form of a quick-detachable joint of dovetail type, in which ledges on the rotary lever that are rigidly connected with it are entered into slots arranged on the inner side of the faceplate. The rotary lever is made as telescopic, and on the frame of the tubbing erector there are telescopic booms with fixed sliding canopies on them with the possibility of their reciprocal movement. At the bottomhole side the faceplate may be additionally equipped with radial slots, which are arranged along its circumference, in which plate cutters are rigidly fixed. The complex may be additionally equipped with four buckets, a guiding chute connected with a receiving tray and a belt conveyor, installed on the frame of the tubbing erector, at the same time buckets are installed diametrically along the circumference of the faceplate, and their rear wall is made in the form of a deflecting sheet, with a hole in its upper part, matched with the guiding chute. The faceplate may be fixed on the rotary lever with eccentricity relative to its axis of rotation.

EFFECT: increased speed of roadway driving, higher safety of works, reduced time expenditures for preliminary fixing, more accurate profiling of a roadway.

SUBSTANCE: method involves uniform destruction of rock mass with continuous cross cutters of cycloidal direction with working tool of planetary flat disc actuators and of tangential direction with working tool of rotary elements. The latter are installed behind front and rear parts of the disc and fixed on reduction gears of planetary flat disc destruction elements.

Device comprises tunneling combine, stationary transportation accessory, transmission or bridge transporter arranged between them and installed with the possibility of movement on walker mechanism or frame, accordingly, and ventilation accessory. Ventilation accessory comprises suction pipe, immovable ventilation pipeline and length-variable joint of suction pipe with dust channel of ventilation accessory. Length-variable joint comprises helical ventilation pipe suspended on bearing cord. Bearing cord is stretched between two support parts of walker mechanism or frame, accordingly, displaced in the same direction and tunneling combine, and is directed by means of diverging rollers.

EFFECT: invention provides for reliable installation of ventilation pipe, excluding hogging under action of longitudinal loads.

Method for breaking of massif with cross cuts of certain depth made with rotor and planetary-disk actuators. When using combined breaking element: cuts of planetary-disk actuator are arranged in radial direction, and cuts of rotor actuator in tangential one in the form of concentric circumferences. At the same time depth of rotor element cuts is equal to depth of planetary element cuts in the areas of cuts crossing.

EFFECT: reduced power inputs and yield of fine rock fractions in process of massif breaking with combine actuators.

SUBSTANCE: complex comprises working tool made as removable faceplate 10 with cutters 11 arranged over faceplate surface, protective shell made as cantilever 14 fixedly secured to faceplate 10 perimeter, working tool advancing mechanism 13 and block laying means. Removable faceplate 10 is provided with windows 17 for preliminary face weakening and cut rock removal and with two hydraulic cylinders for faceplate 10 retention. The hydraulic cylinders have extendible stops 15 and is fastened to rotary lever 5 installed on load-bearing frame 2 of block laying means connected to advancing mechanism 13. One end of rotary lever 5 is provided with grip 6 for tubing 7, which may be substituted for hydraulic hammer 8.

EFFECT: increased tunnel excavation rate and operational safety, decreased time of prior tunnel lining, improved tunnel shaping accuracy and increased advancing speed.

SUBSTANCE: device contains at least one driven rotary overlapping striking tool, bushing, eccentric shaft, drive, cycloid gearing and safety sleeve for cycloid gearing. Bushing is fastened in the body with possible rotation. Shaft of eccentric is connected by one end to tool and mounted in aperture of eccentric bushing with eccentricity relatively to axis of bushing and with possible rotation around axis of eccentric shaft. Driving shaft of drive is connected to bushing and to device for transferring rotation to shaft of eccentric. Cycloid gearing is positioned outside relatively to bushing and has input and output shafts, formed by eccentric shaft. Disk cam, cycloid on its external periphery, performs circular movement on external ring, having concentrically positioned roller supports. Safety sleeve is connected to external ring or tailing disk, mounted on the shaft of eccentric.
