Bending die and method of its manufacture

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: manufacture the blanks for the punch and/or matrix die from the martensitic steels off-gage wastes by cutting the plates on the laser device. The blanks are formed by the package of plates with the thickness of not less than the stamped product bending length. The blank for the matrix die contains at least one plate more, than the blank for the punch. In plates using the conductor, in the bending stress concentration areas under the influence of longitudinal forces, perform the mounting holes, and at the ends - the profiles, adequate to the corresponding bending product shape cross section, taking into account the clearance between the punch and the matrix die equal to the thickness of stamping product. Then the plates are connected into the packages by the tightening bolts through the mounting holes with the interference and provide the processing of the punch and/or matrix die blanks with the elements of its connection to the corresponding upper and lower plates of the bending die into the final size, bringing of the working surfaces to conform the stamped product bending shape and its subsequent aging.

EFFECT: reliability of the bending die is increased.

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: profiles are made of metal with similar cross section along whole length. Also, a connecting profile has lengthwise plane, lengthwise fixing lugs and hook ends for them. The first and second connected profiles are pushed on the connecting profile to move edges in slots formed with hook ends correspondingly, while recesses correspondingly coincide with lugs. Further, screw elements are started into open ends of a lengthwise cavity and are screwed inside it. Also, there occurs break of ends of the connecting profile into parts, while edges of fixing lugs are tightly closed with internal surface of the hook ends. Connected and connecting profiles are bent on a mandrel for fabrication of a bent sectional profile before assembly.

EFFECT: upgraded quality of sectional profile due to prevention of metal profiles swaying and slipping one relative to another, also avoiding disassembly of sectional profile upon assembly.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to tube bending. Proposed method comprises the stage of computing, at least, one cycle of instructions related to, at least, one parametre of tube production process depending upon set of data on a tube and set of process data. At least, one 3D geometrical model of, at least, one tube bending machine and appropriate tools is produced governed by, at least, one production parametre derived from cycles of computed bending instructions. To comply with thus computed bending instructions, 3D and kinematic simulation of tube bending is performed, the tube being described by set of data on tube and bending performed by bending machine and appropriate mechanical tools described by appropriate 3D geometrical model. Possibility of producing tube by, at least, one bending machine and appropriate tools is checked up.

EFFECT: higher quality of tube bending.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of bed plate, of two supports mounted on bed plate and of replaceable puncheons. The bed plate rotates around its axis, is installed in a case and performs vertical travels. The case travels in horizontal plane. The supports are mounted on the bed plate, they converge and rock to centre of the bed plate and back under control. A bracket-shaped frame is rigidly tied with the case. A beam rotating around axis of the bed plate in mounted on the frame. The beam has slots, wherein there are installed lengthwise or two cross puncheons. The puncheons are equipped with shank ends corresponding to slots.

EFFECT: simplification of design avoiding usage of additional mechanisms for hoisting, turn and overturn of treated panel; control over dimension of bend section; upgraded quality of parts.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to metal billet stretch forming. Proposed method comprises arranging the billet in the case on female die surface, insulating electrically said biller, gripping the billet at its opposite ends, resistance heating of the billet to working temperature, displacing the billet and female die surface relative to each other at the biller working temperatures, and cooling the billet down.

EFFECT: uniform heating to minimise heat losses.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of moulding varietal roll-formed shapes relates to plastic metal working and is designed for processing work pieces mainly with thickness h=2...8 mm with given mechanical properties. The method involves overcastting elements with a final bend radius, which increases with increase in h. For steel with flow point σf≤270 MPa, the value of the final bend radius is determined from the relationship: R1=(1,85...2,25)(h-0,4) σfb mm, and for steel with flow point 470≥σf>270 MPa from the relationship: R2=(2,15...2,45)(h-0,4) σfb mm, where σb is the breaking stress of steel, MPa. There are more application properties of the roll-formed shapes and yield gain.

EFFECT: more application properties of the roll-formed shapes and yield gain of the material.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of performing first stage for bending flange by relatively large radius; performing second stage for deforming blank by means of punch moving in direction from edge of flange to its radius in parallel relative to die surface; selecting surface shape of deforming punch and its sizes according to condition of creating effect of metal "pushing in" to zone for forming small radius.

FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly manufacture of bent blanks.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes die arranged on table, counter-die mounted in spindle, supporting member used for holding counter-die and mounted in upper slide that may perform sliding motion crosswise relative to blank. Blank is subjected to bending in lower slide mounted with possibility of motion on table in motion direction of upper slide. In order to move counter-die to blank and from it, first double-action cylinder is mounted in lower slide. Second double-action cylinder is mounted with possibility of sliding along upper slide and it is joined with it by means of counter-action rod that may rotate around end of spindle rotating tie rod.

EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced quality of bent blanks.

FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly manufacture of bent articles of rolled sheets of given in specification aluminum alloys.

SUBSTANCE: before realizing bending of sheet by radiuses less than least ones set according to admissible deformations of boundary fibers, sheet is subjected to heat treatment in the form of recrystallization annealing. Temperature of last stage of recrystallization annealing for each alloy is determined with use of experimental graphic relationships for each metal of alloy depending upon percentage content of metal in rolled aluminum alloy sheet.

FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely apparatuses for bending blanks of metallic shapes such as rods, tubes, wire.

SUBSTANCE: automatic line includes loading apparatus, transporting system and working station provided with device for induction heating of blank and bending machine. Automatic line also has second working station having device for induction heating of blank and bending machine. Working station are arranged symmetrically relative to common loading apparatus. Device for induction heating of each station includes two or more successively arranged heating units. Transporting system is mounted with possibility of performing alternating successive motion, heating and bending of blank at each working station mounted with possibility of separate readjustment. Each bending machine includes in addition mechanism for discharging articles.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, possibility of rapid readjustment for making article of other type and size without interrupting operation of automatic line.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method involves bending of sheet edges, forming, welding, expansion. Improvement of expansion operation efficiency by providing the conditions when minimisation of welded billet profile deviations from a circle shape occurs with the consideration of the impact of heat deformations associated with the welding operations, is achieved due to the fact that billet profile deviations from a circle are checked in at least three sections (at the ends and in the middle) after welding operation is finished, and when forming the next billet, the travel of a step moulding press punch is corrected accounting for the location, value and sign of the specified deviations. The press performance is corrected periodically after regular measurement of billet geometrical shape.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of the following expansion of the billets.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to making the parts of ship hull. Part involute is obtained using robot cutting NC machine for marking notches on edge and wall and cutting curved end on edge and wall along Archimedes spiral. Bending is performed in two steps. At first step, local rotary bending press is used for bending curvilinear ends for the length of 800-1000 mm with control over part bent ends along rectifiable lines. At second step, bending is performed by known method with control over bent part shape along rectifiable lines and final cutting of notches.

EFFECT: better quality of finished parts, lower labor input.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and may be used for production of variable-corrugation metal and nonmetallic sheet straight and curved elements. Billet is clamped between rotating female die and male die selected from different-gage and/or different-form male dies to match female die. Replacement or male and female dies does not require outage of process line.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of processing, expanded performances.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to method of bending edge strips in sheets bent into splined tube and bending press to this end. Top die is designed to match with contour being formed. Bottom die is arranged opposite top die to displace vertically. Fixed edge strip is bent in single pass at clamped sheet press frame to necessary edge shape. Note here that, at the very beginning of bending, bottom die working surface getting in contact with bottom surface of edge strip features flat fit according to Hertz forming theory.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to bending press. Top and bottom tables are arranged opposite each other in vertical direction. Note here that one of said tables may move relative to another one and has cutouts symmetric about central plane. Every cutout has open outer lateral side and first and second parts, second part being arranged on inner side relative to first one and jointed therewith. Note also that geometry of said part rigidity of table section between cutout and tool fastener exceeds than between second part of cutout and tool fastener. At least one element of table curvature adjustment is located in cutout first section.

SUBSTANCE: first and second tables of press are equipped with bending tools. Also, the first table travels relative to the second table, while the second table is fixed relative to a bed. A deformed section of the second table can be deformed in the specified direction of motion. Also, at least one connecting rod is oriented in essence perpendicular to the direction of motion; one end of the rod is secured in a deformed section of the second table, while its another end is secured in the bed.

SUBSTANCE: bending press has vertical middle plane and contains movable one relative to another upper table, lower side of which carries first bending tools, and lower table, upper side of which carries second bending tools. Also, one of the tables has two slits along its whole thickness positioned symmetrically relative to a middle plane. Each slit has the first edge, the second edge, the first open end coming out to a side edge of the table and also a blind end. At least one stop is located in each slit. Each stop has the first edge with the first facet attached to the first edge of the slit and the second facet forming the first surface, and also the second wedge with the first facet attached to the second edge of the slit and the second facet forming the first surface. The first surface of at least one wedge has a middle section projecting relative to other sections to facilitate contact between the wedges.

One of the tables has two slits wherein there are inserted wedges. There is a regulating device common for both wedges and transferring both wedges. Also, the regulating device has a main control lever for simultaneous transfer of two wedges preferably to equal distance.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for afterworking data processing Metal forming conditions are numerically analysed to obtain forming data for sections of part being formed. Magnitudes of physical property and quantitative magnitudes of physical property of aforesaid sections are processed. Elastic afterworking magnitude is calculated proceeding from aforesaid processing results. Data are processed once more and elastic afterworking is calculated for varying sections of formed part to identify region wherein elastic afterworking makes minimum, or difference incorporating elastic afterworking without aforesaid processing makes maximum. For this, proposed device is used incorporating forming analyser, elastic afterworking analyser, processor to process results, carrier of records read off by computer incorporating programme that allows identifying location of elastic afterworking origination cause.

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metal forming operations and can be implemented at various branches of industry (machine building, ship building etc) at fabrication of box and tube-like items out of sheet metal and tubes. The procedure consists in bending sheet work-piece per several passes. Lengthwise edges are alternately bent at the first pass. During the second pass the work-piece is bent from each bent lengthwise edge to the middle of the work-piece. Simultaneously there are formed specified curvature and lugs in lengthwise direction. Further, the middle part of the work piece is bent in cross direction. During successive passes lugs from one side of the work-piece to its middle are bent from edges made at the first pass. The same is made from the other end to the middle of the work-piece with increase of applied load to a maximal in the middle part of the work-piece. The punch consists of interacting upper and lower deforming units in form of a puncheon and matrix. Working surfaces of the puncheon and matrix correspond to cross and lengthwise section of item by shape. The puncheon and the matrix are made with lugs corresponding to lugs on items and with recesses. The recesses are located between the lugs and do not contact the item.

EFFECT: reduced labour input at shaping work-pieces of big thickness and reduced consumption of material.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminarily making of easy-to-work material model of one member of tool in scale 1:1; making concrete form for producing reinforced concrete at using said model as bottom of form; applying layer of liquid material containing filler onto model; placing reinforcement in concrete form; then filling form with concrete; after curing of concrete, removing form and applying liquid material onto working surface of formed member of tool; using formed first member of tool and additional concrete form for making second member of tool from concrete kind no less than 500 and using as filler quartz sand, basalts or gneisses.
