FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: starter contains an electric motor and a planetary gearbox. When starting the internal combustion engine, a screw mechanism is used. The carrier shaft of the planetary gearbox is placed inside the electromagnetic coil together with a drive gear bushing attached to the shaft. There are screw grooves made with an angle of inclination to its longitudinal axis of 20-30 on the outer surface of the carrier shaft. The screw grooves of the carrier shaft are in connection with the screw nut of the clutch screw mechanism, the outer protrusions of which enter the grooves of its drive gear. The drive gear bushing together with the outer protrusions of the screw nut of the carrier shaft are the core of the electromagnetic coil. There is a spacer helical coil spring with left-hand winding between the screw nut of the carrier shaft and the drive gear. The motor start-up terminals made together with the insulated pins exit the silumin cover outside between the constant excitation magnets of the motor stator. The contact terminals for starting the motor are closed by an annular magnetizing contactor. The thrust ring of the drive gear is mounted on the front end of the carrier shaft to limit its travel. The return helical coil spring of the annular steel contactor serves to open the contact of the annular steel contactor with the contact terminals of the motor start-up when the electromagnetic coil is switched off. Two covers of the motor stator are pulled together by two steel pins.

EFFECT: simplified device, reduced overall dimensions and weight, increased reliability and durability in operation.

SUBSTANCE: motor 1 and flywheel 2 are articulated and engaged with ICE shaft 3 via differential gear. Sun gear 4 of the latter is engaged with the shaft of motor 1, pinion 5 is engaged via carrier with flywheel 2 while crown gear 6 is engaged via idler 7 with ICE shaft 3. At starting, motor 1 is connected to power supply to make motor shaft spin and to lock differential gear by overrunning coupling 8 to accumulate the energy by flywheel 2. Then, motor 1 torque is changed to opposite one and, at a time, to unlock the differential gear. Invention allows ICE preliminary motoring and speeding up using one motor.

SUBSTANCE: in a starter for an internal combustion engine, which contains an electric motor with four constant excitation magnets, a solenoid switch, a freewheel clutch of ratchet type and a power planetary reduction gear, an electromagnetic coil of the solenoid switch is arranged inside the cover plate of the starter housing coaxially to its longitudinal axis, a terminal device of startup of the starter electric motor is freely put on the carrier shaft of the power planetary reduction gear, and as a core of electromagnetic coil there used is a shank of a drive cage of the freewheel clutch, a drive gear of the driven cage of which is arranged in its initial located on the reverse side of a toothed rim of the internal combustion engine flywheel by means of an elongated intermediate sleeve part between them; return spiral spring of the freewheel clutch is arranged between the carrier of the power planetary reduction gear and the shank of the drive cage of the freewheel clutch; shaft of the starter electric motor armature is made together with a sun gear of the power planetary reduction gear; in order to simplify the device design and to reduce length of the starter housing cover plate, the terminal device of startup of the starter motor is arranged inside the cover plate of the starter housing, which is freely put on the carrier shaft of the power planetary reduction gear; its carrier shaft on one end is arranged in a detachable thrust sliding bearing, which consists of two halves and being in threaded connection with a central hole of the electromagnetic coil of the solenoid switch, which is fixed in the starter housing cover plate, and on the other end it is arranged in the thrust sliding bearing of the starter housing cover plate; the shaft shank of the starter motor armature, which is made together with the sun gear of the power planetary reduction gear, is arranged in the sliding bearing of its carrier shaft; return shaped spiral spring of the freewheel clutch is arranged between the shank of its drive cage and a thrust collar of the carrier shaft of the power planetary reduction gear, in the freewheel clutch, for a separator there used are cylindrical spiral springs arranged in grooves on outer surface of the separator between its projections and projections of the drive cage; in the terminal device for closing of rectangular terminals of copper contact bolts of startup of the starter motor there used is a movable thrust plastic ring with a built-in cast-iron magnetising ring and a terminal copper ring, the movement of which occurs at the activated electromagnetic coil of the solenoid switch and at the magnetised cast-iron ring to the end of the drive gear of its freewheel clutch with indrawing electromagnetic force. In the freewheel clutch there used for the starter are spiral cylindrical springs that are more reliable in operation and easy-to-manufacture and arranged in grooves made on outer surface of the separator between its projections and projections of the drive cage of the freewheel clutch.

Thanks to that section 2b of inner race and O-ring seat and contact surface 2d are made on one moulded body 26, it is possible to machine said surfaces to accurate relative arrangement.

SUBSTANCE: ICE starter comprises power transfer mechanism (60). Power transfer mechanism (60) comprises: power transfer elements on engine side (20) and motor side (30), one-way clutch (50) and sealing elements (61, 62). Power transfer element on engine side (20) is attached to engine output shaft (11). Power transfer element on motor side (30) is arranged to revolve relative to output shaft (11) and is coupled with motor to start the engine. One-way clutch (50) transfers torque between power transfer elements (20, 30). Power transfer element (60) is lubed from the engine housing. Contact section between output shaft (11) and power transfer element on engine side (20) has partially recessed part. The latter includes sealing extending part. Recessed part is made on at least one of contact surfaces and located all around output shaft (11). Said recessed part represents grooves. Grooves can be helical or coaxial. One groove, similar to writing groove, can be provided for. Tooth-like grooves can pass around output shaft axis.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in the capacity of starter freewheeling clutch. Freewheeling clutch contains concentric located driving and driven iron rings, installed between them separator with projections and windows for connecting cylindrical roller. On reciprocal surfaces of iron rings there are implemented socket for connecting cylindrical rollers. On inner surface of driving iron ring there are implemented grooving with projections, into which there are located projectors of separator with limited capacity of angular displacement. At movement of connecting cylindrical rollers in windows of separator into clutch shutdown position of separator it is happened its circumferential shift, enlarging spanning angle and area of passing surfaces of separator, and also spanning angle and areas of compression radius surfaces of segmented sockets of driving iron ring. In space between radial surfaces of projections of driving iron ring and projections of separator there are located rectangular volute springs. Segmented sockets of driving iron ring are implemented asymmetric relative to its projections, which are closed by side surfaces of separator projections.

EFFECT: reliability and durability growth and clutch operation, and also design simplification.

One clutch member carries winding of electromagnet, and other clutch member is made in form of hollow cylinder into which first half of clutch freely gets which provides engagement of pinion with flywheel rim of internal combustion engine and mechanical connection of starter shaft and pinion.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to start systems for automobiles, railroad transport, and electric transport. A system contains an accumulator battery and an energy storage unit, a system monitoring and control module (SMCM), a voltage conversion module (VCM), a power switching module (PSM) for switching of direct-current power circuits. The system contains a charger intended for additional recharge of the accumulator battery and the energy storage unit made as an electrochemical capacitor (ECC). At that VCM is coupled by power circuits to power supply buses of the onboard network, PSM and SMCM; PSM is coupled by power circuits to the charger, MM and ECC and the charger in its turn is coupled to power circuits of MA and ECC. The system monitoring and control module can supply control signals to VCM, PSM and the charger and to receive signals from voltage sensors of the accumulator battery, the ECC voltage sensor and the charger current sensor as well as to control voltage/current of the power supply bus of the onboard network and to ensure exchange of information with the vehicle onboard data bus.

Proposed system comprises starter to start the engine, storage battery to supply said starter and starter control device. Said starter comprises second gear engaged with first gear engaged with engine crankshaft, actuator to displace second gear for engagement with first fear and motor to run said second gear. Control device can drive said actuator and motor separately. Control device operates in the mode of rotation whereat said motor is actuated before said actuator. Note that in the case of said mode of rotation said control unit restricts the engine automatic outage proceeding from the lower voltage of storage battery decreased voltage after actuation of motor and decreased voltage of storage battery after actuation of actuator. Invention discloses the engine control.

According to invention, proposed circuit contains storage battery, starter switch, dc motor and solenoid switch with power contacts and hold-on and pull-in windings. Output of pull-in winding is connected with frame through additional normally-closed contacts. Limiting resistor is connected in parallel to said contacts.
