Then central processor establishes a category of roads, which serves as the target of distribution of traffic information, being based on one of two factors - distance and required time of motion from vehicle location to point of destination. Then central processor extracts information on transport traffic, which complies with established category of roads, and distributes it to navigation facility.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to maintain costs for communication at lower level, providing for distribution of sufficient amount of information on transport traffic.
