SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to wear shoe assembly for installation on bucket-type working tools. Working tool wear pad assembly, contains edge with one or several holes made in it. Assembly contains wear-resistant pad, mounting bracket, made with possibility of attachment to wear-resistant pad, quick release pin for wear-resistant pad assembly attachment to working element edge and free coupling. Mounting bracket comprises one or several pairs of coaxial holes for pin. Free coupling is made with possibility of filling-in gap between one or several coaxial holes and pin. Road construction machine with working tool, containing edge with one or several holes made in it, as well as containing, at least, one wear pad assembly.
EFFECT: technical result is wear pad assembly installation so, that it can be quickly attached to working member in changeable manner.

FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to cutter of trench milling device. Proposed milling cutter comprises main body comprises main drum-shape body with at least one circular row of mounts located at body outer periphery to carry soil cutters. Both drill bits with, in fact, point working teeth and cutting teeth with, in fact, linear cutting edges are arranged at least in one circular row. Ring made of sheet is welded to outer circular periphery of said main body whereat drill bits and cutting teeth of one circular row are located. Proposed cutter comprises the frame whereat several cutters are arranged in pairs. In compliance with proposed method, said cutter in introduced in soil to cut it by above described cutters.
EFFECT: efficient soil cutting without replacement of cutters.

Lock assembly comprises retainer with seat and cavity, press element arranged in said retainer cavity. Press element applies pressure to lock pin retainer for it to be locked in retainer seat. Excavator wearing element has opening for lock extending through wearing element sidewall, take-up passage and locking recess. Take-up passage extends inward from sidewall outer surface. Locking recess is arranged on mounting lug inner surface. Take-up passage terminates at locking recess. Excavator wearing assembly comprises: wearing element with take-up cavity and lock opening, hole extending through wearing element sidewall. Opening for lock has take-up passage and locking recess. Lock pin comprises at least one retainer extending outward therefrom. Locking element is arranged inside locking opening for lock. Retainer has seat and cavity. Press element is arranged in retainer cavity. Adapter has journal and locking passage. Locking pin passes through lock opening and adapter locking passage. Press element applies pressure to lock pin retainer for it to be locked in retainer seat.
EFFECT: higher resistance to revolution relative to adapter.

The front area includes a pin made on side surface of the front area, and a slot going behind the side surface of the front area. The slot is made over circle around the pin part.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to excavating attachments, namely to fasteners of excavating attachments for fastening on buckets, blades and other working members. The excavating attachment penetrator includes an external surface forming a front edge, and a backside surface counter to the front edge. The excavating attachment penetrator contains an internal hollow opened through the backside surface. The internal hollow has a lock cavity, located below it. The lock cavity is has a lock hole. The lock hole faces from the lock cavity towards the external surface of the excavating attachment. The excavating attachment penetrator has a groove located below of the internal hollow. One side of the groove is located at the backside surface, and the opposite side is located at the lock cavity.

SUBSTANCE: wearing part for a bucket of a loading or an earth-moving machine equipped with at least one front edge plate with an engaging edge directed forward, having a forward direction (F) and a backward direction (B) and comprising a fastening section for fixation of a wearing part to the bucket, having a section of a tightening surface for interaction in the field of the contact surface with a section of the pressing surface on the fastening element, capable of installation and pressing in the opening in the front edge plate. The section of the tightening surface is arranged in the groove of the fastening section and stretches at the angle (α) to the specified direction so that whenever the fastening element is used during pressing, a force is created, which acts at the wearing part in the backward direction (B). The part comprises a facility for connection with the engaging edge, representing a hook section, which includes an inner surface of the hook, designed for arrangement oppositely to and interaction with a slant inclined upwards and directed forwards on the edge plate during usage. The slant and the inner section of the hook form an angle (β), making 35-60° with the horizontal plane stretching via the front edge plate, and the section of the tightening surface stretches at the angle (α), making 35-60° to the specified forward direction. The fastening element has a forward direction (F), which is capable of installation and pressing in the hole in the front edge plate of the bucket and having a section of the pressing surface on the first part that acts at the wearing part and stretches at the angle α to the forward direction so that when the fastening element is used in pressing, a force is created, which acts at the wearing part in the backward direction (B). It includes two parts interacting by means of a threaded joint, the first part is equipped with a threaded section and a fastening head, on which there is a section of the pressing surface. The first part of the fastening element is equipped with the first section and the second section of the pressing surface, arranged at different distances relative to the axis (A), stretching via the first part of the fastening element. The system of the wearing part comprising at least one wearing part. The bucket for the loading or earth-moving machine, including the system of the wearing part.

SUBSTANCE: as per the first version, excavating element includes the first element equipped with a surface interacting with soil, the second element having a pin; lock installed with possibility of being rotated between the first element and the second element and provided with a slot into which the pin is to be installed. At that, the above lock has the possibility of being rotated between closed position in which the pin cannot leave the slot and the second position in which the pin can leave the slot so that the first element can be separated from the second element. As per the second version, excavating element includes the first element equipped with a surface interacting with soil and lock cavity fixing the sleeve installed in lock cavity with possibility of being locked and unlocked, the lock having the first slot and installed with possibility of being locked and unlocked by means of locking sleeve, as well as rotation relative to locking sleeve.

SUBSTANCE: shank-type cutter with base part includes shank; at that, shank carries the top of cutter made from hard-alloy material, and base part in the zone between shank and cutter top has the receiving section in which the head part is retained. Head part includes circumferential surface for removal of the cut material, which converges in the direction of the cutter top. At that, as per the first version, the head part is retained relative to the base part with possibility of being turned, and surface for removal of the cut material ends in the area of the base part end receiving the cutter top. As per the second version, head part has limit stop (support section) and/or mating surface, which restricts the erection movement of the head part on base part on support surface of the base part. As per the third version, base part has a clamping sleeve in the area of the shank. At that, head part is put on clamping sleeve, and at that, head part retains the clamping sleeve in pre-load position.

SUBSTANCE: tail drilling bit includes head of bit and shank of bit; at that, shank of bit is equipped with clamping sleeve in which shank of bit is fixed in the direction of its longitudinal axis by means of captive coupling and has the possibility of free rotation about its longitudinal axis. Clamping sleeve is equipped with fasteners which are engaged with circumferential slot of attachment section of the bit shank so that clamping sleeve is retained so that it can be rotated, however with captive coupling in axial direction of the bit shank. The latter has shank elongation on its end facing from the bit head; at that, the above shank elongation has tool location element. The latter is accessible through intermediate area of shank elongation in the bit axial direction, which is shifted backwards (retracted) relative to external surface of the bit shank and/or relative to external surface of clamping sleeve.
EFFECT: simpler erection and removal of the bit through mounting hole for the bit attachment.

SUBSTANCE: ripper tip includes replaceable tooth and attached seat in top cover of ripper tip. Ripper tooth is protected against rotation within the above top cover of ripper tip owing to locking heavy-shrink fitting so that the replaceable ripper tooth does not rotate when it is being used. Locking heavy-shrink fitting prevents penetration of solid particles into the gap between the walls of the above tooth and the above attached seat. Tooth has locking cone-shaped stock, and the above seat is provided with cone-shaped hole to be adjoined to the above locking cone-shaped stock. Tooth is cone-shaped and ends with a tip. Tip is made from high-strength material. Ripper tooth includes head section made at least partially from high-strength material. Top cover and ripper tooth form conjugation between seat and stock of ripper tooth having the corresponding shape; at that, seat and stock of ripper tooth have inner cone for formation of clamping cone between top cover and tooth; at that, ripper tooth is removed from cover in case of failure of clamping cone. Seat with inner cone forms some part of section for arrangement of ripper tooth in the cover, and the above stock of ripper tooth having the corresponding shape forms the part of ripper tooth. In stock of ripper tooth and section for arrangement of ripper tooth there made are through transverse channels the axial lines of which are aligned in case of fixture in the seat of stock of ripper tooth, which allows inserting the retaining pin. Head section of ripper tooth includes outward protruding arm enabling removal of ripper tooth. Section for arrangement of ripper tooth includes displacement hole that passes from external section of ripper tip to the area of base of the above seat, which allows displacing the tooth at available corresponding tool.
EFFECT: improving wear resistance and service life and economic effectiveness.

The connection device is aimed at the connection of a primary drive element with an operating tool and comprises the first and the second connection units. The first connection unit comprises the first and the second support units and is attached to the primary drive element, the second connection unit comprises the first and the second units in the form of recesses aimed at the connection with the first and the second support units of the first connection unit and is attached to the operating tool. The connection units can be coupled to the first connection contact zone and the second connection contact zone located at a distance from the first connection contact zone. The device also comprises a rotary locking element attached to the first connection unit and able of rotation for smooth fixation of the first and second connection units in respect to each other.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of operating tool performance, reduced wear between connection components.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises two parts, one of which is fixed on the machine boom, and the other one is fixed on the tool. The first part comprises a tray-shaped holder, installed as capable of insertion of the other part under the shaft, which has an expansion in the form of a hook equipped with at least one side finger for passage into holes of grooves in the first part and a locking plate sliding in the middle part of the first part for insertion under the hook under action of springs. The locking plate is equipped with a stop element, which limits the reverse travel of the specified plate so that matching of the specified holes of the grooves is prevented.

SUBSTANCE: proposed connector comprises retainer for attachment of working tool to the machine. Said retainer comprises retaining element and safety element. Said retaining element can displace from free position into locked position and vice versa. Safety element can displace retaining element from free position to locked position. At least, two hydraulic joints to be jointed together to make working fluid channel between the working tool pressurised fluid main line channel and machine pressurised fluid main line channel. There is a drive to displace said retaining element from free position to locked position and to drive, at least, one of said two hydraulic joints to connection with the other hydraulic joint. Said drive is separated from the main pressurised working fluid main line. Machine comprises above described connector. In compliance with proposed method, working tool is attached to the machine so that hydraulic joints are leveled. Attachment by means of retainer including retaining element an safety element. Said safety element displaces retaining element from free position to locked position at pressure decreased by aforesaid drive and vice versa. Said drive displaces said retaining element from free position to locked position and to drive, at least, one of said two hydraulic joints to connection with the other hydraulic joint.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: support unit comprises the main body, having an upper end and a lower end, a hole for a shaft of a loading mechanism, stretching via the lower end of the specified main body, and two holes arranged at the distance from each other for eccentric fingers located in the specified upper end. Besides, the support unit comprises two eccentric fingers, every of which is placed into one of the specified holes, an accessory for synchronous rotation of the specified eccentric fingers and a cast item having an upper end and a lower end. At the same time on the specified lower end of the specified cast item there are upper trimming pads installed, being arranged as resting against the upper part of the bucket handle. The support unit also comprises two holes to receive threaded tubes located at the distance from each other in direction of handle displacement, two threaded tubes, every of which is inserted into one of the specified holes for receiving the tube, an accessory for rotation of the specified tubes and an accessory for fixation of the specified tubes. Besides, on each of the specified threaded tubes there are trimming pads installed.

SUBSTANCE: snap-change device for fixation and forced leading, with automatic connection of tools with force closure to bearing implements and excavators includes one part of snap-change device, for instance fixture, where aligning disks are attached on fishing pins or in comparable centre of rotation across their axis. Aligning disks, at least partially, have curved, angular or straight peripheral line, which is distanced differently from axis of fishing pins. On mating part of snap-change device, for instance tool holder, there is at least one control plate attached, which enters zone of aligning disk motion, and curved peripheral line of aligning disk moves along its surface in process of entering. Shape and location of aligning disk relative to control plate are selected with the possibility of complete force or geometrical closure of snap-change device due to rotation around fishing pins only when they have achieved the lowest point in fishing hook.
EFFECT: prevention of warp or inclined position of snap-change device, damages in process of connection.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of machines intended for performance of earth and loading works, namely to machines such as single-bucket hydraulic diggers. Bearer frame of loader-digger working equipment comprises longitudinal beams with elements of bearer frame fixation on tractor, cross beams that are rigidly connected to longitudinal beams, bracket installed on upper bases of longitudinal beams with lugs that have openings in bushings for installation of rotary column of excavator equipment and hydraulic cylinders of its rotation, and brackets for installation of outriggers and hydraulic reservoir. Bracket is arranged from two vertical sides installed at the angle to each other, between which lugs are installed. Base of the lower lug is located on the same vertical level with lower edges of sides and is rigidly connected to upper bases of longitudinal beams, and also by means of two ribs with side surface of cross beam. Upper and middle lug are connected with rib, which is rigidly fixed to lower plane of upper lug and its bushing, and on the other side - with upper plane of middle lug in zone of openings for hydraulic cylinders of column rotation, at that bent sheet stands are connected to external sides of longitudinal beams, and these stands are also connected to sides of bracket, creating rigid space structure.
EFFECT: simplification of design and technology of loader-digger bearer frame manufacturing technology, reduction of nomenclature of roller stock rigging used in bearer frame design.
FIELD: agriculture and mining industry, in particular, loading equipment for farm tractors.
SUBSTANCE: loader is designed for farm tractors furnished with standard hydraulically controlled, parallel lifting levers 1, 2 pivotally mounted on tractor rear part and equipped with central connection device 3 in tractor between two lifting levers. Loader has two parallel levers 5, 6 for connection to respective levers 1, 2 so as to extend rearward, generally in longitudinal direction of axes of lifting levers 1, 2. Central tie-rod 7, which may be hydraulically extended during operation, protrudes to the outside from central connection device 3, in parallel with lifting levers. Levers 5, 6 and outer end of central tie-rod 7 are adapted for connection to working tool or device 12.
EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to enabling fast mounting of working equipment onto tractor, and reduced production costs.

The frame may have rests for vibratory plate fixation in upper position.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine building support of mining industry, namely as combination of processes in servicing of excavators and roller-bit drilling machines designed for production of minerals by open-cut method. Method for lifting of heavy quarry equipment modules, in which lifting force is developed by power hydraulic cylinders, at the same time energy of high pressure working fluid is used, during the whole process of lifting, possibility is provided for automatic blocking of hydraulic system elements failures. Besides power hydraulic cylinders are equipped with parallel-acting screw jacks, the latter are used, at the moments of modules lifting, to set possibility of synchronous motion with power hydraulic cylinders without formation of lifting force, and at the moments of lifted modules slanting, to provide for the possibility of its leveling.
EFFECT: broader field of application, increased reliability, making process of modules lifting independent.
