SUBSTANCE: invention relates to modified rubber master batch and its preparation method, rubber mixture, made from it, and vulcanized rubber and method of their production. Modified rubber mixture consists of non-cross-linked rubber and synthetic particles and/or natural rubber, having radiation cross-linked structure, dispersed in it, with average cross-linked rubber particles size from 20 to 500 nm and gel content of 60 wt% or more. Non-cross-linked rubber is styrene-butadiene rubber. Weight ratio of rubber particles, having radiation cross-linked structure, to non-cross-linked rubber ranges from more than 20:80 to less than or equal to 80:20. Rubber mixture contains mixture of modified rubber component and base rubber, in which modified rubber mother batch is present in amount from 1 to 70 weight parts per 100 weight parts of base rubber.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce rolling resistance, increase slippage resistance on wet road and increase vulcanized rubber mixture wear resistance.

SUBSTANCE: bitumen composition includes petroleum road bitumen BND 90/130, SKS-30ARKM-15 or SKS-30ARK rubber and polyethylene polyamine production wastes as an adhesive additive, with the following ratio of components, wt %: BND 90/130 bitumen - 83-93, SKS-30ARKM-15 rubber - 5-10 and polyethylene polyamine production wastes - 2-7 or BND 90/130 bitumen - 86-95, SKS-30ARK rubber - 3-7 and polyethylene polyamine production wastes - 2-7. The method of producing the bitumen composition is carried out by mixing bitumen while heating with a rubber-containing component and an adhesive additive, wherein the rubber is added in the form of 8-12% solution in an organic solvent, wherein the solvent used is hydrocarbons with final boiling point of no higher than 130C. Preparation of the rubber solution in the solvent is carried out at 40-50C while mixing for 5-6 hours. The obtained rubber solution and adhesive additive are then added to the bitumen. The mixture is homogenised for 3-4 hours while gradually raising temperature to 160-170C. Further mixing is carried out until achieving 97% removal of the solvent. The remaining amount of solvent is removed by blowing with nitrogen.

EFFECT: obtaining a homogenous bitumen binder, having improved physical and mechanical properties.

The method of producing filled butadiene-styrene rubber involves emulsion copolymerisation of butadiene with styrene in the presence of radical initiators, stoppering the process, degassing, adding an antioxidant and fibre filler - cotton, viscose, capron fibre or a mixture thereof, separating rubber from latex by coagulation in the presence of a coagulation agent and 2% sulphuric acid solution, washing and drying rubber crumbs. The fibre filler is used at the coagulation step in the composition of a compound coagulation agent consisting of 5-30% aluminium chloride solution, added in amount of 2.0-3.0 kg/t rubber, and fibre filler added in amount of 1.0-10.0 kg/t rubber.

EFFECT: method increases process efficiency, intensifies the rubber drying process, reduces consumption of the coagulation agent, stabilises the process of separating rubber from latex and reduces environmental pollution with products of producing rubber by emulsion copolymerisation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and a composition for manufacturing a multi-layered elastomeric film, suitable for gloves. The composition for manufacturing the elastomeric film contains a synthetic elastic polymer or a copolymer. The total concentration of solid substances in the composition constitutes 5-20 wt % of the composition weight. The method of manufacturing the elastomeric film with the application of a multi-layered coating contains the following stages: (i) dipping the mould into a coagulant with the content of calcium ions and concentration of 1-10 wt %; (ii) drying the dipped mould; (iii) dipping the mould into the composition for the elastomeric film manufacturing with the temperature of 25-45C with a 1-10 s exposure; (iv) drying the elastomeric film composition; (v) re- dipping the mould into the composition for the application of the next layer of the elastomeric composition; (vi) optional repetition of stages (iv) and (v); (vii) drying and vulcanisation of the multi-layered elastomeric film with the average layer thickness from 6 to 90% of the average total thickness of the multi-layered film, and the average total thickness of the multilayered elastomeric film from 0.01 to 0.3 mm.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulded elastomer articles made from a vulcanised composition of elastomer latex. Described is a vulcanised aqueous composition of synthetic latex rubber, which contains latex rubber, a vulcanising agent, an activator and an accelerator composition for synthetic latex rubber. The composition contains a synthetic polymer, sulphur, a metal oxide cross-linking agent and water. Sulphur is in amount of 0.01-0.5 parts per 100 parts of the polymer (phr). Total concentration of solid substances in the composition is 5-20% of the mass of the composition and the said composition does not contain an accelerator. The method of making a multilayer elastomer film involves the following steps: (i) dipping a mould into the composition, (ii) drying the composition and (iii) dipping the mould into the composition in order to deposit an additional layer of the elastomer film composition onto the mould, (iv) optional repetition of steps (ii) and (iii) and (v) drying and curing the elastomer film. SUBSTANCE: composition for preparing a polymer matrix contains, wt %: polymeric modifier 0.5-20.0, radical initiator 0.1-4.0, polymer stabiliser 0.1-4.0, modifying additive 1.0-15.0, ruthenic catalyst of metathesis polymerisation of dicyclopentadiene 0.001-0.02 and dicyclopentadiene min. 98% purity - the rest. The polymerisation represents heated in a mould to 120-300C and keeping at the above temperature for 1-300 min.
