Engine (106) is located between first end (101) and second end (103) of turbine (100). SUBSTANCE: proposed turboalternator comprises outer stator arranged in tight casing, upper fairing and inner rotor fitted on turboalternator shaft. The latter runs in rolling bearings arranged on both sides of the rotor. Said shaft is furnished with two extra seals. Said tight casing is filled with lubricant-coolant. It comprises two stationary pistonless compensators that do not revolve with the shaft. First compensator is arranged inside turboalternator housing nut and filled with lubricant-coolant. Second compensator is arranged in shell that covers the turboalternator tight housing. First seal separates inner space of the said first compensator from outer fluid (drill fluid), while second seal separates first compensator inner space filled with lubricant-coolant from turboalternator tight housing, also filled with lubricant-coolant.

Twin rotor stepping turbine incorporates an asynchronous reduction gear. Inner (5) and outer (6) rotors are fitted aligned on the aligned shafts, the outer and inter rotor vanes entering their inter-vane space to come into contact with the inner rotor outer surface and the outer rotor inner surface, respectively, so as to turn the said rotors in turn one way through the designed angle from the acting working clearance which allows filling the rotors' inter-vane space via the slide valves fitted on the turbine inner and outer rotors. Note that the aforesaid rotors are rigidly linked with the aforesaid inner and outer aligned shafts of the asynchronous variable gear ratio reduction gear to allow asynchronous one-way rotation of the twin turbine inner and outer rotors.

Stator and rotor blade ring blades defining above design angles as distinct from prior art turbines are formed so that shock-free regime of flow around the stator and the rotor is realized at different peripheral velocities, wherein above shock-free regime of stator flow-around is performed in retardation mode, shock-free regime of rotor flow-around is performed in runaway mode thereof. Above stator and rotor angles are correlated as α12≤π/2 and β21≤π/2 (in the case of positive reactive turbine) and β12≤π/2 (for negative reactive turbine). The stator rim has surface of lesser diameter having conoid shape and converging towards lower cross-section thereof so that minimal annular gap defined by rotor hub is 0.05-0.3, preferably 0.1-0.2 of radial stator blade height and inner blade ring surface of lesser diameter has conoid shape and is converged to upper section so that radial rotor blade height ratio in lower and upper sections is equal to 0.7 - 0.95.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of operation of self-contained power station powered by diesel-generator set. According to proposed method of operation of self-contained power station powered by diesel generator set equipped with additional flywheel and disconnect clutch with automatic control members, additional flywheel is mounted on separate shaft which is connected with diesel-generator set by means of disconnect clutch. Preparatory operation is carried out to set power station into operation with subsequent overcoming of short-time starting resistances from consumer. Additional flywheel is connected to shut down diesel generator set by means of disconnect clutch. Power station is started under no load, and its coming to rated speed is detected by readings of generator shaft speed pickups. Load is connected and intensity of generator shaft speed drop is checked. Information is automatically transmitted to controller wherefrom, at termination of generator speed drop, signal is transmitted to disconnect clutch, and rotating additional flywheel is disconnected from diesel generator set, thus changing the set for accelerated mode of restoration of initial rated speed.

EFFECT: provision of power saving operation at stable conditions for overcoming designed resistance torque and short-time overloads exceeding capabilities of chosen supply source.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conducting connections of drilling pipes for signal transmission between a bottomhole and a surface. The electric connector is offered which contains the first and second parts (10, 20) of the connector which contain the first and second contact elements (11, 21) and the first and second holders (1b, 3a) respectively which hold the first and second parts of the connector, and can be assembled to each other by means of screw or bayonet fastening device. The first part of the connector contains the elastic bearing frame (13), the proximal end (13a) made integral with the first holder, and the distal end (13b) holding the first contact element. The second part of the connector contains a bearing ring (23) which provides engaging with the sliding image of the first contact element when fastening between the first and the second holders. On a limited circular arch of the bearing ring the second contact element is placed, and the ledge (30) is provisioned for stopping which is suitable to stop the first contact element at the second contact element to provide connection with the connector parts.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of accuracy and reliability of connection at the expense of avoidance of discrepancy and axial gaps between electric contacts during assembly.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for wireless transmission to the earth's surface of data of a base telemetry system with an above-bit unit, which includes measuring downhole parameters, encoding and transmitting signals by emission thereof with an electrode into the rock via a high-speed wireless electromagnetic link, receiving said signals with a base telemetry system and transmitting to the surface through an electrical divider of the base telemetry system. An additional electrical divider is placed in the immediate vicinity of the above-bit unit, said divider having a key element controlled by the base telemetry system and being used to receive signals emitted by the electrode of the above-bit unit. Dipole electrodes are opened when receiving signals with the key element and said electrodes are closed when the base telemetry system transmits signals through the key element. In the disclosed device, dipole electrodes of the main divider are connected to a transmitting unit and dipole electrodes of the additional divider are connected to receiving unit of the base telemetry system.

EFFECT: high reliability of transmitting information data from a downhole unit to a downhole telemetry system and then to the earth's surface.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysical studies during drilling of oil and gas wells using telemetering systems with wireless electromagnetic data link. The power supply and bottomhole information transmission unit contains the turbine, electrical generator, electrical separator in assembly with the drilling string, module of sensors for measuring of bottomhole information and electronic unit. Meanwhile the electronic unit contains the bidirectional triode thyristor unit, bidirectional triode thyristor control unit, impulse signal current sensor, voltage sensor of the power winding of the electrical generator and temperature sensor, meanwhile the electronic unit is installed in tight compartment of the electrical generator housing, which in addition functions as a heat sink. Besides bidirectional triode thyristors are installed on the electrical generator housing itself, and the electronic unit is designed with a possibility of automatic stabilization of the current of transmission impulse signal and its restriction at exceeding the preset temperature of the bidirectional triode thyristor unit.

EFFECT: improvement of reliable transmission of impulse signals via electromagnetic data link and maximum possible depth of drilling.

Note here that wanted signal represents the voltage variation at receiver cylindrical coil terminals that makes the function of AC in pipe excited by alternating e.m.f. applied to dielectric insert. Proposed device comprises AC source connected to tubing in well divided by dielectric insert into top and bottom parts and surface cylindrical receiver coil with magnetic core composed of a hollow cylinder arranged coaxially at said tubing. FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method is suggested for terrestrial data transfer and receipt in drilling process, which includes receipt of data from sensors of the bottomhole telemetry system, terrestrial data transfer with their further decoding and data transfer to the registers of information users. At that data transfer is carried out through cables of the power lines feeding the registers of information users and surface sensors installed at the drilling site and pumping equipment. Besides receivers receiving data from sensors of the bottomhole telemetry system, surface sensors, the basis computer and receivers in the registers of information users are equipped with electrical PLC-modems with the embedded network protocol including an interface block and programming interface units for data receipt and transfer through power lines. The device for implementation of the above method is also claimed.
