SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fuel feed systems of internal combustion engines (ICE), preferably of railway vehicles. Proposed device (1) for protection of plants has consumer (3), fuel tank (2), which is connected to consumer (3) by fuel pipeline (6), and installed in fuel pipeline (6) pneumatically actuated emergency shut-off valve (7), which in the locked position locks, while in the opened position opens fuel pipeline (6), herewith emergency shut-off valve (7) without actuation remains in its locked position or is automatically switched over into it. Shut-off valve (7) also has the possibility of actuation by electric or electromagnetic method, for this purpose it is connected to accumulator (17) of energy via electric circuit (18).

EFFECT: higher safety of the fuel feed system.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines. The invention proposes device 8 for supply of a liquid additive to circuit 1 of fuel circulation of the internal combustion engine, which includes head 10 and replaceable cassette 11 forming chamber 22 for additive, in which liquid additive tank 12 is located. Head 10 includes fuel inlet 13, fuel outlet 14, Venturi pipe 21, line 18 for passage of fuel between the fuel inlet and chamber 22 for additive, which is located inside replaceable cassette 11, and line 16 for supply of additive, which allows the liquid additive to pass from tank 12 to additive supply hole 17 in Venturi pipe 21. Cassette 11 is installed in a removable manner on distributing head 10.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fuel delivery systems of internal combustion engines. The high pressure fuel delivery system is offered which contains a high pressure fuel pump (5) with an inlet port (6), at least one plunger (9) and a suction channel (8) passing between the inlet port (6) and the plunger (9), and also a fuel return port (4) and a vapour discharge valve (15) installed on the suction channel (8) of the high pressure fuel pump (5) with a possibility of connection with this channel. Between the inlet port (6) and the fuel return port (4) the switching valve (11) is installed, and the vapour discharge valve (15) is installed between the suction channel (8) and the fuel return port (4) with a possibility of their connection.

EFFECT: decrease of impact of fuel vapours at operation of the high pressure fuel pump due to fuel vapour discharge from the pump.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fuel supply systems of internal combustion engines. The fuel supply system (1) for supply of fuel from a fuel tank (2) into a fuel distribution manifold (5) is offered, which comprises a pump assembly containing a fuel path (11) with a low pressure line (P1) and a high pressure line (P2) and a high pressure pump (9). The low pressure line (P1) has several sections (23-28, 30-34) which have components (8, 13, 21, 29, 231, 232, 233, 241, 242, 251, 261, 271, 311) of the fuel supply system, each of which has at least one connecting part and at least one tubular connecting branch pipe inserted partially into the connecting part and partially into the section of the low pressure line. Each connecting branch pipe has a plastic tubular housing, seal, axial fixing device and an axial limiter.

EFFECT: minimising of time for assembly and material costs.

SUBSTANCE: device for fuel supply into nozzles 1 is offered, which contains a fuel accumulator 3, implemented as a pipe. Between the pipe 3 and the nozzles the tubular rods 6 are installed which have barrelled tips, located in funnels made in the pipe 3 and in housings of all nozzles. From another side of the pipe 3 the screws 11 are located which are installed in the cylinder head. These screws have axial holes for fuel flow, and from one end they have the threaded tip 13, and from another end - the barrelled tip 14 inserted into the funnel, made in the pipe 3.

EFFECT: simplification of the device and avoidance fuel pressure losses when fuel is supplied from the fuel accumulator to nozzles.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines. Fuel feed system comprises variable-output fuel feed pump, high-pressure plunger pump 10 with casing 15 and plunger drive arranged therein. System fuel path with first section for communication between fuel tank and fuel feed pump, second path for communication between fuel feed pump and high-pressure plunger pump and third section for communication between said plunger pump 10 with ICE. Fuel path second section branches in first channel to feed fuel to high-pressure plunger pump inlet and to directly communicate fuel feed pump with high-pressure plunger pump. Second channel 12b feeds a portion of fuel to plunger pump case and communicates fuel feed pump with case 15. It allows fuel flow via at least one calibrated orifice 27.

SUBSTANCE: device for supply of fuel to the engine nozzle 1 is offered which contains a fuel pressure booster inserted into a cylinder head of an engine and having a housing 2 designed as a barrel with collar. In the housing 2 the spring-loaded step boosting piston 3 is located. The bushing 23 with a threaded connection with the cylinder head is put on the housing near the collar. Between the housing 2 and the nozzle the fixing ring 6 having a threaded connection with the cylinder head, the washer 7 with the conic hollow located from the nozzle side, the tubular rod 8 with the conic ends located in the hollow made in the washer 7, and in the funnel made in the nozzle housing, are installed.

EFFECT: decrease of losses of pressure of the fuel supplied into a nozzle, increase of pressure of fuel injection into the engine cylinders and improvement of mix forming process without complication of the nozzle design.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises fuel feed channels (2), accumulating chambers (7 and 8), pistons (9) and springs (10). Accumulating chambers (7 and 8) with pistons (9) and springs (10) are arranged in separate housing (3) for engine two cylinders. Fuel is forced via fuel lines (2) from high-pressure fuel pump into first accumulating chamber (7) and, via control channels (6), to slide valve (12). The latter opens to let fuel from second accumulating chamber (8) flow via fuel feed channels (4) to appropriate fuel injectors. Besides, operation of accumulating chambers allows ordered operation of engine cylinders.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of fuel feed, simplified system and reduction of costs.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine-building industry, namely to devices for the maintenance of fuel filters of internal combustion engines of machines. The invention proposes a device for the maintenance of fuel filters of internal combustion engines based on a canister (10) with a funnel (3). For that purpose, the funnel (3) is additionally provided with an elastic transparent cylinder (1) and interconnected with the canister cavity. In the canister cover plate (8) there is a drain hole. With that, there has been considered the ratio of geometrical parameters of structural members of the device as per their carrying capacity, as well as control of the draining process of sludge from the fuel filter is provided.

EFFECT: creation of a simple, reliable and compact design of the device for the maintenance of fuel filters of internal combustion engines.

SUBSTANCE: power system of motor-and-tractor diesel engine involves fuel tanks (1, 2) for various fuels, heat exchanger (9), coarse fuel filters (11, 15), fuel backup pump (12, 16), fine fuel filters (14, 18), fuel injection pump (6), nozzle (8), fuel lines group (7), control module (19) and indicator lamps (27). Module (19) controls shut-off of thermostat (3) channels by adjusting required delivery of each fuel based on signals received from: temperature sensor (20) and fuel pressure pickup (21), coolant temperature (22), pump (6) rack (23) position, ambient air temperature (24), mode selection key (25) and controller (26) of mixture switching. Also the system is provided with mixer (5), located before pump (6) controlled by duplex four-channel thermostat (3) with hydraulic accumulator (4) located before it, additional heat exchanger (10) installed before filter (11), valves for fuel intake (13) located between filters (14) and (11), and sensor (24).

EFFECT: improving quality of motor-and-tractor diesel engine operation using bio-diesel and vegetable-based fuel, and reducing its consumption.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed method of diesel (1) control consists in generating automatic oscillation of fuel feed device (7). On a sensor (6) signal at load decrease to magnitude smaller than 30% of rated value the fuel feed device position pickup (7) is used to feed signal from speed automatic controller (10) of control unit (13) and frequency generator via current sinusoidal oscillations of amplitude and frequency oscillator (12). Said oscillator (12) is timed by crankshaft turn angle transducer (5) with its angular position. Invention covers also the diesel control at low feed and minimum stable rpm.

EFFECT: lower minimum stable rpm at load and idling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ICE application in various machines incorporating an electromechanical transmission. The proposed method of stabilising the ICE minimum specific fuel rate by automatically adjusting the ICE operating conditions via a feedback circuit connected to the electromechanical transmission components consists in presetting the engine shaft rpm corresponding to the minimum specific fuel consumption, measuring the said shaft rpm variation at varying outer moment of resistance, comparing the resulted value with the preset one, amplifying the difference signal and feeding it to the AC generator excitation current control circuit input to make the aforesaid moment to comply with that developed by ICE. Note that at the same time, the electric power accumulator output voltage is measured and compared with two preset levels. Given any departure from the aforesaid preset levels, a signal is generated to cut off the ICE in case the voltage exceeds the preset level, or to cut in the ICE in case the measured voltage is lower than the preset one that allows operating the ICE in intermittent service.

EFFECT: stabilisation of minimum specific fuel rate and optimisation of ICE operating conditions at varying electromechanical transmission engine loads, simpler ICE design.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for disconnection of engines in case of emergency situations and to compression brakes of engine trucks. Device for emergency shutting down of internal combustion engine and deceleration of vehicle by engine contains member for closing section of intake pipe line, closing member position setter and compressed air source. Closing member position setter is made in form of crankshaft speed limit pickup, oil pressure drop pickup, cooling liquid temperature rise pickup, and engine retarder control pushbutton. Intake pipeline section closing member is made in form of spool series-connected by pneumatic cylinder, in upper part of which calibrated hole communicating with atmosphere is made with fuel-feed valve connected with fuel-feed main line and with each of above-indicated pickups through check valve, and signal lamp and with engineering retarder control pushbutton and is connected in series with compressed air source. Pickups and engine retarder control pushbutton are connected in parallel.

EFFECT: improved reliability and efficiency of engine in operation, enlarged functional capabilities.
