SUBSTANCE: using in electrical engineering. According to invention, electric starter (110) is configured to start engine (120) of internal combustion. Operation of starter (110) is subjected to diagnostics by means of measuring elements (130, 140), which measure voltage (U) of power at starter and rotation number (RPM) per minute of internal combustion engine. On the basis of measured parameters (U, RPM) processor (160) determines status indicator (S), which provides quality index for performance of starter (110). Storage element (170) stores corresponding value of state indicator (S) in connection with multiple operation of electric starter (110) in sequence (M) of data. Processor (160) analyzes sequence (M) of data and determines on its basis, if operation of electric starter (110) is acceptable, and if it is not, error code (E) is generated.

EFFECT: technical result consists in automatic and effective diagnosis of electric motor.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas turbine engine starter-generator. Starter-generator comprises primary electrical machine including stator and rotor with inductor and damper rods that make the cage, excitation unit including stator inductor, rotor with rotor windings connected with rotor inductor of said primary electrical machine via rotary rectifier. At first stage of starting phase the primary electrical machine is changed over to induction motor mode by AC feed to its stator windings. Note here that starting moment is generated with the help of damper rods. At second stage of second starting phase, said primary electric machine is changed over to synchronous motor mode by AC feed to stator windings simultaneously with DC feed via excitation unit to rotor inductor. Note here that instruction on changeover from starting first stage to second stage is generated when shaft rpm reached a definite magnitude.

EFFECT: stator-generator without short-circuiting of rotor inductor at starting, higher reliability.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises electric starter, solenoid switch, storage battery, smooth start device, extra solenoid switch, ignition lock terminals, controller, and ICE crankshaft rpm transducer. Smooth start device is connected in series between storage battery positive pole terminals and solenoid switch power terminals. Ignition lock terminals feed storage battery voltage to extra solenoid switch and start instruction to controller. The latter controls extra solenoid switch and smooth start device by preset algorithm proceeding from ICE crankshaft rpm transducer readings. Electric starter drives ICE crankshaft.

EFFECT: reduced dynamic loads in connecting starter to storage battery.

SUBSTANCE: using in electrical engineering. According to invention, engine (120) of internal combustion in a vehicle is launched by means of starting system, including electric starter (110). Function of starting system is assessed by testing system containing measuring elements, analyzer (160) of starter engine and module (170) of control. Measuring elements of measure supplied voltage for electric starter (110) and the number of rotations per minute for internal combustion engine (120), when starter (110) is activated. Analyzer (160) of starter engine determines, based on supply voltage and the number of rotations per minute, status (S) of starting system. Based on preliminary status (S), module (170) of control estimates, if information is required in addition to the voltage supply and the number of rotations per minute. If so, processing of interactive communication takes place, at which operator (OP) is suggested to input information (OPInp) to module (170) of control at, at least, one stage of processing. Expanded message (TR) of status, which determines functional status of starting system, is generated by module (170) of control, based on processing of interactive communication.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of simple, safe and reliable diagnosis of starting system of motor vehicle.

SUBSTANCE: method for controlling a vehicle comprising an engine, an engine control unit (ECU), a throttle control element, a throttle body, a throttle valve, a throttle actuator, and a key adapted to communicate with the key is disclosed. The method includes: creating a key connection with the key, starting the engine, if the key is connected to the keypad and the engine is started: reading the key identification code and thereby determining the authorization status of the key, and if it is determined that the key is an authorized key, perform control of the throttle position based in part on the throttle body position, if it is determined that the key is an unauthorized key, the throttle position restriction is limited so that less safe restriction is provided for the throttle.

The internal combustion engine (1000) comprises an engine (1002) package. A piston (1006) is located in a cylinder (1004). A crankshaft is made with possibility of to be driven by a piston (1006). Besides, the engine (1000) comprises a fuel system (1001) to deliver air-fuel mixture to the cylinder (1004). Besides, the engine (1000) comprises a starter motor and a lithium-ion battery (1020) installed on the engine (1000). At that the lithium-ion battery (1020) is made with possibility of power supply of the starter motor for engine (1000) start.

EFFECT: technical result means decreasing of fuel consumption and noise level.
