SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary water valves and is intended for fluid flow control in single lever mixers. Single lever mixer cartridge comprises head part (1) with base element (8) and disc control system with one control disc (5). Disc (5) by means of spindle (2), fitted to rotate and turn, is arranged to rotate and move. Base element (8) is connected to head part (1) by means of fixing connection and is sealed relative to head part (1) with help of sealing element. Two inlet channels (81) and one outlet channel (82) are made in base element (8). Base element (8) includes axial projection (83), through which only inlet channels (81) pass.

EFFECT: invention aims to higher tightness of single lever mixer.

SUBSTANCE: valve includes a housing and a cover with supply and discharge connecting pipes, a disk gate on a rotation axis with gear rim on the side surface, drive of the gate in the form of a conical gear on a shaft, sleeve seats with end and radial seals. The cover is mounted in the side bores of the housing connected to each other by semi-rings set in the cover's annular boring, with the output into the annular groove on the inner housing surface, with the fixation of such position by locking bolts. The shaft is fixed by a bracket introduced in the annular boring by the gear, in the housing boring. Installation of a shaft seal inside a thin-walled sleeve set freely in the chamber provided in the housing, ensures reliable keeping of constant contact stresses on the sealed surfaces at any temperature change. Demounting of the seal is facilitated by free removal of the sleeve from the chamber in the housing.

EFFECT: installation of sealing rings at the end and outer diameter of the cover provides for reliable isolation of the housing cavity from the environment.

SUBSTANCE: thermostatic valve includes body, inlet and outlet nozzles, stock connected to stroke amplifier, pusher interacting with it, and seal. Inner body, as well as two sealing movable elements are introduced to thermostatic valve. The latter have equal effective area. Sealing moving elements are tightly installed opposite each other on both sides of pusher. Sealing movable elements form together with inner body a cavity isolated from heat carrier. Axis of sealing elements coincides with pusher axis. By interaction with stroke amplifier, the latter also interacts with the valve in movable manner at least through one above said sealing movable element. At that, stock, stroke amplifier and pusher are located in the above said cavity isolated from heat carrier.

EFFECT: invention allows improving heat carrier flow control accuracy with thermostatic valve due to avoiding the heat carrier pressure influence, as well as improving the valve reliability owing to excluding the worn-out seals of the stock.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pipeline valves, and is meant for closing and controlling the supplied medium flow. Shutoff valve consists of a body that includes the first part (10), the second part (12), and inlet and outlet parts (14). The above first part (10) and second part (12), when assembled, determine inlet and outlet in relation to the cavity formed by the above assembled first and second parts. Inlet and outlet are connected with the appropriate holes in inlet and outlet parts (14) so that liquid medium can flow between them. Inside the above body there installed is a wedge (18) with the possibility of being moved to the above cavity. Wedge forms a wall in the above cavity thus preventing the liquid from passing through the body and from leaving the above cavity. The first part (10) is made as one unit with internal guides (22). Guides have end sections (23). The latter protrude with restricted second part to the area of the above cavity when the first and second parts are assembled. End sections (23) close the gap between first and second parts thus sufficiently closing the sections of the above second part, and providing continuity of guides of the wedge. There is a sealing insert for shutoff valve, and shutoff valve design version.

SUBSTANCE: valve comprises sectional housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes mounted from its both sides, seat, and valving member with control mechanism that provide reciprocation of the valving member. The sectional housing has one outlet branch pipe, seat with inner ring surface, and inlet branch pipe that is connected from one side by means of a flange. From the other side, the first housing is connected with the second housing through the insert. The second housing has the other outlet branch pipe, dummy seat with inner ring surface, and cantilever for control. The insert is made of a ring with side longitudinal grooves. The ring receives the cylindrical valving member with outer face sections and is sealed from both sides by means of seals. The outer surface of the cylindrical valving member is provided with grooves for receiving the half-axles. The half-axles are interconnected through the levers with the control mechanism. The control mechanism causes the cylindrical valving member to move from one end position to the other for permitting pressure-tight contact between the surface of the appropriate seat and one of the face sections of the cylindrical calving member when it is in one of the end positions.

For water distribution the displacing means and the sealing device at the areas of movement with the stepwise movement promote the removal of the distributing housing from the mating surface of the housing.

SUBSTANCE: sanitary water distributor contains a casing with, at least, one water inlet, an outlet and a regulating cartridge placed inside the casing. Water coming through the inlet gets into the cartridge adjusting the water flow to the outlet in compliance with the control lever position. The cartridge lower side has one water inlet and one outlet. Cartridge (26) is arranged inside the support insert (14) with, at least, one through hole (16, 17). The latter communicates, on one side, with the said, at least, one inlet (5, 6) of casing (2) and, on other side, with the said, at least one inlet of cartridge (26). There is an extra through hole (18) communicating, on one side, with the outlet of cartridge (26) and, on the other side, with water distributing space (12). The said space is arranged between the support insert (14) and casing (2) and directs the water flow into the external radius zone of inner space (10) of casing (2). A through space (24) is arranged between the side surface (21) of support insert (14) and lateral surfaces of casing (2). Water flows up to the outlet (49) through space (24).

SUBSTANCE: straightway stop valve comprises housing with inlet pressure port and outlet port for flowing fluid. The housing receives closure member, driving link of the closure member connected with the handle for valve control, and single-acting positive-displacement servomotor. The pressure chamber of the servomotor is in communication with the inlet port. The straightway stop valve is provided with the preliminary loaded flexible member mounted inside the housing. The movable outlet link of the flexible member is made for permitting single action on the driving link of the closure member and its movement under the action of the flexible member from its any position to the closure position of the closure member. The single-acting positive-displacement servomotor is made so that, under the action of pressure, the pressure chamber provides the action of its output link on the output link of the flexible member directed oppositely to the direction of flexible force of the flexible member and movement of the output link in the position in which it does not act on the driving link of the closure member and driving link can freely move under the external control action between the closure position and open position of the closure member. Under the action of pressure in the pressure chamber, the output link of the flexible member is held in the mentioned above position. When there is no pressure, the output link of the positive-displacement servomotor together with the driving link returns under the action of the flexible member to the closure position of the closure member.

SUBSTANCE: straightway stop valve comprises housing with inlet pressure port and outlet port for flowing fluid. The housing receives closure member, driving link of the closure member connected with the handle for valve control, and single-acting positive-displacement servomotor. The pressure chamber of the servomotor is in communication with the inlet port. The straightway stop valve is provided with the preliminary loaded flexible member mounted inside the housing. The movable outlet link of the flexible member is made for permitting single action on the driving link of the closure member and its movement under the action of the flexible member from its any position to the closure position of the closure member. The single-acting positive-displacement servomotor is made so that, under the action of pressure, the pressure chamber provides the action of its output link on the output link of the flexible member directed oppositely to the direction of flexible force of the flexible member and movement of the output link in the position in which it does not act on the driving link of the closure member and driving link can freely move under the external control action between the closure position and open position of the closure member. Under the action of pressure in the pressure chamber, the output link of the flexible member is held in the mentioned above position. When there is no pressure, the output link of the positive-displacement servomotor together with the driving link returns under the action of the flexible member to the closure position of the closure member.
