SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tire rolling surface which contains a rubber composition containing at least: from 35 to 65 phr emulsion butadiene-styrene copolymer "E-SBR" called the first diene elastomer, in which the share of butadiene links of trans-1,4 structure is more than 50 % of the weight of all butadiene links; from 35 to 65 phr polybutadiene (BR) as the second diene elastomer; optionally, from 0 to 30 phr another diene elastomer, referred to as the third diene elastomer; from 90 to 150 phr intensifying inorganic filler; plasticizing system containing: number A: in the interval between 10 and 60 phr, hydrocarbon resin, characterized by the Tg is more than 20 °C; quantity B: in the range between 10 and 60 phr, plasticizer and, liquid at 20 °C, Tg is less than -20 °C; provided that the total amount of plasticizers, a + B is between 50 and 100 phr.
EFFECT: application of emulsion SBR and polybutadiene (BR) in combination with an inorganic filler and plasticizer for tire rolling surface enables to obtain improved adhesion with wet road and improved wear resistance, without deterioration of rolling resistance.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rubber mixture for making a pneumatic tyre. The pneumatic tyre is provided with sidewall filler consisting of a rubber mixture which contains a rubber component, at least one resin selected from terpene-based resin and a colophony-based resin in amount of 0.5-15 pts.wt, 60-120 pts.wt silicon dioxide, 5 pts.wt or less soot and 0.1-0.8 pts.wt peptising agent per 100 pts.wt said rubber component. The pneumatic tyre is additionally provided with clinch part rubber consisting of a rubber mixture which contains a rubber component, at least one resin selected from terpene-based resin and colophony-based resin in amount of 0.5-20 pts.wt and 35-150 pts.wt silicon dioxide per 100 pts.wt said rubber component. The rubber component consists of a natural rubber component consisting of at least one rubber selected from natural rubber and epoxidated natural rubber.
EFFECT: pneumatic tyre is made from rubber mixtures in which materials obtained from oil resources are used in a lesser amount and provide properties required for the desired application and have improved processability.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to bitumens, particularly bituminous-polymer compositions used in industry and/or road construction. Producing a bitumen/polymer composition uses a mother solution free from mineral oil, containing at least one herbal and/or animal oil, copolymer 20 to 50 wt % based on conjugated diene units and aromatic monovinyl hydrocarbon units, in relation to the mother solution weight, containing or free from at least one cross-linking agent, wherein the above herbal and/or animal oil is an acid; an acid value measured according to NF EN ISO 660 standard makes from 50 to 300 mg potassium hydroxide/g.
EFFECT: this mother solution characterised by the very high concentration of the polymer is stable and does not gelatinise that enables dissolving and using it for producing the cross-linked bitumen/polymer compositions and then bitumen mixtures.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to emulsion for paper gluing, which includes gluing agent based on maleated vegetable oil, representing maleated triglyceride, in which at least 50 wt % of the total content of fatty acids in triglycerides are monounsaturated. Invention also relates to paper-gluing agent, including maleated vegetable oil, in which at least 50 wt % of the total content of fatty acids in triglycerides are monounsaturated, and alkenyl succinic anhydride, and/or fatty acid anhydride, and/or anhydride of fatty acid and acetic acid, and/or anhydride of fatty acid and rosin acid. It also relates to method of obtaining paper-gluing emulsion, including emulsification of gluing agent based on maleated vegetable oil, which represents maleated triglyceride, in which at least 50 wt % of the total content of fatty acids in triglycerides are monounsaturated, in water phase by means of emulsifier and/or by means of intensive mixing; or mixing maleated vegetable oil, which represents maleated triglyceride, in which at least 50 wt % of the total content of fatty acids in triglycerides are monounsaturated, with alkenylsuccinic anhydride and/or fatty acid anhydride.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a colourless synthetic binding agent, which is applied in the road-industrial area. The colourless synthetic binding agent contains oil of a vegetable origin, resin of a petroleum origin and a polymer. The quantity of oil of a vegetable origin in the binding agent constitutes 10 wt % or more, and the quantity of the polymer in the binding agent constitutes 15 wt % or less.
EFFECT: colourless synthetic binding agent in accordance with invention possesses good consistency, reduced viscosity, acceptable behaviour at low temperature and acceptable elastic properties.

SUBSTANCE: additive includes an organic binder, a structure-forming agent, sodium hydroxide and water. The organic binder is oil and fat wastes selected from: a fatty composition or gossypol resin or floatation tar or class B industrial oleic acid. The structure-forming agent used is cellulose fibre. Components are in the following ratio in wt %: cellulose fibre - 80-85, oil and fat wastes - 10-15, sodium hydroxide - 0.4-0.8, water - the balance. The stabilising additive is obtained by mixing an emulsion prepared in advance by mixing the oil and fat wastes with hot water and sodium hydroxide, and cellulose fibre followed by pressing, drying and granulation.
EFFECT: obtained additive meets all the necessary quality requirements and is obtained from ecologically clean and cheap material.

FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mineral oil-containing fluoroelastomer compositions exhibiting improved flowability when the latter are processed into corresponding products. To obtain these products, a composition containing fluoroelastomer, curing system, and mineral oil is provided, which is then processed to form fluoroelastomer product and cure fluoroelastomer composition, wherein mineral oil is partially adsorbed on a carrier. Product is formed using a technique selected from extrusion, injection molding, transfer molding, and combination of these techniques. Mineral oil is used in cured fluoroelastomer composition as process additive improving flowability of composition and facilitating removal of cured product from mold. Composition of invention is entirely free of vegetal-origin wax or contains it in amount less than 2 wt parts per 100 wt parts fluoroelastomer.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-filled 1,2-polybutadiene that can be used as different molded articles, to a method for its preparing, its composition and molded article, shoes footing material. Oil-filled 1,2-polybutadiene is prepared by addition of the definite amount of oily filling agent to 1,2-polybutadiene solution wherein polymerization process is terminated followed by stirring in the polymerization solution containing organic solvent and removing the solvent at the second stage of the method. The composition of oil-filled 1,2-polybutadiene for making molded article comprises abovementioned oil-filled 1,2-polybutadiene and one component taken among the group involving a foaming agent, functional compound for rubber or plastics and at least one component taken among the group consisting of thermoplastic resin, thermoplastic elastomer, natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The molded article is prepared by molding the oil-filled 1,2-polybutadiene. Material for shoes footing is prepared by foaming the composition of oil-filled 1,2-polybutadiene or by cross-linking and molding. Oil-filled 1,2-polybutadiene or composition based on thereof show excellent functions by abrasion resistance, fluidity, technological effectiveness, capacity for coloring, high image precision, flexibility and attachment capacity. Also, oil-filled 1,2-polybutadiene and compositions based on thereof can be used for different types of foodstuffs, material for shoes footing with high exploitation indices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a modifier, a method of obtaining a modified polymer and the modified polymer of a conjugated diene. The modifier for the polymer of the conjugated diene is obtained as a result of the complete condensation for a silicon-containing compound, which has a protected primary amino group and hydrolysable groups. The method of obtaining the modified polymer based on the conjugated diene includes a stage of modification and stage of the protection withdrawal. The tage of the protection is carried out after the completion of modification, and the used polymer based on the conjugated diene is preferably such that 10% of its polymer chains possess live and pseudolive properties.
EFFECT: modified polymer based on the conjugated diene is characterised by an excellent ability of small heat release and resistance to abrasion, which is used in a caoutchouc composition for the pneumatic tread.

SUBSTANCE: bitumen composition includes petroleum road bitumen BND 90/130, SKS-30ARKM-15 or SKS-30ARK rubber and polyethylene polyamine production wastes as an adhesive additive, with the following ratio of components, wt %: BND 90/130 bitumen - 83-93, SKS-30ARKM-15 rubber - 5-10 and polyethylene polyamine production wastes - 2-7 or BND 90/130 bitumen - 86-95, SKS-30ARK rubber - 3-7 and polyethylene polyamine production wastes - 2-7. The method of producing the bitumen composition is carried out by mixing bitumen while heating with a rubber-containing component and an adhesive additive, wherein the rubber is added in the form of 8-12% solution in an organic solvent, wherein the solvent used is hydrocarbons with final boiling point of no higher than 130°C. Preparation of the rubber solution in the solvent is carried out at 40-50°C while mixing for 5-6 hours. The obtained rubber solution and adhesive additive are then added to the bitumen. The mixture is homogenised for 3-4 hours while gradually raising temperature to 160-170°C. Further mixing is carried out until achieving 97% removal of the solvent. The remaining amount of solvent is removed by blowing with nitrogen.
EFFECT: obtaining a homogenous bitumen binder, having improved physical and mechanical properties.
