SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for recess milling in the workpiece material for making parts. Recess in the part comprises angularly converging edges in the part angular area. During the recess milling, the angle cutter forms an enveloping surface, particularly a cylindrical surface with a side surface and an end surface. Angular area at first is carried out with the first orientation of the angle cutter corresponding to the longitudinal axis of the recess, using the section of the angle cutter making the side surface. Another option is formation of pointed angles in the second orientation of the angle cutter using the section which makes the end surface of the enveloping surface, the angular formation made between converging sections of the peripheral edges corresponds to junction between the end surface and the side surface. If necessary, a chamfer is formed directed across its longitudinal direction at the section of peripheral edge.

SUBSTANCE: processing is carried out by a device comprising a boring bar with cutting tools which is installed at eccentric bearings in a poppet sleeve with cutting and mandrelling teeth while the said sleeve is aligned in the initial position in an input steady rest before a working medium is supplied. The billet being processed is clamped between inner end faces of the input and output steady rests coaxially to them. Prior to the start of processing, centring chamfers are made on the inner end faces of the steady rests, mating chamfers are made on the end faces of the tubular billet, the chamfers are matched and sealed. Plugs are mounted on outer end faces of the input and output steady rests to provide for a common sealed cavity. The orking medium is supplied to the input steady rest via throttles during the direct working stroke, herewith rotary and translatory motion of the boring bar is combined with its planetary motion around the axis of the poppet sleeve. During the back stroke, the working medium is supplied to the output steady rest.

EFFECT: improved precision and quality of the processed surface, reliability of the processing procedure due to better chip removal.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises using of cutting parameters and tool geometrical parameters. To up precision of roughness determination trial cut is performed by composite multi-blade carbide tool at the part to measure thermal emf of every cutting tool tip. Mean arithmetic thermal emf of said multi-blade carbide tool is calculated. Roughness parameter Râ using the calculated mean arithmetic thermal emf, geometrical parameters of carbide tool and machined part are determined by enclosed formula.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for milling of flat surfaces. Proposed method comprises using the end mill to be brought in touch with the end of machined surface. Primary rotary motion and curvilinear penetration in billet are imparted to cutter with two feed motions Sx and Sy located in milling plane on the condition of direction of feed vector Sy into billet body perpendicular to its end while feed vector Sx at 90° to feed vector Sy in direction opposite said primary rotary motion ωv. Curvilinear penetration is performed at coordinated feeds Sx and Sy provided that cutter penetration path represents a quarter of ellipse with its larger axis being equal to cutter diameter while smaller axis is defined by cited relationship.

Cutter is driven in two directions along machined section through said cutting plate edge length and turned in rotary feed so that cutting plate point displaces from the start to center of cutting plate edge and from said center to start per very rolling cycle.

SUBSTANCE: manufacture the blanks for the punch and/or matrix die from the martensitic steels off-gage wastes by cutting the plates on the laser device. The blanks are formed by the package of plates with the thickness of not less than the stamped product bending length. The blank for the matrix die contains at least one plate more, than the blank for the punch. In plates using the conductor, in the bending stress concentration areas under the influence of longitudinal forces, perform the mounting holes, and at the ends - the profiles, adequate to the corresponding bending product shape cross section, taking into account the clearance between the punch and the matrix die equal to the thickness of stamping product. Then the plates are connected into the packages by the tightening bolts through the mounting holes with the interference and provide the processing of the punch and/or matrix die blanks with the elements of its connection to the corresponding upper and lower plates of the bending die into the final size, bringing of the working surfaces to conform the stamped product bending shape and its subsequent aging.

A stabilising portion is arranged between the shaping and shaping portions and is formed by a cylindrical surface. The forming portion is formed by a large base of the punch and a side surface consisting of successively joined coaxial conical, toroidal and cylindrical sections. According to the second version the punch additionally comprises a catcher in the form of a truncated cone which is smoothly joined to the shaping portion and provided with a supporting portion.
