Disclosed is a fixing device, comprising: first and second sensors for detection of first and second temperatures; first and second units of calculation for calculation of during start heating source of first and second temperature drops; memory parameter to store at least first and second threshold values of temperature drop; determination unit for producing determination result; unit for generating information for generating, based on a result of determination, information indicating on restart, indicating that image forming device should be restarted, because voltage power supply too low; and unit for transmitting information for transmitting information indicating on restart to a display device.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of an image forming apparatus for informing user about incorrect operation of imaging device, when it cannot start due to low voltage.

The claimed group of inventions comprises a fixing element and a fixing device comprising the fixing element. At that the fixing element has a surface layer to come into contact with toner, and this surface layer has a structure of a "sea-island" in which fluorine rubber is a "sea" phase, and an organic silicon compound having a stitched structure is an "island" phase, and in accordance with the dependence curve of the mechanical stress on deformation the initial modulus of elasticity showing the slope of the dependence curve of the mechanical stress on deformation, increases with the increase of deformation in the range of deformation from 0.25 to 0.8.
