FIELD: motor car construction.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method comprises placing of the vehicle on the bearing horizontal surface and applying the test load thereto. Tilting moment is created relative to the vehicle lengthwise axis unless the vehicle one side wheel breakaway from said bearing horizontal surface. Then, the force is applied to the vehicle sprung part perpendicular to vehicle lengthwise axis in the plane drawn through the geometrical gravity centre. Then, the sprung part bank angle is measured. In compliance with the first version, the vehicle crosswise static stability angle is defined. In compliance with the second version, the amount of tilting moment is defined and vehicle crosswise static stability angle is calculated.

EFFECT: possibility for the vehicle static crosswise stability determination without application of the bench with tilting platform.

FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technical diagnostics and control of the technical condition of vehicles and is designed, in particular, to monitor the condition of joints in elements of the vehicle suspension. The method consists in the fact that in the process of an impact of a play detector sites on a controlled joint it is video filmed so that contrast marks previously applied on the elements of this joint are on camera. As a result of the video sequence images processing, they determine the value of clearance Δ by the maximum difference of positions of the marks, and after comparison of the value of clearance with its normative value they make a conclusion on the technical condition of the controlled joint of the vehicle suspension elements based on the condition Δ≤ΔN - good condition, Δ>ΔN - faulty condition, where ΔN - established limit norm of the clearance.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of the clearance value in the joint of the suspension elements.

SUBSTANCE: bench for testing of elements of front suspension in passenger cars comprises a stand, an electric motor, a control unit, a rotary cam, a cross lever, a spring, a hydraulic drive with a horizontal hydraulic cylinder, a guide element with the possibility to rotate the cylinder relative to the stem, a flow control valve and a vertical hydraulic cylinder.

EFFECT: simplified design, reduced time of testing and dimensions, maximum approximation of tests to actual conditions of operation.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: procedure for testing unit of steered wheel of aircraft containing shock strut consists in facilitating combined linear and rotary drive, in connecting lower end of unit with drive to ensure line of linear action of drive alignment with line of strut compression. The drive is actuated to compress the shock strut and there is actuated the drive with rotation to transfer moment of steering control to the unit. The linear drive can be connected with the unit via a power connection to ensure load on the shock strut. The test system is designed for testing unit of steered wheel of an aircraft containing the shock strut and contains the said combined linear and rotary drive. The device to unit testing including the shock strut consists of the drive connected to the unit by means of power connection to ensure shock strut loading. The drive corresponds to the combined linear and rotary drive, while the power connection includes the first part in the drive connected with the second part in the unit. The said two parts are interconnected and facilitate self-alignment at connection of the drive with the unit under a linear mode.

EFFECT: facilitating modelling all operational conditions of wheel unit.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in exciting single oscillation in tested shock absorber, measuring vibration acceleration by accelerometers, and plotting shock absorber amplitude-frequency curve. Suspension is excited by either one-time bleeding on-the-spot, or head-on crash, or one-time loading at test bench. Vibration acceleration is measured by accelerometer mounted on shock absorber rod. Signals are recorded with the help of data acquisition module and transmitted for processing. Received signal is processed by cepstral analysis and plotted curve is analysed for peaks and their relative magnitude. Numerical characteristic is compared with preset value for particular shock absorber to judge on its state and reveal knocks.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of estimation.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed test bench consists of frame supporting struts designed to transfer hydraulic shock absorber, and drive mechanism. Shock absorber case is secured on horizontal circular table provided with control drive incorporating bevel gear. Shock absorber rod is pivoted to arc-like beam rigidly attached to struts. The latter move in guide circular tables. Arc-like beam incorporates shaft running test bench frame bearings and is spring loaded to frame by compression spring. Said shaft has nut to interact with horizontal screw whereon support roller is fitted. The latter comes in contact with simulation irregularities secured on test bench frame.

EFFECT: test bench performances approximating to operating conditions.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises pulse platform secured below the frame on levers that allow vertical and horizontal motion of said platform acting upon tire contact spot when tested automobile runs on said platform.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and validity of estimating vehicle spring system resulted from adequate pulsed effect on vehicle front axle wheels.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: dampers are subjected to vibration tests at varying frequency and fixed frequency during several stages. Acceleration amplitudes, at every stage, are varied from minimum to operating values. Tests are effected at all stages with replacement of one of damping elements with inserts of the same structural design an density. Static and dynamic hysteresis curves are obtained and characteristics are compared. Additional test stages include sequential replacement of damping elements with inserts and stage-by-stage increase in the number of replaced damping elements. Proceeding from obtained results, amplitude-frequency range of damper efficient operation is selected.

Fixation elements are installed on bed plate, as well as drives of the left and right sides, control units and mechanism for loading of suspension elements. FIELD: physics, measurement.

SUBSTANCE: test bench for fatigue strength test of elastic elements is related to machine building and may be used for testing of different elastic elements: springs, damper struts, rope seals, etc. for fatigue strength and durability. Test bench contains frame with guide, two supports for fixation of one of the ends of corresponding elastic elements. Test bench also contains slider installed in guide with movable supports for fixation of the second ends of corresponding elastic elements and drive of slider motion. Specified drive includes transmission gear, finger of which is connected with slider. On transmission gear axis large toothed wheel is installed, which is fixed with small toothed wheel installed in frame, diameter of which is twice smaller than diameter of the large one. Balancing weight - debalance - is installed on small toothed wheel. In neutral position of transmission gear of slider, debalance center of gravity is located above rotation axis of small toothed wheel.

EFFECT: simplification of test bench design.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: device for lifting vehicle turned over in accident includes two L-shaped asymmetrical beams the ends of short arms of which are equipped with assemblies to be coupled with turned over vehicle bottom, and the ends of long arms of which are equipped with loops. In the centre of gravity of each beam, lugs for their lifting and transportation are mounted. The device is provided with longitudinal beam equipped with clamps interacting with loops of L-shaped beams and attachment fixtures at their ends for suspending onto hooks of lifting cranes. The length of longitudinal beam is not less than the length of turned over vehicle.

EFFECT: possibility to lift large-dimensioned heavy transport facilities, lifting process duration reduction and simplification.
