SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to machine building, particularly, to disc brake piston jackets. Claimed piston protection jacket is arranged between the caliper and piston. Said jacket has a bulged fillet made at its inner section to fit in the piston groove and an insert fitted in the jacket at its moulding. Said insert is secured in a circular recess made in the caliper. The jacket can be folded for said insert, mid sections and extreme section to overlap each other. The jacket has lengthwise ribs arranged at the inner section surface to support this section, that is, to facilitate the stiffness and to allow the air to leak outside from said bulged fillet fitted in the piston groove. Claimed brake comprises the piston with protective jacket.

EFFECT: better disc brake piston tightness.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device are intended for producing tubular articles, e.g. corrugated tubes, from thermoplastic material. Proposed device comprises extruder head with mandrel moved to vary extrusion head cross section, plunger to extrude preset amount of plastic material through said head, and drawing unit to draw tubular plastic article from said head. Drawing unit, plunger and mandrel are driven to allow drawing unit and plunger to move in compliance with speed profiles independently adjusted along the entire travel of drawing unit and plunger. Mandrel is moved in compliance with profile of positions independently adjusted along the travel of drawing unit of plunger. Note here that said travel should proceed during interval equal to that of drawing unit and plunger move. This allows adjusting tubular article wall over its entire length and to high accuracy. Proposed method comprises extruding and drawing of billet from plasticised plastic material and controlling both processes in compliance with speed profiles for all operating components.

SUBSTANCE: bellows consists of set of axially symmetrical movable elements pressure tight interconnected. The set of movable elements corresponds to a successively alternating two laminar elements one of which is made as an elastic membrane, while another is made as a rigid non-deformed plate with a central orifices in it. On one side the elastic membrane with its central part is pressure tight secured around the orifice to an above positioned rigid plate. On another side it is fixed along perimetre of the below located plate. The following membrane is arranged in the reverse order thus forming movable elements. External dimensions of plates set decrease step-by-step from maximal value; for example, in a movable part of the assembly the end plate is fixed on a movable platform of the whole assembly, while the smallest by dimension plate is fixed on the immobile platform equipped with an orifice letting flow of working medium inside the bellows. A stepped conductor is secured to an upper movable platform of the bellows; in the process of working elongation of the whole assembly the conductor with its internal steps forces each rigid plate and correspondingly coupled with it elastic membrane moving out to a structurally specified maximal level of their mutual separation.

SUBSTANCE: in procedure there are used work-pieces of square shape. At connection the work-pieces are subjected to ultra-sonic oscillations. Further, there are made cuts along perimetre of processing, making an accurate shape of bellows. The first insulator, the first electrode with the first inducer and a hold-down disk are installed on a base of the facility. Also a movable part consists of a pusher connected to a flange; a circular knife and a spring are mounted on the flange through an adjusting ring. Further, the movable part consists of a stop whereon there is positioned a cartridge with an ultra-sonic converter and of the second insulator whereon there is mounted the second electrode with the second inducer and a thermocouple. A guiding sleeve and the ultra-sonic converter with a concentrator are mounted on the base in the facility for manufacture of bellows by means of connection of work-pieces along external diametre. A thermocouple and the first electrode with the first inducer are secured to the concentrator through the first insulator. A guiding cartridge is arranged on the sleeve. Also the movable part consists of the pusher connected with a mandrel through the adjusting ring. A flange with a spring is positioned on the mandrel with the circular knife attached to the flange and to the stop with the secured thereon guiding bushing; the second electrode with the second inducer is installed through the second insulator.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for compensating deformations and vibrations of pipeline systems of high pressure in all branches of industry. The facility consists of two similar unloaded bellows compensators 1 and 2 rigidly coupled with branch 3. Compensators 1 and 2 consist of similar end bellows 4 and 6 of smaller diametre rigidly tied with middle bellows 5 of bigger diametre by means of two intermediate flanges 7 and 8; and are rigidly connected to end flanges 9 and 10. Each end flange is rigidly coupled with the second from it intermediate flange by means of unload rods 11 arranged outside end bellows 4, 6 and inside middle bellows 5. Rods 11 are run through openings 14 of intermediate flanges 7, 8 and inside middle bellows 5 they are insulated from working medium with flexible elements 15. Through openings 14 facilitate relative travels of rods 11 in these openings at maximal angular displacements of compensators 1, 2.

SUBSTANCE: bellow is meant for hermetic separation of media. The bellow contains series-joined membranes, profiled by concentric ring sections with possibility of approaching and parting, where each membrane is joined to one of the neighbouring membranes through an outside weld seam, and with the other - through an inside weld seam. Corrugation of composite membranes is made in form of a single complete wave. The wave can have different configurations. Configuration of the wave has two rounding radii R and R1 and is determined by the geometry of the shape of the ends of the corrugations, where 0.5R > R1. Each of the ends of the corrugations - inner and outer, can be perpendicular to the axis of the bellows or at an angle to the axis of the bellows, on the rounding, respectively, of the direction of the wave, or at an angle to the axis of the bellows, on the rounding, respectively, of the direction of the wave and is additionally curved with radius r, less than radius R of the main wave in the opposite direction with respect to the main wave, where r<0.15R.

SUBSTANCE: membranes are delivered for assembly with the surface of requested purity, as thermally treated and with the same geometrical dimensions. Between connected membranes in the area of welded joint location reinforcing rings are installed with the thickness of 1-2.5 of membrane material thickness. Process of external joints welding is carried out with application of T-shaped heat sinks, which guarantee creation of localized welded joint made with argon-arc welding. Two annular heat sinks are used for welding of every internal joint. Welding joint of bellows has geometric dimensions that are identical in all sections of welding.

EFFECT: stability of bellows properties, increased corrosion resistance and stability in case of overload pressures.

On the side facing brake disk, at a distance from outer edge of sheet metal cover for disk, ring-shaped elevation is made as preliminary seal of wheel mount. Sheet metal cover for brake contains mounting flange passing in radial direction inside the ring-shaped elevation and serving for sheet metal cover for brake mounting on wheel support. The ring-shaped elevation is created by collar formed on the sheet metal cover for brake. Side surface of collar located radially on outer side goes into portion for brake disk closing, and side surface of collar located radially on inner side goes into mounting flange. The structure consists of wheel support, wheel mount and sheet metal cover for brake.
