The portion of the piston (22) comprises material or is formed from material designed to alter the electromagnetic field of the coil of the module of the sensor displacement. The module of the sensor displacement is located so that it is worn over the part of the damper housing. The electrical household appliance using the damper/detector is a washing machine, or a washing machine with function of drying, or a drying machine.

EFFECT: assembly and operation of the damper/detector is facilitated.

The essence of the invention consists in that with the end face of the monitored blade the distributed cluster is made to interact which is formed by two high-temperature single-turn eddy current transducers with sensitive elements (SE) designed as a linear piece of the conductor installed on a stator shell with rated shift with reference to each other in the direction parallel to the axis of the driving wheel (X axis) to the distance equal to the expected displacement of the blade end face Δx0, and the cluster of transducers is placed on X axis to the left of the outlet edge of the blade to the half of SE length (λSE/2), and also SEs of transducers are oriented parallel to the tangent to the centreline of the profile of the blade end face in the point of its intersection with the rotation plane passing through the geometrical centre of the cluster of transducers (the middle of the line connecting centres of transducer SEs); from the set of results of conversion of parameters of the first SE with face edges of back and trough of each monitored blade the least of extreme values of codes is selected, and from the set of results of conversion of parameters of the second SE with face edges of back and trough of each monitored blade the greatest of extreme values of codes is selected.

EFFECT: improvement of sensitivity of single-turn eddy current transducers with sensitive elements designed as a linear piece of conductor at measurement of radial clearances and axial displacements of end faces of turbine blades with a large bend angle of the profile and U-shaped longitudinal section of its feather.

FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and may be used to measure curvatures of tubular channels, preferably, in nuclear power engineering. Substance: inductive meter of tubular channel curvature comprises inductive clearance sensors connected with a measurement system. Inductive sensors of movements are made in the form of magnetic conductors (5) with exciting (7) and measuring (6) windings fixed on holders, installed on the meter body, and closing magnetic elements (8), fixed on the meter body opposite to opened magnetic conductors. Exciting (7) and measuring (6) windings are installed on magnetic conductors (5) coaxially. Winding wires of these windings and their outlets (10) are made from a cable with mineral insulation in a metal tight shell. Exciting windings (7) are connected to a generator of stable DC current. Measuring windings (6) via amplifiers are connected to inlets of synchronous detectors controlled from the stable DC current generator.

FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: meter of curvature comprises capacitance clearance sensors fixed on a controlled item and reservoirs connected to meters. Capacitor plates (5), which create capacitance clearance sensors, are installed on separate holders (3), fixed on the controlled item. The distance between points of fixation of holders (3) in axial direction is more than the clearance between capacitor plates (5). On each holder (3) there are several capacitor plates (5) with angular displacement relative to each other in the cross section of the holder (3). Capacitance meters are made in the form of charge amplifiers. Specific versions of device realisation are proposed. In the first specific version the holders (3) are made in the form of coaxial shells of different diameter, and on cylindrical surfaces of shells facing each other, there are pairs of cylindrical capacitor plates (5) fixed, forming a radial clearance. In the second specific version the holders (3) are made in the form of a pair of identical shells with flanges at the ends facing each other, and on the flanges there are pairs of flat capacitor plates (5), which form an axial gap.

EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of a meter.

FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: scope of application: reduction of temperature error at measurement of movements of electrically conducting objects under conditions of action of high temperatures. Essence: the first thermocouple is located in a single-coil eddy-current transducer in an internal wire of its coaxial current circuit attaching a sensitive element to a volumetric coil of a matching transformer. A hot junction of the thermocouple is located inside the current circuit near its end face facing to the sensitive element. The second thermocouple is located so that its hot junction turns out to be at a contact point of the current circuit with the volumetric coil of the matching transformer. Temperature considered for temperature correction at calculation of coordinate constituents is determined as ΘSE=ΘTC1+(ΘTC2ΘTC1)l1l2, where ΘTC1 - temperature in the location zone of the hot junction of the first thermocouple arranged in the internal wire of the coaxial current circuit; ΘTC2 - temperature in the location zone of the hot junction of the second thermocouple arranged at the contact points of the current circuit with the volumetric coil of the matching transformer; l1, l2 - distances from the sensitive element to the hot junction of the first and the second thermocouples respectively.

EFFECT: reduction of measurement error of coordinate constituents.

SUBSTANCE: sensor has a housing (16) with a front wall made of synthetic material and forming a sensitive surface (4), an oscillator (10), having a sensor coil (7) with a core (9), situated inside the housing behind the front wall (16) such that the open part of the core (9) is directed towards the sensitive surface (4), a hollow cylindrical metal element (3) lying perpendicular to the sensitive surface (4) and surrounding the core (9), as well as a measuring circuit (11) for measuring damping of oscillations of the oscillator (10) arising from presence of eddy currents. The core (9) is radially surrounded by a metal layer having low resistivity of less than 15 mcOm·cm and thickness of less than 40 mcm. In an alternative version, this thin metal layer can be excluded if resistivity of the metal element (3) is in the range of 15-50 mcOm·cm.

EFFECT: improved embeddability of the sensor without detriment to operating range.

SUBSTANCE: sensor comprises a coil with a movable core made of a ferromagnetic material. The core is connected mechanically with a monitored object by means of a steel non-magnetic stem. The coil excitation winding is made with a wire by turn winding along the entire length of the sensor travel. Two measurement windings are made above the excitation winding and connected back to back. In the steel non-magnetic stem there are four longitudinal slots symmetrically relative to the axis.

EFFECT: increased symmetry of output characteristic under high values of sensor travel.

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: inductive sensor has an inductance coil, a ferromagnetic core, a square-pulse generator, a stable current generator, an amplitude detector and a display device. The square-pulse generator is the sensor operating frequency and amplitude driving element. The square-pulse generator enables operation of the stable current generator, which is needed to maintain constant (fixed) surge current to the inductance coil. The stable surge current enables to pump energy into the inductance coil during the active phase of the current generator. Induced emf in form of pulses is transmitted to the amplitude detector which integrates said pulses and enables to obtain unipolar voltage at the output with amplitude which is proportional to the value of emf at the current moment in time. The emf value is directly proportional to the inductance of the coil which is determined by the relative position of the ferromagnetic core and the coil.

EFFECT: improved sensitivity, noise-immunity, thermal stability, larger measuring base, possibility of connecting the output of the sensor to a wide range of recording devices, broader functional capabilities.

Proposed transducer comprises receiving flask and support flask connected to first input of integrator including operating amplifier and vessel. Demodulator and band amplifier are connected in series in between receiving flask and supporting flask to first input of integrator. First modulator and scaling potentiometer are connected in series between receiving flask and integrator output. Second modulator and shift potentiometer are connected in series to supporting flask.

SUBSTANCE: two high-temperature single-turn eddy current transducers are used to measure radial and axial displacement of blade end. Said transducers are arranged with displacement between centers of sensors along turbine wheel axis and in direction of wheel rotation. After conversion of transducer inductance in voltage and code, two magnitudes are selected from set of codes for every blade. Said magnitudes consist of minimum and maximum values corresponding to interaction of blade with every transducer. Said codes and sets of calibration characteristics are used to obtain coordinate components of blade end displacement.

EFFECT: measurement circuit scanning not timed to turbine wheel rotation, fast operation, higher accuracy and validity.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: separate determination of offsets of ends of blades in radial, axial directions and in direction of rotor rotation is performed by means of three high-temperature single-turn eddy-current converters. Converters are arranged on stator casing within three sections of its surface. One point arranged in sensitivity zone of the corresponding converter is chosen in each section. Points are located from each other at four thirds of angular pitch of blade setting on the controlled rotor wheel. Conversion of inductances of sensitive elements to voltages and recording of the corresponding digital codes is performed per one rotor turn. At that, converters perform the functions of operating and compensation converters alternately with input of each pulse of synchronised sequence, which is shaped when the rotor is turned through an angle equal to one third of angular blade setting pitch.

EFFECT: improvement of quick action due to shortening of the time required for acquisition of information and accuracy due to reduction of dynamic error caused by possible instability of rotor rotation period within the shorter information acquisition time.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a bearing assy used as a support for a tubular element, in particular, to a lower bearing of the sliding tube of shock-absorber strut of the aircraft landing gear. Bearing (2') assy comprises body (3') supporting the first and the second annular supporting portions with the supporting surfaces, which contact with inner tubular element (1') in the areas distanced from each other in the axial direction. The annular supporting portions are represented either by separate supporting rings (4") installed in body element (3') with the supporting surfaces of different diameters, or by one supporting ring (4"), which can bend in the radial direction and is supported in such a way that the second annular supporting part can bend under effect of a load in the radial direction, while its supporting surface will occupy a position with a diameter bigger than the diameter of the supporting surface of the first annular supporting part (4"). Supporting ring (4") is installed in body (3') in seat (5") with shaped base (7") or conical base (9").

EFFECT: removal of a pinpoint contact between a tubular element and a supporting ring reducing wear and pressure.

An assembly method includes the following operations. Installation of the holding element along the open end of the flexible wall. The piston receives pressure in the chamber through inlet (12) of the housing interconnected with that chamber. The piston is retained in the position of pressure overcoming by means of retention device (21). The latter has the possibility of releasing the piston when the specified pressure threshold is achieved or exceeded. The piston is moved in forced manner under action of pressure to indication position. The piston is rigidly attached to pin (27) projecting out of the housing inlet. The pin has the possibility of forced movement with force overcoming of the retention device.

SUBSTANCE: inside cylinder tube and hydraulic damper there are arranged inter-communicating piston cavity and controlled cavity. Both cavities are filled with oil in a pressurised state. Additionally, there is installed a piston travelling in axial direction in the piston cavity and a rod connected to the piston. A flexible element is installed in the control cavity in a position forming a reservoir in the control cavity by means of compression of oil with pressurising force; impact effect is damped so, that the flexible element is forced to elongate and contract when oil flows in/out of the reservoir due to travels of the rod.

EFFECT: simplicity and reduced dimension of design of hydraulic damper, retaining constant amount of oil in piston cavity.

Lower collar (5) comprises circular thrust section (12), upper cylindrical section (24), formed entirely on upper surface (23) of section (12). According to the method to control a counterweight-containing laundry treatment machine, an equilibration stage is implemented at least three times within the rapid rotation cycle. The following stages are implemented: - stage whereat the drum equilibration is performed at least one time before and after the drum rotation rate transgressing the transient area; - stage whereat one determines the machine irregular vibration area; - equilibration stage carried out at least once before the drum rotation rate falls within the irregular vibration, area while the drum rotation rate passes through the irregular vibration area and after the drum rotation rate has passed through the irregular vibration area.

EFFECT: possibility to significantly reduce the noise made during laundry treatment in the course of a rapid rotation cycle implementation.
