SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wiper drive motor. Claimed drive motor comprises drive shaft, reduction gearbox to reduce the drive shaft rpm and controller unit. Reduction gearbox comprises casing, first gear fitted on drive shaft one end, second gear with output shaft aligned therewith and engaged with said first gear to make along therewith said reduction gearbox. Claimed drive motor comprises also the controller unit. The latter comprises the pickup magnet secured at drive shaft opposite end, control PCB facing the drive shaft opposite end in its axial direction, revolution transducer arranged at the section facing the control PCB transducer magnet to define drive shaft rpm and winding with one end. Said transducer magnet is electrically connected with control PCB to generate e.m.f. for revolution of drive shaft by the feed of excitation current from said control PCB. Motor casing features a cylindrical shape. Said case is mounted at the motor end section.
EFFECT: longer life, better accuracy of control.

The gear box is intended to change frequency and torsion torque at transmission of rotation between shafts and pedal drive in different operation modes of the device. Rotation from pedal drive through shaft by means of gear box may be transmitted to the storage device due to twisting of spiral spring. Mechanical energy may be also stored. Data on spiral spring status is recorded by the sensor and its fixation or release is defined by the interlocking machine. The combine motor-generating unit can be used both in motor mode and in generator mode.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the area of electric engineering, and namely to electromechanical induction synchronous AC generators. The generator comprises a stator frame with stationary energy-generating elements fixed along the rotor circumference, a multipolar rotor installed so that it may be rotated around its axis. The rotor comprises the preset quantity of permanent magnets mounted along the rotor circumference with a gap in regard to the stator energy-generating elements. The generator comprises also a single-reduction gear unit. Diameter of driving pinion of the reduction gear unit corresponds to the rotor diameter while its idler is fixed at the rotor axis. The stator energy-generating elements are not placed continuously along the rotor circumference, but symmetrically and separately from each other, at that diametrically opposite elements form their own pair, and these pairs of the energy-generating elements are shifted in regard to its other with the preset pitch along the rotor circumference.
EFFECT: development of a small-size generator with high output power.

SUBSTANCE: electric gear motor comprises an electric motor, a speed decelerating reducer which transfers a driving force of the electric motor, a housing which contains the reducer and the electric motor, and a yoke fixed to external part of the housing. The housing has a concave part, a holding hole and a positioning chamber. The connecting unit is moved along the first direction and is mounted to the housing concave part. The brush holder is moved along the second direction and is mounted to the holding hole. The reducer is moved along the first direction and inserted into the positioning chamber. The yoke is moved along the second direction and fixed to the housing.

SUBSTANCE: gear-motor drive comprises (1) a gear wheel (2) and inductance coils (10), and each coil has a movable core (11). The intermediate gear wheel (3) with tooth rings (4, 5) is fixed so that it ensures precessing motion of an auxiliary axis (7) placed by its first end in the body (2) and by the other end in the output shaft bore (9). The inductance coils (10) are placed in a circumferential direction in the peripheral part of the precessing gear wheel (3) with a gap between the butt end of the inductance coil and flat surface of the precessing wheel. The core (11) protrudes outside the butt end of the inductance coil (10) and in protruded state it is pressed to the flat surface of the precessing gear wheel. Gear rings of all gear wheels are equipped with end teeth. Versions of the gear-motor wheel with rigid core, inductance coils and ferromagnetic straps and the gear-motor wheel with permanent magnets and inductance coils are specified herein.

SUBSTANCE: translational movement electromechanism consists of an electric motor, a rod with screw pair and kinematic gear. Control and monitoring of the electromechanism rod position is made by two analytic Hall sensors placed under angle of 90° towards each other, in parallel to double-pole cylindrical permanent magnet with diametrical magnetization. The magnet is mounted at the kinematic gear roller. Absolute angle corresponding to the actual rod position is defined against the ratio for the valid output voltage values of Hall sensors, which are received during rotation or fixed position of the permanent magnet.
EFFECT: improving playback accuracy for the rod movement and capability of permanent monitoring of the rod position.

SUBSTANCE: differential gearing with one input and two outputs are used as a gear ratio converter in proposed motor. Gearing input is engaged with motor rotor. One of said outputs is engaged with driven shaft to receive higher torque while second output is engaged with second rotor inductively coupled with motor rotor. Driven shaft rpm is varied by changing the second rotor circuit electric load.
EFFECT: optimum acceleration of the motor, higher efficiency, simplified control.
SUBSTANCE: in the gearmotor, the mounting assembly (26d) of the brush holders of the housing of the reducing gear (26) there are series-arranged two flat surfaces (19b) ad two arched surfaces (26b) such that they form an ellipse. One of the two flat surfaces is formed with first heat-removing elements (26i), and two brushes (20) and (20) of the motor are mounted near the first heat-removing elements (26i) on a block (19) of brush (20) holders, built into the mounting assembly (19) of the brushes, situated in the mounting assembly (26d) of brush (20) holders. According to the present invention, the first heat-removing element is formed on the external peripheral surface of the housing of the reducing gear, situated on the back surface of the mounting part, and said two brushes are situated further from the control board and near the first heat-removing element, such that heat released by the brushes is transferred to the first heat-removing element.
EFFECT: efficient dissipation of heat generated by brushes, thereby reducing the amount of heat transferred from the brushes to the control board in a gearmotor, which solves the problem operating such a motor for a long period of time.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering, in particular, to power converters made as gear motors and electric drives; it can be used in special-purpose power converters in the form of power generation stations and machines in machine-building industry, transport industry, oil and gas industry, power industry, etc for the purpose of conversion of mechanical power to electrical one by means of power conversion of the primary actuator with use of power of hydroflow and wind, sun and other kinds of mechanical power (combustion engines, etc.) to electric and heat power and pressure, etc. The suggested power converter contains the primary actuator (PA) which is an electric motor, planetary cyclo gear box (PCGB) fixed at PCGB shaft through bearings that transmits rotation to the output shaft of reduction gearbox. At that convex-profiled teeth of the gearbox central wheel engaged with concave-profiled teeth of the gear wheel being a satellite gear are made as barrel-type spiral rollers made of steel or springs of cylindrical, conical and spherical shape, and their barrel radius R is defined as per Hertz formula to minimise contact stress of engagement thus providing free from play, noiseless and optimal operation in terms of their durability.
EFFECT: this construction of power converter based on planetary cyclo gear box provides technical result consisting of improvement of energy characteristics, reliability and operational life of the converter with efficiency factor ≥ 95%.

SUBSTANCE: brushless direct current engine has a cylindrical case with a flange, a stator and a rotor positioned within the case, and a cylindrical connector block positioned on the opposite side of the case from the flange. The engine contains a thin-walled heat-transfer frame positioned between the flange and the connector block. This frame is made in the form of a rotation body, its central part and parts adjoining the faces are made in the form of cylinders. Furthermore, the adjoining parts are connected with the central part via inclined portions which evenly increase in the diameter from face adjoining point to the central part. The frame has a meridional cut throughout its length, and the portion between the frame's faces has meridional slots crossing its central part and inclined portions.
EFFECT: improved heat removal from the engine by transferring the heat from the case of the brushless direct current engine to the sealed shell.

SUBSTANCE: proposed motor comprises housing accommodating stator and rotor, baffle jointed to housing on face side opposite the shaft to support cylindrical commutator with terminal box aligned with housing, and heat conducting barrel mounted on outer cylindrical surfaces of commutator and housing. Motor incorporates electrical filter made up of sleeve made of insulating material with blind space and plate of insulating material to stop said space, and electromagnetic noise killer arranged inside said space. Said sleeve is connected with barrel bottom via threaded fasteners while plate is provided with fasteners passages. Terminal box and sleeve conductor passages terminate on their outer surfaces communicated with conductor groove made on heat conducting barrel lateral wall.
EFFECT: reduced electromagnetic noise.
SUBSTANCE: contact-free DC motor comprises a permanent rotor magnet, three Hall converters with signal generators, three stator windings. The logical converter with its outlets is connected via inverters to the inlets of transistor amplifiers. The outlets of the Hall converter signal generators are connected to the inlets of the logical converter on three logical elements EXCLUSIVE OR, three inlets of the logical converter are connected to according outlets of the Hall converter signal generators, and outlets of the logical elements EXCLUSIVE OR are the outlets of the logical converter. Transistor amplifiers may be arranged on the basis of a bipolar transistor of n-p-n structure or on the basis of a field transistor of N-channel structure.
EFFECT: simplified design and increased reliability of a contact-free DC motor.

SUBSTANCE: drive of current disconnecting switch of overhead system of railway includes the housing in which six electromagnets are arranged in a circumferential direction at equal intervals. Magnetic conductor of each of electromagnets has a gap. Disc made from non-magnetic material and interlocking disc are rigidly installed on the drive shaft. Ten steel plates are located on the disc from non-magnetic material in a circumferential direction at equal interval between themselves. Steel plates have the possibility of entering the gaps of magnetic conductors of electromagnets. Fibre-glass plastic can be used as non-magnetic material of disc.

Hall sensor is connected to microcontroller input. There is controller power unit, power unit of windings of auxiliary poles and compensation winding with direct current. Invention provides direct measurement of mechanical motive force in commutation zone of machine by means of Hall sensor. Self-excitation of generator occurs during its start-up. Transformer of controller power unit is connected to linear voltage of generator. Power unit of windings of auxiliary poles and compensation with direct current consists of three-phase transformer connected to contact rings of generator, rectifier and pulse width converter to the input of which the control signal providing minimisation of resultant mechanical motive force in commutation zone of machine is supplied from microcontroller.
EFFECT: simplifying, increasing quick operation and reliability of control system, absence of external power sources.

Device contains hollow rotor in the form of iron ring with mounting hardware to it of vehicle wheel, additionally iron ring of rotor is implemented in the form of two semi-bowls, each is in the content of side wall with choke for bearing and shouldered shell, located in rotor cavity stator, equidistant constant magnets, implemented as compound in the form of two annular sectors, which are located in shells of rotor's semi-bowls, dipole magnets, located circumferential the stator. Feeding on winding of dipole magnets is fed through introduced into device capacity regulator and reverse and commutators, managed from outlets of RS trigger, to inlets of which there are connected outlets of position sensors of constant magnet pole of rotor relative to poles of dipole magnets.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to electrical engineering and is meant for use in ac electronic motors and ac electronic-inductor motors. According to the invention, the position sensor of the rotor of an electric motor has a static stator (1), rigidly joined to the stator of the electric motor, magnetosensitive elements 2), (3), (4), in form of Hall sensors or magnetoresistors, for example a rotor (5), made from magnetic insulating material and kinematically linked to the rotor of the electric motor, a ferromagnetic disc (6) with openings and circular permanent magnets (7) and (8), magnetised axially. In this design of the sensor, two permanent magnets are used, common for all detecting elements and rigidly fixed to the shaft of the rotor together with a magnetically conductive disc. The field of the permanent magnets is distributed to Hall sensors through the magnetically conductive disc and an air gap. As a result sensitivity of the sensor to movement of detecting elements about the magnets is reduced, as well as to non-uniformity of the permanent magnets.
EFFECT: simple design and increased accuracy of the position sensor of the rotor of an electric motor.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and may be used, for example in automatics diagrams, domestic appliances, for kitchen machines, time relays and micro pumps etc. Synchronous self-starting motor includes cylindrical rotor represented with magnetised diametrically permanent magnet and stator with two exciting coils from single-phase energy source and step-like polar surfaces. Exciting coil leads are connected to one of the electric power source poles through triple diode controlled by rotor position sensor (RPS). During startup signaling element of RPS is moved away from sensitive elements to the angular distance equal to α and π-α angles of stator and rotor pole axes crossing, when rotor is in fixed position. Angle α is equal to 0.3-0.5 of angular distance of stator surface stage arc creating minimal air clearance with rotor surface. Sensitive elements of RPS are implemented as receiver and optically coupled isolator radiator. Cylinder with signaling element is installed between the above receiver and optically coupled isolator radiator and on the rotor shaft. The cylinder with signaling element is represented as either connection plate of transparent and light-proof semi-cylinder or Hall generators. Permanent magnet with signaling element coinciding with magnet neutral axis is installed between Hall generators and on rotor shaft.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and may be used in the rotor current transducers for regulation of the generator excitation conditions, and for diagnostics of the rotor winding state the invention allows measuring the rotor current with time resolution smaller than one revolution of the rotor, producing the signal proportional to the rotor current independent on the rotor speed and getting an oscillogram of the generator rotor current to analyse its spectrum to estimate the working conditions of the generator rotor circuitry and excitation circuitry. According to this invention, a magneto sensitive material is inserted in insulating spacer between conducting half-rods along the rotor axis, the rod sensitivity vector being perpendicular to the rotor axis. The rotor current is determined from the electrical signal generated by the magneto sensitive element.
