The oil pump (7) has a housing of gears, which is fixed on the end face of the cylinder block (2), in which there installed with a possibility of free rotation is an external gear and a shaft eccentrically to it, the axis of which is parallel to the axis of the crankshaft (3), an internal gear and a drive gear engaged with the intermediate gear, which are rigidly attached to the shaft, a suction cavity and a delivery cavity located directly at the inlet of a delivery oil line passing in the cylinder block (2), and an oil intake pipe. The housing of the gears of the oil pump has an outer cylindrical surface coaxial to the external delivery gear. The end face of the cylinder block has a groove in which the housing of the gears of the oil pump is installed with its outer cylinder surface so that it is borne against its bottom, and the suction cavity and the delivery cavity are made at the bottom of the groove. In the housing of the gears there is a hole, in which an intermediate axle is installed, which has a coaxial free cylindrical shank, and on the end face of the cylinder block there is an additional groove, in which the intermediate axle is installed with its free cylindrical shank.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building and can be used for cleaning of carter oil of a locomotive engine. An electric centrifuge for separation of carter oil includes a housing, a slurry chamber, a hollow shaft, a rotor with a double bottom and deposit unloading holes, as well as a movable vertical wiper for cleaning of impurities from the rotor surface. The movable vertical wiper tightly closes the rotor upper part. Oil is discharged from the rotor through the holes located in the upper part of the hollow shaft. Inertia fasteners installed on the movable vertical wiper and at the movable bottom provide rotor tightness. Separated impurities are discharged to a changeable bag placed into a shell with holes; with that, excess oil is scavenged with a pump from the slurry chamber bottom.

EFFECT: improvement of efficiency and quality of separation; improvement of efficiency of a centrifuge without any increase of power on a drive, as well as in considerable reduction of mass-and-dimensional characteristics.

Filter has cover and housing accommodating main filtering element with central tube, bypass and antidrain valves, filtering elements of bypass valve and spring. Bypass valve filtering element is made in form of sector installed in main filtering element whose edges are connected with main filtering element, and bypass valve through central tube of main filtering element with outlet to its inner space. Main filtering elements, in each turn, can be formed by additional parallel-flow filtering elements in form of sectors with different fineness of cleaning whose ends are interconnected to form common filtering element. Side arrangement of bypass valve makes it possible to locate its filtering element with required area of filtration in main filtering element which reduces filtration load on main filtering element and increases period of effective cleaning. Housing with reinforcement member, filtering element, antidrain valve, sealing rings and spring. Filtering element proper plays part of bypass valve. The combined filtering component consists of two filtering elements arranged one above other with the filtrating blinds having the different engineering characteristics. In the place of coupling of the covers of the filtering elements there is the pipe or the partition dividing the stream of the purified oil. The second filtering element contains the synthetic volume-capillary filtrating blind, which has been made out of the texturized thread by means of its winding with the variable-force and has the more lower productivity and the lower degree of filtration and the much higher pollution capacity than the blind of the first filtering element.
