SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the capsule holder or the adapter for adjustment of the capsule with the capsule holder, at that the capsule is designed to produce the food product by injection of fluid under pressure into the capsule, at that the said capsule comprises a chamber limited by side walls of the capsule, the flexible lower wall, as well as the upper wall; the said chamber comprises at least one ingredient which is to be dissolved and/or extracted through the fluid injected under pressure, at that the capsule holder or the adapter comprises the pressure maintaining element, located near the lower wall of the chamber and comprises at least one projection adjusted with at least one distribution opening so that the said projection fits into the corresponding opening and restricts its section at a time when the fluid injected into the chamber of the capsule moves the membrane to the pressure maintaining element.

EFFECT: in a capsule, in a mass of coffee, it is possible to avoid the presence of paths for water injection, in order to avoid jump-in pressure and rapid release of the extract, to the end of the beverage making cycle, which contributes to increase in organoleptic properties of the beverage.

The technical field to which the invention relates

The present invention relates to a capsule, intended for cooking food, for example, drinks like coffee, extraction and/or dissolution under high pressure through injected into the capsule liquid.

The level of technology

The present invention will be described on the example of the preparation of beverages, namely, coffee. The example should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention defined by the claims. The present invention in General is directed to prepare any food or nutritional product in a machine for preparing food products by means of injection into the capsule or pod fluid, creating high pressure in the capsule for the extraction or dissolution of the ingredient(s) contained(not belonging) in the capsule. To said food or nutritional products include, for example, instant coffee and/or ground to a powder of roasted coffee, dairy products, i.e. milk composition, milk for baby food, soups, ice creams, products based on chocolate, teas or herbal infusions, semi-liquid or liquid desserts.

Capsules containing a substance, for example, coffee, for preparing a beverage by extraction or mixing under high Yes�leniem, well known, particularly in the area of preparing espresso or instant coffee, and especially appreciated from a hygienic point of view, since it is guaranteed the freshness of the product. A particular advantage of these systems is the simplicity and ease of preparation by the user of food products.

Typically, the capsule is inserted in capsule holder that holds the specified capsule and provides a proper introduction of the capsule into the reservoir of the device for cooking food products. In fact, the capsule holder not only provides a proper introduction of the capsule into the tank, but prevents damage to the walls of the capsule under the action of fluid pressure in the chamber of the capsule, since the shape and size of the capsule holder provide a snug fit to the walls of the capsule.

Lately on the market there are many different types of machines and systems to prepare food products, using capsules or pods, and each car used capsules or pods of a certain shape and/or size. To capsules or pods that are designed for one system, the user could use in another system, not originally adapted to the use of these capsules or pods, adapters were developed, through which the capsule or pod of the specified �IPA is consistent with the capsule holder system in this case, guaranteed reliability and performance inherent in the capsules or pods in a native system, such adapters is described in document EP AN 10168128.6.

Sealed capsule adapted for the injection of water open under the impact of the relief items, which breaks the surface of the capsule for release of the finished product in excess of a certain threshold pressure created is entered in a capsule with water. Alternatively, for use in a machine for cooking food, the user can enter the capsule with an inlet opening for injecting a liquid and/or exit openings for the release of the prepared product.

Usually water for injection into the chamber of the capsule, the surface of the capsule is punctured by needles or spikes. An example of an extraction system of this type is described in document EP 0512470 B1 and an alternative system is described in document EP 0870457. According to another alternative embodiment, the capsule is equipped with its own means tearing the foil capsule or membrane for the release of liquid extract when reaching the threshold in the capsule pressure.

Camera capsules can also be permeable, like a filter, or, alternatively, semi-permeable, containing the filtering component.

In any case, the pressure �inside the camera capsule is the main driving force to create foam on the surface of products obtained by dissolution, and to create a foam, i.e. creams, on the surface of the product prepared from ground to a powder of roasted coffee. Also the pressure inside the chamber of the capsule is the main driving force for the creation of creams on the surface of the beverage made by extraction of the ground coffee. The presence of creams are widely appreciated by the consumers because of the cream promotes the release of specific aroma, enhancing the sense of taste of the consumer.

It is known that in the same machine for the preparation of beverages you can use miscible substances (soluble or water-dispersible substances) and substances subjected to extraction under high pressure, thereby expanding the range of products offered to the customers drinks. For example, if you use capsule containing ground coffee in the same machine you can make coffee espresso.

From the mode of injection fluid, as well as the conditions of mixing or wetting ingredients significantly depends on the quality of the prepared beverage. The circulation of water through the capsule, influencing the process of extraction or mixing and, consequently, the quality of the final product depends on what the substance is pressed into the capsule, crushed or alternatively, the substance to be dissolving redispersion in the liquid, type instant coffee, or substance on the basis of milk, for example, coffee-cappuccino, etc.

Thus, the substance enclosed in the capsule, for example, coffee is subject to rapid dissolution or dispersion, preferably, by the foaming of a certain structure. If the extraction is subjected to different substances, such as ground coffee, the optimum wetting conditions differ. The substance must be completely soaked by optimizing the contact surface water/coffee, but without creating the mass coffee preferred paths for the passage of the injected water. When creating the mass coffee preferred paths for the injected water, the capsule may occur a sharp jump in pressure and, as a consequence, the rapid release of the extract, despite the fact that the extraction was not completed and some of the coffee was not moistened properly.

Thus, there is a need for tool matching the capsule with the capsule holder machine for making a food product, maintains the pressure in the capsule at a constant level during the entire phase extraction and/or dissolution, as well as regulating the flow of the cooked product passing through the open outlet of the capsule, for the proper distribution of the product.

Disclosure of the invention

These sagacity in the capsule holder or adapter for the harmonization of the capsule with the capsule holder, moreover, this capsule is designed to generate food product by injection of a liquid under pressure into the capsule when the said capsule, the capsule holder and, if required, the adapter is introduced into the tank of the machine for preparing a food product, wherein the capsule contains:

chamber bounded by side walls of the capsule, a flexible bottom wall and the upper wall, wherein the chamber contains at least one ingredient that is subject to dissolution and/or extraction by injection under pressure of fluid, and

- means of distribution of beverage containing at least one distribution hole made in the bottom wall of the capsule,

characterized in that the capsule holder or adapter for the harmonization of the capsule with the capsule holder includes a supporting pressure of a component designed to maintain a predetermined pressure in the chamber of the capsule by dissolving or extraction required for mixing of the injected liquid with the ingredient, and have outside the chamber of the capsule, near its lower wall; wherein the pressure support element contains at least one projection that is consistent with at least one distribution hole so that the protrusion fits into the corresponding hole�e and restricts its section, at least at that time, when injected into the chamber of the capsule, the fluid puts pressure on the lower diaphragm chamber of the capsule and moves the membrane to support the pressure element.

In this description, the term "capsule" refers to not only a hard capsule and soft pods of various shapes and sizes, for example, pods of filter paper, or capsules, in a design which combines hard and soft elements.

When restriction of the outlet openings by the partial closure will be ensured the passage of the finished product and at the same time, there will be enough high pressure inside the capsule for proper wetting, dissolving, foaming and/or extraction of substances contained in a capsule.

According to a particular embodiment, the cross-section of the at least one protrusion supporting the pressure element is different in shape from the cross-section of the corresponding hole. Alternatively, or in addition, the protrusion may be formed so that the longitudinal direction of its cross section increases from the top to the bottom.

Cross-section of protrusion increased from the apex to the base, the protrusion may be formed in the form of a hemisphere, a truncated hemisphere, an elliptical parabolas�IDA, shipoopie cone, a polyhedron, for example, tetrahedron, truncated tetrahedron, a cone, truncated cone, pyramid, truncated pyramid, or combination thereof. Due to the form of the projections, the distribution of the openings formed in the bottom wall of the capsule, not completely clogged, and the finished product, such as coffee received in the chamber of the capsule extraction and/or dissolution, can flow through the distribution openings of the capsule.

Upon injection of a fluid under pressure into the chamber of the capsule, in the specified camera in the process of extraction and/or dissolution increases the pressure acting on the bottom wall of the capsule in the direction of supporting the pressure element, as a result, the distribution of openings in the bottom wall of the chamber is partially clogged ledges. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invent the�tion, supporting the pressure element comprises at least one supporting element is close to the specified at least one protrusion, the height of the specified supporting element is less than or equal to the specified height of the ledge, whereby the bottom wall of the capsule is maintained at a distance from the base of the ledge when the said bottom wall is moved in the capsule under pressure of the liquid, and the amount of said openings larger than the cross section of the corresponding ledge.

According to one embodiments of the invention the specified at least one distribution hole runs in the bottom wall of the capsule at the time of installation of the capsule in the capsule holder or adapter for use in a machine for making a food product.

According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the bottom wall of the capsule is formed at least one through hole:

- as a result of local failure of the material of the lower wall of the capsule under the influence of the temperature of the injected fluid in contact with the inner surface of the bottom wall, and/or as a result of chemical interaction of the material of the lower wall and the injected fluid, and/or

- as a result of fluid pressure on a specific area in the bottom wall of the capsule, which was a advanced�Uo perforated and closed, but able to open when the local deformation of the lower wall, or as a result of fluid pressure on a weakened area in the lower wall of the capsule and/or

- as a result of mechanical action on said bottom wall of the capsule perforating means located outside of the capsule. The term "consistent" means that the axis of symmetry of the protrusion is aligned essentially with the center of the distributor hole.

Brief description of the drawings

Additional features and advantages of the present invention will be apparent from the following description of preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig.1 shows a schematic detail view, side sectional view of a capsule inserted in the capsule holder according to the invention;

Fig.2 is a schematic side view in section of a capsule according to an alternative embodiment of the invention;

Fig.3 is a schematic enlarged side view of the deformable membrane of the capsule and supporting the pressure element according to the invention.

The implementation of the invention

Fig.1 shows a capsule 1 according to the first embodiment of the invention, which is intended for production of food product as the result of pressure injection of fluid into the capsule through the needle 2, when�of psula installed in the tank of the machine for preparing a food product, not shown in the drawing. The capsule 1 comprises a chamber 3 bounded by side walls 4 of the capsule, a flexible bottom wall 5 and top wall 6.

In the chamber 3 is the mass of 7 ground powder of roasted coffee, which is subject to extraction by the fluid injected under pressure into the capsule. In the chamber 3 weight 7 coffee is enclosed between the bottom wall 5 of the capsule and the filter baffle plate 8 parallel to the upper wall 6 of the capsule and below, at a certain distance from it. The specified partition 8 provides at least two benefits: destroys a jet of water released from the injection needle 2, slowing the velocity of water flow, and keeps powdered mass 7 coffee pressed in a certain form, avoiding, thus, it is highly undesirable ejection of the powder from the capsule under the action of the injected water in the capsule.

As shown in Fig.1, the capsule 1 also contains a distribution means with a lot of cross-distribution of the holes 9 in the bottom wall 5.

As shown in Fig.1, the capsule is mounted in the capsule holder 10 is Cup-shaped. The capsule holder 10 includes supporting the pressure element 11 located outside of the chamber 3 below the bottom wall 5 of the capsule 1.

The capsule holder 10 also contains a dispensing hole 15 for the issuance of the product prepared in the chamber 3 capsules and dispensed from the capsule through distribution holes 9 made in the bottom membrane 5 of the capsule.

Fig.2 shows a schematic view of the capsule in the section. Presented capsule has a case of Cup-shaped with side walls 4 and the top edge 16. As shown in the drawing, the capsule 1 at the top is closed by a membrane 6, which is perforated by the introduction of the injection needle 2. The capsule 1 also contains a bottom membrane 5 with multiple distribution apertures 9. Capsule accommodates 7 net weight of the soluble coffee powder. With the aim of preserving freshness, the coffee powder is stored in a double package, namely in a capsule, enclosed in a sachet, made of lightweight, moisture - and gas-tight material (not shown).

According to a particular embodiment of the invention, p�derivado pressure element 11 is part of the adapter 17, which ensures the consistency of the outer surface of the capsule 1 with the inner surface of the capsule holder 10.

More specifically, the adapter 17 includes a top wall 18 and the supporting rods 19, which extend in the direction from the top wall 18 to the bottom wall of the capsule holder 10. When in the camera 3 capsules injected under pressure of the fluid inside the chamber increases the pressure acting on the walls 4, 5, 6 capsules. If the capsule is mounted in the capsule holder, is not consistent in shape and size with the capsule holder, when the pressure inside the chamber during the extraction of the walls of the capsule are not supported properly by the walls of the capsule holder. As a result there is a risk of damage to or rupture of the capsule, which, of course, is very undesirable. To resolve this problem you can use the adapter that will support the walls of the capsule and prevent their deformation at elevated pressure, resulting in damage to the capsule.

Fig.2 shows an example of the capsule, the form of which is not consistent with the shape of the capsule holder, and the bottom wall 5 is spaced from the lower wall of the capsule holder when the capsule is mounted in the capsule holder, resulting in the extraction process there is a risk of damage to the capsule, as described above. In this� case, regardless of the pressure inside the chamber 3 capsules, the top wall 18 of the adapter 17 can provide the proper position of the lower wall 5.

As shown in Fig.2, the top wall 18 of the adapter according to the invention comprises a supporting pressure element 11 with multiple protrusions 12.

The bottom wall 5 of the capsule shown in Fig.2, is a flexible membrane which is perforated and contains a variety of distribution holes 9, as in the embodiment already described with reference to Fig.1. For the manufacture of said membrane it is possible to use a perforated film, mesh, filter paper, or similar air-permeable and liquid material.

As described above with reference to Fig.1, the shape and size of the protrusions 12 is coordinated with the shape and size of the holes 9 in the bottom wall 5 of the capsule, with each projection 12 enters the corresponding hole 9 and restricts its section, at least at the time, when injected into the chamber 3 of the capsule 1, the fluid puts pressure on the lower diaphragm 5 and moves the diaphragm to maintain pressure element 11.

Supporting the pressure element 11 contains a number of channels, not shown in the drawing, which ensure the passage of the cooked product in the capsule for dispensing hole 15 of the capsule holder for hearth�and, for example, in a Cup.

Fig.3 shows an enlarged detail view and schematically shows the structural relationship of the specified flexible membrane 5 of the capsule 1 and supporting the pressure element 11.

As can be seen in Fig.3, the bottom membrane 5 has a plurality of distribution holes 9. Accordingly, maintains the pressure element 11 contains many protrusions 12 having the shape of a cone and facing the openings 9.

The protrusions 12 according to one embodiments of the invention shown in Fig.3, formed so that their longitudinal direction transverse cross section generally increases from the top to the bottom.

Fig.3 shows a bottom membrane 5 at rest and deformed membrane 5', the position of which depends on the flexibility of the material used for the manufacture of said membrane, and from the maximum pressure level in the capsule during preparation of the product, it should be noted that the deformed membrane 5' must be in a position in which the protrusions 12 is only partially filled�Ute space the designated holes without clogging the holes completely. When the position of the deformed membrane, the flow of product is limited, so that, in the chamber of the capsule maintains desired pressure for the extraction and/or dissolution and, accordingly, ensures good quality of the finished product. In addition, due to the slow flow of the produced product, the capsule is provided with adequate wetting of the ingredient or ingredients that are subject to extraction and/or dissolution.

The location of the diaphragm 5 relative to the wall 18 to maintain pressure element depends on the size and shape of the protrusions 12.

According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention maintains the pressure element 11 further comprises at least one, and preferably several support elements 20, which act in the same direction as the protrusions 12.

As shown in Fig.3, the supporting element 20 is designed to maintain the deformed bottom membrane 5' capsule that the holes mentioned membrane 5' were not completely blocked by the protrusions 12 of the support pressure element 11. Deformed membrane 5' in the specified limit position relies on the support elements 20. These supporting elements 20, preferably, are IU�Doo protrusions 12, and their height does not exceed the height of the protrusions 12.

Fig.3 shows a supporting element of cylindrical shape, but allowed the supporting elements of another shape, for example mushroom-shaped, in the form of a truncated cone, in the form of a truncated pyramid, cube, etc., and combinations thereof. The support elements 20 are arranged so that non-centered distribution with 9 holes of the bottom membrane 5.

An alternative embodiment of the invention shown in Fig.3, it is possible to use another method of restricting the flow of the finished product coming out of the distributor hole in the bottom membrane. In this case, supporting the pressure element does not contain the previously described supporting elements (not shown). In this case the cross section of the protrusions is not changed in the longitudinal direction from the top to the bottom. In this case, the regulation/restriction of the flow of finished product coming out of the distributor hole of the capsule is ensured by the different shape of the cross section distribution of holes and corresponding protrusions. For example, according to the design, distribution holes in the cross section have a circular shape, and the corresponding protrusions have a cross section or a triangular shape. Since the shape of the cross section distribution of holes and ledges that�but not consistent, formed vertical channels providing the output stream of the finished product, however, due to the fact that the flow is limited, in the chamber of the capsule maintains desired pressure.

According to the present invention, is excellent limited to the flow of the cooked product, so that in the chamber of the capsule during the entire distribution process of the product is maintained at a constant pressure as possible.

Of course, for specialists in the art will be apparent various changes and modifications of the preferred embodiments of the invention, presented in the description. Various changes and modifications may be made, without departing from the substance and scope of the present invention and without diminishing its advantages. Thus, it is assumed that such changes and modifications covered by the appended claims of the invention.

characterized in that the capsule holder (10) or the adapter (17) to the capsule holder includes supporting the pressure element (11), arranged to maintain a predetermined pressure in the chamber of the capsule upon dissolution and/or extraction for the mixing of the injected liquid with the ingredient and available outside of the camera (3) capsules, near its bottom wall (5); thus supporting the pressure element (11) comprises at least one projection (12), consistent with the at least one control opening (9) so that the protrusion (12) has the ability to log in to the corresponding hole and the limitations of its cross section at least during injection into the chamber of the capsule fluid, putting pressure on the lower diaphragm and move the diaphragm (5) to support the pressure element (11).

2. The capsule holder (10) or the adapter (17) according to claim 1, characterized in that the at least one projection (12) supporting the pressure element (11) for�flax cross section has the form, which differs from the shape of the corresponding hole (9).

3. The capsule holder (10) or the adapter (17) according to any one of claims.1 or 2, characterized in that the radial cross-section of the at least one protrusion (12) in its longitudinal direction increases from the top to the bottom.

The capsule holder (10) or the adapter (17) according to claim 3, characterized in that the projection (12) has a shape selected from: a hemisphere, a truncated hemisphere, an elliptical paraboloid, shipoopie cone, a polyhedron, such as tetrahedron, truncated tetrahedron, a cone, truncated cone, pyramid, truncated pyramid, or combination thereof.

5. The capsule holder (10) or the adapter (17) according to claim 3, characterized in that the supporting pressure element (11) comprises at least one support element (20) positioned near the at least one protrusion (12); the height of the support element (20) is less than or equal to the height of the ledge to support the bottom wall (5) of the capsule at a distance from the base of the ledge, when the bottom wall is moved in the capsule under pressure of fluid, and a hole size larger than the cross section of the corresponding ledge.

6. The capsule holder (10) or the adapter (17) according to claim 4, characterized in that the supporting pressure element (11) comprises at least one support element (20) located close by IU�Isha least one protrusion (12); the height of the support element (20) is less than or equal to the height of the ledge to support the bottom wall (5) of the capsule at a distance from the base of the ledge, when the bottom wall is moved in the capsule under pressure of fluid, and a hole size larger than the cross section of the corresponding protrusion.

EFFECT: proposed design of the device for adaptation of capsules enables to provide flexibility of the machine designed for use of certain types of capsules or pods, thereby enabling to use other capsules in it, not proposed in a number of products of capsules suitable to the machine, ensuring the level of safety, quality and convenience.

SUBSTANCE: capsule for preparation of a food product in the device fit for liquid delivery into the capsule contains a compartment with food ingredients being mixed with the delivered liquid for the food product preparation, and a filter intended for removal of impurities contained in the liquid. The filter is represented by a filtering appliance consisting of a filtering membrane and an outlet wall whereon the filtering membrane relies. The system contains a replaceable capsule, a device containing a receptacle for the replaceable capsule retention and a liquid dispensing device for fluid medium supply into the replaceable capsule under a pressure of 4-20 bar. The replaceable capsule contains a ring-shaped wall, a bottom part and a cover. The wall, bottom part and cover enclose the inner space containing the product being extracted. The bottom contains an inlet layer for supply of a certain quantity of liquid by means of the liquid dispensing device through the inlet layer into the capsule. The cover contains an outlet layer for supply of prepared beverage through the outlet layer from the capsule into the vessel. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a boiling device intended for usage in a beverage preparation apparatus that is capable to prepare beverage based on interaction of a beverage extract and an extracting liquid. A drawback of boiling devices consists in the fact that a large amount of water remains in the boiling chamber after completion of the coffee preparation process with water remaining in the boiling chamber as a result of usage of a valve or choke for creation of an artificial "cream layer". The proposed boiling device contains a chamber for introduction and accommodation of a beverage extract portion therein, a cover to be moved from the opened position into the closed position for the chamber opening and closing, release means containing a channel for release of liquid from the chamber. The boiling device additionally comprises a second release valve and ensures the possibility of free release of the flow from the chamber through the second release channel when the cover is in the opened position. The peculiarity of the boiling device consists in the fact that means are in place for locking the second release valve when the cover is in the closed position.

EFFECT: excluding conditions when the liquid bypasses the first release channel during espresso coffee preparation.

It has top oriented inlet for water supply and bottom oriented outlet for beverage discharging, produced by the device. Content of some amount of beverage ingredients in the cooking volume is possible according to the insert system production. The bottom part of the insert system has inlet and outlet with a possibility of connection between the inlet and outlet of end plate so that water from the inlet gets into the top to the cooking volume, so that the beverage made from water and mentioned amount of beverage ingredient goes to the bottom of the outlet, discharges from the outlet of end plate. The bottom part of the insert system has radio frequency ID (RFID) or a bar-code which is scanned by the reader of the device for its work to be controlled. Bar-code or RFID is located on the bottom part of the insert system so that the line which connects the inlet with the centre of the bar-code or RFID and the line which connects outlet with inlet of insert system are divided with a minimum angle blank no more than 70 degrees.
