Hormonal drug dexamethasone allows you to suspend subsequent hormonal and humoral response, neuroleptic - droperidol reduces the influence of the reticular formation, a benzodiazepine, such as diazepam. protects the limbic system, and in combination with performed in our proposed method, the peripheral unit achieved a new positive effect in the epidural group patients with the syndrome of "chronic" pain when performing surgery cyclophotocoagulation. Due to the proposed combination of medicine and performed manipulation is interrupted or chaotic flow of impulses from the cortex to the peripheral link that allows you to break the pathological cycle of pain. Get the positive result has been achieved by us as a result of the conducted research.

Then the tested person is proposed to look at the images and select two of the images, which attract him/her or correspond to hi/her reality situation to the greater degree, and two images, which are unpleasant or do not correspond to his/her reality situations from each sphere. Each image has a corresponding number and a sign, which are determined; the selected numbers are fixed with the signs in respective cells in a form. Then the code number of an archetype and its sign are determined, with the sign corresponding to a positive or negative psychological characteristic of the archetype. Each selected archetype is evaluated as 1 point, after which the frequency of selection by the tested person of the archetypes is counted and computer processing of the data is carried out. Results of processing are used to create a picture of the psychological personality profile.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the efficiency and objectivity of integral evaluation of the psychological personality profile due to determination, suitable for each individual, of archetype images in different spheres of the life activity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in psychology, physical training and sport. Physical exercises are realised by a system of physical interactions, performed in the mode of training and autotraining. The system includes carrying out the exercises with the uniform extension of the spine, the patient stretches oneself upward with the vertex and downward with the coccyx, and in the order, given in the invention formula. First, the exercises for the spine and the chest are performed in a sitting on stool position, followed by a series of exercises for stretching the popliteal muscles from a lying on the back position. FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: dexamethasone 8 mg and ketoprofen 100 mg is administered intravenously once prior to the operation. A lumbar plexus is blocked in a combination with a parasacral block and inserting perineural catheters to administer weak 0.2% Ropivacaine, local anaesthetic 20 ml. Paracetamol 1,000 mg is administered intravenously 30 minute before the operation is completed. After the operation is completed, the perineural catheter of the lumbar plexus is used to infuse 0.2% Ropivacaine 300 ml at 6-8 ml/hour for 4-5 days. Ketoprofen 100 mg is administered intramuscularly twice a day for 3 days. Through the perineural catheter of the parasacral plexus, 0.2% Ropivacaine 10 ml is administered twice every 12 hours.

EFFECT: method provides the adequate anaesthesia in the given category of patients by having an effect on primary pain components, as well as ensures the continuous and prolonged anaesthesia both intra-, and postoperatively, prevents the stable and chronic pain syndrome and the motor block of the extremities, reduces a rate of toxic complications.
