SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery industry. The device for sampling chopped straw from grain combine harvesters comprises collectors, a retainer, a bracket and a control lever. The collectors are arranged in rows, the number of which in the transverse direction is determined by the header coverage and the selected number of the studied areas, and in the longitudinal - replication of sampling. The collectors are interconnected in longitudinal rows by means of flexible connections equal in magnitude, so that the total length of the row does not exceed the distance to the ground mass descent area on the stubble. The first collectors in each longitudinal row have easily removed connections on the holes in the rod-float leveller which is located perpendicular to the direction of the combine movement and retained by the retainer driven by the control lever.

EFFECT: invention provides a boundary separation of the comparable areas in sampling and reduction of the probability of failure of experimental equipment.

The present invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to equipment for testing of combine harvesters.

A device for sampling of straw and chaff from the combine harvesters (Patent RF №2125786, A01D 75/00, publ. 1999) [1], comprising a cassette stacked on top of each other in the collections of straw and chaff and the mechanism piece drop them on the soil surface. The rear part of the collections has a horizontal spikes, moving in vertical channels of the cassette. The front part of the bottom of the collector laid in the notches of the discs mounted on a rotating shaft of the drop mechanism.

The disadvantage of this device is jamming in the cassette collectors, due to their distortions and locking caused by the horizontal displacement of adjacent collectors and clogging of the vertical channels of the cassette crushed mass. In addition, the known device allows to take samples of straw and chaff only fixed width not exceeding the width of the working chamber of the harvester thresher. It is also impossible to take samples in separate zones spreading the chopped straw over the operating width of the header. The last is important, for example, when examining the qualitative characteristics of the work of almostentirely-spreaders harvesters.

The Glo�NY also elastic (rubber) trays (GOST 28301-2007) [2] size of 50×10×5 cm, set in the uncut crops, along the long side of each aisle, the entire working width of the combine harvester.

However, the process of placing the trays in the crops is complex and inconvenient, and often touch the bottom of the combine harvester of the irregularities of the soil surface causes scuffing of the trays, their displacement relative to initial position and turning.

Closest to the claimed device to the technical essence is a sampler of straw (Patent RF №2197812, A01D 41/00; A01D 75/00, publ. 2003) [3], consisting of several collections, each of which is made in the form of cloth that are attached at two opposite ends to the coils and wound on one of them. Coil wound with a cloth is held in the brackets of the probe spring-loaded control lever and locking pin.

The claimed device can successfully be used to obtain information about the losses of grain, however, is not applicable in the study of longitudinal uneven distribution of chopped straw. The inaccuracy of this assessment due to slippage in the stubble paintings, especially in the initial stage of operation of the sampler. Using the circuit device of several independent collections requires governance mechanisms and commit to each of them that much complicates the design�the modernization. Moreover, the known device does not provide comparable conditions zonal sampling within the area of spreading of chopped straw.

The object of the invention is the realization of the possibility of zonal sampling of chopped straw, different width distribute the straw combine harvester, to expand the scope and improve the reliability of the studied parameters, as well as simplifying the design and improving the reliability of the device.

The technical result is the boundary separation comparable areas when sampling and reducing the probability of failure of the experimental equipment.

The task and the specified technical result is solved in that in the known device consisting of collections of straw and chaff, holding the locking mechanism and cause its motion control lever according to the invention, the collections are arranged longitudinal rows. The total length of a number of collections does not exceed the distance to the area of the gathering ground mass on the stubble. Number of collections is determined by the width of the header and the selected number of zones of sampling. In this first collection of each row attached to the held lock telescopic pole-tow. Bar-tow is located perpendicularly to the direction of movement of the steering�in and retained by the retainer, driven by a lever.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forecast of ageing processes of the synthetic polymer materials (SPM) depending on duration of their operation or storage. Analysis of the volatile organic compounds (VOC) migrating from SPM is performed by active sampling for sorbent, with further thermal desorption and gas chromatographic analysis. Forecast of the ageing processes of the material and estimation of toxicity of the gas discharge are performed as per dynamic of the qualitative and quantitative composition of gas discharge components in SPM initial state, and during artificial climatic thermal-humidity ageing. Dynamics analysis of the total gas discharge (ΣT) from each material is performed for all substances migrating from studied SPMs. Change of toxicity is estimated and forecast of the material ageing is performed as per developed indices of total gas discharge (ΣT) and as per hygienic index P=(ΣTinitial/ΣTn)/V, where Tinitial and Tn are indices of toxicity of gas discharge of each substance in initial state and after ageing, respectively, and ΣTinitial and ΣTn are total indices of toxicity of gas discharge of all components of SPM in initial state and after ageing, V is duration of ageing (year, month).

EFFECT: invention ensures high accuracy of the method of VOC qualitative and quantitative composition determination in gas discharge during materials ageing and the analysis results repeatability.

The gage tank (9) is connected through the adapter (11) with cap nuts (20, 21) to the measured capillary (15) in a cooling jacket (16) with circulating water through the thermostat with the pump (18) and radiators, attached to the decomposition chamber by means of the cap nut (22) and the sealing cone (25). Also the device comprises the additional chamber (26) screwed to the main decomposition chamber of (1) coaxially and sealed with a gasket (27), with the rod with a flywheel (17) installed inside, with threaded and non-threaded parts. Meanwhile the threaded part is implemented with a possibility of movement in the internal washer with a thread (28) for adjustment of the decomposition chamber volume and change of conditions of simulation of oil concentration, while the non-threaded part is sealed in a gland with graphite seal (29).

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft cabin air samplers, gadgets for analysis of admixtures in aircraft cabin air samples for analysis of concentration of contaminants in aircraft air conditioning systems and for determination of the composition of harmful admixtures and dangerous concentrations of gases and vapours in air. This sampler comprises evacuated vessel as air consumption booster, absorption cartridge with sorbent-concentrator composed of sharpened steel tube with plugs of glass wool at tube ends, with side bore in said tube filled with sorbent and glass wool. Evacuated vessel is composed of cylindrical case with inlet and outlet pipes fitted at case ends. Outlet pipe is provided with tube of vacuum rubber and metal plug to be fitted in the tube free end after evacuation. Inlet pipe is welded to the case end and features ID larger than that of the case inlet and internal thread. Aforesaid absorption cartridge with sorbent-concentrator is fitted in said inlet pipe and, partially, in evacuated vessel used also as a sampler of admixtures not absorbed by concentrator. Locking device composed of the tube with air sample passage inlet is screwed via seal ring in evacuated vessel surface neck to tight fit. Cover with stiffness ribs and rubber washer is secured to said locking device and aligned therewith. Lever with triangular cam at the end is articulated with the device on opposite side from the cover attachment side to lift said cover to unseal the system and to bleed air. Said lever and cover are secured to be revolved in one plane relative to axles of rotation and attachment. Springs secured from one side to locking device case and to cover stiffness ribs on opposite sides. This makes said cover opened and cover closed at lowered lever and cover located at lever can outer leg. Lever shifted, cover goes up to unseal the system and to bleed air.

SUBSTANCE: static, dynamic or vibration sensing is carried out preliminary at the selected points to the depth from 1 m with respect to the top of the earth fill. At the same time the samples of compacted soil of undisturbed structure are selected in order to determine the moisture and density of skeleton of the specified soil from several drilled wells at points at a distance of not more than 1 metre in plan from sensing points. Laboratory researches of standard compaction with definition of compacting factor depending on the density of soil skeleton, are carried out on the selected samples of soils from the body of compacted fill. Construction of correlation dependence is performed between the specified values of compaction factor and values of the resistance to penetration of standard cone into the soil during sensing, taking into account determinations previously performed in the laboratory followed by evaluation of compaction quality of the earth fill.

SUBSTANCE: method includes the preparation of smear from peripheral blood with preliminary fixation with methyl alcohol, drying, washing with distilled water. After that, the smears are placed in a potassium chloride solution in a ratio of 0.57 g of potassium chloride per 100 ml of distilled water for 20 min and washed with distilled water. Additionally prepared is a mixture of solutions, prepared ex tempore, containing a solution "A" and "B". The solution "A" includes a 50% silver nitrate solution in an amount of 5 g of silver nitrate + 5 ml of distilled water. The solution "B" includes a 2% solution of gelatin on a 1% formic acid solution in an amount of 15.8 ml of distilled water + 0.2 ml of 100% formic acid + 4.0 ml of 10% gelatin. The solutions "A" and "B" are mixed in an amount of 5 ml of each, in darkness, with further submergence of the blood smears for 20 min in darkness in the thermostat at a temperature of 37°C with the further submergence of the smears into distilled water for 2-3 seconds. After that, they are twice subjected to a 8 min exposure in a 5% sodium thiosulphate solution in darkness in the thermostat at a temperature of 37°C. After that, they are washed successively with tap water and distilled water, after-staining is performed in the Romanovskiy dye for 30 min. After that, the smears are washed again with tap water, air-dried, placed in the Canadian balm and covered with a coverslip.

EFFECT: increased quality of smear staining and provision of a possibility to identify and further evaluate parameters of nucleolus organiser regions.

SUBSTANCE: method of selection of horizontal soil monolith comprises embedding along the genetic horizons of nth thin-walled metal cylinder-monolith-selector of the ith diameter with a pointed lower end of a triangular shape. The selection of the horizontal soil monolith from the pit is carried out with the number of cylinders-monolith-selectors k, equal to where i - number of the cylinder diameter (n > i > 1), n - number of cylinders of different diameters, ki - the number of repetitions of the cylinder of ith diameter (ki > 3). And each time, prior to selection of the horizontal soil monolith the inner surface of each used cylinder-monolith-selector is greased with petroleum jelly, and the load on the cylinder-monolith-selector is performed in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the pit stepwise with fixing the load of each step. The wheels are located in the middle part of the machine and connected with its frame by arms (13 and 14) of parallelogram mechanism. Axes of arms rotation are parallel to horizontal plane, herewith, one of arms of each parallelogram mechanism is additionally connected with machine frame by hydraulic cylinder (16). Bearing elements of frame are made as two connected by side members transversal hollow flat-topped arcs located in series. Vertical part of front arc (1) in its horizontal cross-section is rectangular with cross-section walls orientation along and across the machine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to harvesting or post-harvest processing of buckwheat and can be used in determining the extent of damage to buckwheat grain. In implementation of this method, at first the content of full-value grain, separated husk and husk in a full-value grain is determined in each of the outputs in percentage. Then, the weighted average content of these components in all of the outputs is determined. SUBSTANCE: method of determining loss of grain includes the measurement of width of the header capture, sampling of grain-straw mass with subsequent mathematical processing. The first sample of cut plants is taken from the area of the field in the form of a rectangle. The width of the rectangle is equal to the width of the rug placed on the entire cut area. The length of the rectangle is equal to the length of the rug close to the constructive width of the header capture. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking sample of grain-and-straw mass from below combine grinder at path length of 1 m; separating grain and determining its weight; taking another sample by harvesting bundle from field area of 1 m2; providing manual threshing and determining weight of grain; measuring actual width of header; determining grain losses by dividing weight of grain collected from below combine grinder by width of header and weight of grain collected from bundle.

EFFECT: reduced labor intensity and duration of process for determining mechanical grain losses behind combine.
