Lubricating device of tooth-wheel

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building, in particular to machine parts, and can be used to lubricate the wheels of the reverse gearing with rectilinear/plane flank toothing in one of spur gears periodically lubricated with plastic lubricants. The lubricating device of the toothed wheel comprises body, tooth rim with teeth, concentric rings, pair of flexible plates and cantilever. The concentric rings are secured at the body ends along the circle of the tooth gullets. Pair of the flexible plates secured on the rotating cantilever installed hingedly on the gear casing with the axle of rotation. The cantilever is located between the concentric ring and wheel centre. The cantilevers are provided with gear of their rotation to both directions relatively to the radial plane of the wheel towards the running over side surfaces of the teeth ensuring their simultaneous contact along the full length.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of lubrication of the toothed wheel.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to the machine parts, and can be used in reverse gears lubricated periodically plastic lubricants.

Known lubricating device of a gear wheel, a pair of flat flexible plates secured fixedly relative to the rotating gear wheel is perpendicular to both the ends it of the ring gear, the plates are arranged in a radial plane of the wheel along the entire height of the teeth, and the distance between the plates is less than the width of the wheel. Upon rotation of the gear these plates capture the plastic lubricant is expelled from the workers (lateral) surfaces of the teeth of wheels on the ends of the teeth when the wheel gear wheel pair in transmission and return this grease back to operating surfaces of the rolling teeth of the rotating wheel - see A. S. USSR №1618973, CL F16H 57/04, publ. 07.10.1991 G., BI # 1.

The disadvantage of this lubricating device is that smashwords the plates are arranged in a radial plane of the wheel, while the profile of teeth has a curved shape, therefore, the contacting plates with lapping the lateral surfaces of the teeth is not simultaneous along the entire length of the working surfaces of sub�in, which reduces the quality of the transfer of the lubricant from the plates on the lateral surface of the teeth, which, in turn, decreases the effectiveness of lubrication.

As the prototype was taken the construction of a lubricating device for a toothed wheel according to the patent of Russian Federation №2386068, CL F16H 57/04, publ. 10.04.2010 G., bull. No. 10. Its essence is that it contains a device for the regeneration of lubricant layer on the side surfaces of the teeth in the form of a pair of elastic plates still mounted at both ends of the ring gear perpendicular to the ends of it in his teeth and a diametral plane, the length of the plates is greater than the height of teeth, each end side of the hub wheel is provided with a concentric ring with the possibility of contacting with the end face of the plate facing the center of the wheel, and the wheel diameter equal to the diameter of a circle to the tooth wheel.

The disadvantage of the prototype is that the side surfaces of the teeth are not located in a radial plane of the wheel, and the deviation from it; in particular, the flat side surfaces of the teeth of the wheel poliorketes transmission are under the same angle to a radial plane along the length of the teeth. The presence of an angle between smashwords plates and rolling them side surfaces of the teeth affects the regeneration of grease on the sides, because contact between� plates and side surfaces of the teeth is not instantaneous, but in parts. Especially when the reversible modes of operation of the wheel when it is impossible to establish one-time the position of the plates relative to the rolling surfaces of the teeth, because the clash happens that one or the other side of the plate.

The invention solves the problem of increasing the efficiency of the regeneration process, the lubricant layer on the side surfaces of the teeth of the wheels when reverse mode of its operation.

To do this, the lubricator gear wheels comprises a pair of flat flexible plates arranged on both sides of the ring gear perpendicular to the end faces of its teeth, the plates have a length greater than the height of the teeth, and the distance between them that is smaller than the width of the ring gear, each end side of the hub is provided with a concentric ring with the possibility of contacting with the end face of the plate facing the center of the wheel, and the diameter of the ring equal to the diameter of a circle to the tooth of the wheel, wherein the plates of its sides, opposite to the toothed crown, mounted on pivots, mounted pivotally on the transmission housing with the possibility of forced rotation in their plane of rotation of the wheel in both directions relative to a radial plane of the wheel, simultaneously with providing the contact plates and the incident side surfaces of the teeth along their entire length, which console�abgene reverse their rotation mechanism, and the centers of rotation of the consoles are located between the concentric rings and the center of the wheel.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, which depict: gear - end view of the wheel (Fig.1) and the cross-section of a fragment of the gear - side view of the wheel (Fig.2).

The drawings show: body 1 gears, girth gear with 2 teeth, the circumference of the vertices 3, the circumference of the depressions 4, the side surfaces 5 of the teeth, the end surface 6 of the teeth, concentric ring 7, the flexible plate 8, sections 9 in plates, swivel arm 10, the axis of rotation 11 of the console, the transmission housing 12, the radial plane of the wheel 13, the lubricant 14.

Gear wheel consists of body 1 and the ring gear with teeth 2 positioned between the circumference of the vertices 3 and the circumference of the depressions 4, the teeth have lateral (working) surface 5 and the end surface 6, the circumference of the depressions (4) on both sides of the hub (of the body) the wheels are concentric rings 7. The lubricator gear consists of a pair of flexible plates 8, overlying the height of the teeth, one end of each plate is adjacent to the ring 7, the distance between the plates is less than the width of the ring gear, in plates made incisions 9, perpendicular to the ends of the teeth. Plate 8 mounted on pivots 10, is pivotally mounted with the possibility enforcer�th rotation in the plane of rotation of the wheel, what are they provided with a reversible drive mechanism (not shown). The hinge with the axis of rotation 11 is fixed to the transmission housing 12. Reversible drive mechanism rotates the console 10 in both directions from the radial plane of the wheel 13 by the angle α.

When working gears in the transmission, the lubricating material 14 deposited on the side (working) surface 5 of the teeth is displaced to the ends 6 of the teeth. The lubricator by means of plates 8 moves the lubricant back to the lateral surface. For this console with 10 plates by reverse rotary mechanism takes place toward the incident side surfaces of the teeth (at the angle α relative to a radial plane of the wheel) which provides a momentary contact plates and the side surfaces throughout their length. The location of turn 11 a pivot joint between consoles concentric rings 7 and the center of the wheel allows free rotation of consoles and tight fit of the ends of the plates 8 and 7 rings.

Compared with the prototype, the proposed construction of a lubricating device allows to provide a momentary contact plates and impinging the side surfaces of the teeth along their entire length, which increases the effectiveness of the return of lubricant to the lateral surface. Moreover, this return is ensured in any direction� of rotation of the wheel.

The lubricator gear, mostly reversible poliorketes gear with the flat side surfaces of the teeth lubricated periodically, the grease containing a pair of flat flexible plates arranged on both sides of the ring gear perpendicular to the end faces of its teeth, the plates have a length greater than the height of the teeth, and the distance between them is less than the width, each end side of the hub is provided with a concentric ring with the possibility of contacting with the end face of the plate facing the center of the wheel, and the diameter of the ring equal to the diameter of a circle to the tooth of the wheel, characterized in that the plate sides, return to the crown, mounted on pivots, is pivotally mounted on the transmission housing with the possibility of forced rotation in their plane of rotation of the wheel in both directions from a radial plane of the wheel, simultaneously with providing the contact plates and the incident side surfaces of the teeth along their entire length, for what console is equipped with a reversing mechanism of their rotation and the centers of rotation of the consoles are located between the concentric rings and the center of the wheel.

SUBSTANCE: method of the gear wheel lubrication includes the running-in of the work surfaces of teethe of the toothed rim, with pressing to them by the lubricating element in form of the pinion with teeth made out of pressed lubricating material. During the running-in the pinion is provided with axial oscillating movements, and width of pinion teeth is made equal to sum of widths of the wheel teeth and double amplitude of oscillations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle transmission lubrication system. The lubrication system with transmission with shaft bearings (4-9), gear wheels hubs bearings (10-15), ring gears (16-27) of interlocking pairs (29-34) of gear shift mechanism gear wheels and with clutch synchronous members (35, 36, 37) supports installed with possibility of axial movement. Lubricant circulation in the circuit (38) is supported by means of gravity and guiding components for lubricant feeding (40). For the first, the second and the third areas (41, 42, 43) of lubrication the first, the second and the third lubrication grooves (44, 45, 46) respectively are provided which grooves have drip holes for corresponding lubrication areas (41, 42, 43) located under them. The driven bevel-pinion (50) enters lower collecting tank (49) for lubricant, and lubrication channel (51) passes from outer circumference of the bevel-pinion (50) to upper collecting tank (53) for lubricant.

EFFECT: higher compactness and effectiveness of lubrication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumping devices with two stages for drivelines. Pumping device (10) includes stage (11) of low pressure of a pump and stage (12) of high pressure of a pump. The first stage (11) of the pump supplies fluid medium under low pressure to system (13) of lubrication/cooling and to an inlet hole of the second stage (12) of the ump, which supplies fluid medium under high pressure to hydraulic control system (14). Fluid medium from both systems (13 and 14) is returned by means of tank (16) and filter (15) to the first stage (11) of the pump.

SUBSTANCE: liquid lubricant supply device contains lubricant sprayer 4 made as box without top lid. The box 4 is secured on one arm 10 of the rocker 6 installed on hinge 7 inside the gearbox casing with possibility of movement in vertical plane. Cam 8 is installed on the driven shaft 9 and is located with possibility of periodic contact with the second arm 5 of the rocker 6. The rocker is equipped with spring 11 moving upward the arm 10 of the rocker with box after the arm 5 release of the cam 8 until the box top exit from the oil bath 2. The device is also equipped with the limiter 12 to limit upward movement of the arm 10 of the rocker 6. At place of the absent top lid of the box 4 a sprayer of the spayed lubricant 13 is installed in form of a mesh with size equal to size of this absent lid.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the liquid lubricant supply to friction parts of the gearbox.

SUBSTANCE: liquid lubricant supply device for gearbox has casing 1 and oil bath 2 with top level 3 of lubricant, it is lubricant sprayer made as box 4 without top lid secured on one arm 10 of the rocker 6 installed on hinge 7 inside the gearbox casing with possibility of its movement in vertical plane. Cam 8 installed on the driven shaft 9 is located with possibility of periodic contact with the second arm 5 of the rocker 6. The rocker has a spring 11 moving upward the arm 10 of the rocker after the arm 5 release of the cam 8 action until exit of the box top from the oil bath 2, and is equipped with limiter 12 of upward movement. Instead of the absent box lid a shaper of the spayed lubricant is installed, it is made as grid with size equal to size of the absent lid, and contains plates, which edges are perpendicular to the box top.
