The invention relates to a suction device comprising a reservoir for collecting dirt sucked for a resorbable material, a suction unit for the discharge of the vacuum in the reservoir for collecting dirt through the suction space, at least one located in the direction of the flow sucked by the suction unit of air between the reservoir for collecting the dirt and the suction space of the filter element, at least one rechargeable battery to provide electrical energy to the suction unit, and at least one battery holder for retaining at least one battery to a suction device.

The objective of this invention is to create a known suction device, which can be driven with convenience to the user.

This task in the case of a suction device of the aforementioned type according to the invention is solved due to the fact that the suction device comprises a filter cap, which is made with the possibility of transfer from the closed position, wherein at least one filter element is covered, in the unlocked position, wherein at least one filter element is removed from the suction device and insert into it from the clean space, and the filter cap contains IUIsha least one battery holder to at least one battery.

The suction device according to the invention, the user can translate the filter cover from the closed position in which it closes at least one filter element in the unlocked position. In position the cover is removed the filter at least one filter element can user be removed from the suction device on the side of the empty space. The user does not need to extract at least one filter element with a dirty side, i.e. facing the reservoir for collecting the dirt side of the filter element. In addition, the filter cap performs another function, namely that it contains at least one battery holder for at least one battery, which, thereby, is retained on the filter cover on the suction device. Due to the single access to the suction device, the user can perform the maintenance that is performed most often in the service of the suction device, namely the replacement of at least one rechargeable battery, with the convenience for the user. In addition, the user does not need to notice where the suction device in each case have to replace at least one filter element and replacing the at least one battery. Bugs regarding this user is no longer possible, so that the suction device may be subjected to service user-friendly way.

Thanks to the integration of two functions in the filter cover, namely covering the at least one filter element and retaining at least one battery, it is possible to achieve simplification and compact design of the embodiment of the suction device. From more compact form of execution implies a higher mobility of the suction device according to the invention, which, above all, is preferable to a special form of implementation of the suction device as a battery operated suction device.

Is favorable when at least one battery holder is located on facing away from the suction space to the side of the filter cover, as this helps to better protect at least one battery from dirt.

Preferably, on the upper side of the filter cover is located at least one battery holder, and such instructions of the place and location, as "upper side", "lower side", "horizontal", "vertical" and available like, can be interpreted as relative to the working position of the suction device, wherein the suction device is positioned on a horizontally oriented develoincreasing the square. The location of the at least one battery holder on the upper side of the filter cover facilitates user access to at least one battery for replacement. In addition, the force of gravity at least one battery can be used for sealing of the suction space, for example due to dissipation of gravity on covering the filter element, the edge of the filter cover.

A preferred manner, the suction device comprises a filter cleaning device for cleaning at least one filter. This enables cleaning at least one filter element to maintain the suction power of the suction device essentially at the same level. In addition, increasing the change interval to at least one filter. The filter cleaning device can be actuated manually. May also be provided that the filter cleaning device operated automatically by the control electronics of the suction device, for example, with interim management. It is also possible depending on the needs of the management device to clean the filter, depending on the type and quantity of sucked resorbable material.

Is favorable, if the filter cleaning device is located on the filter cover, it is particularly preferredStateline, if it is located in the suction space. This enables a structurally simple and compact implementation the implementation of the suction device. Due to the transfer of the filter cover in the unlocked position, the filter cleaning device becomes easily available to the user for maintenance, so that the filter cleaning device has a suction device according to the invention can be serviced with the convenience for the user.

Favorable is when the filter cover in the closed position or held in the filter cover in the closed position of the filter cover the filter cleaning device is hermetically closes the suction space. This facilitates a simple design implementation of the suction device at which to abandon the special seal suction space.

Preferably, the filter cap is installed on the suction device can be rotated around the first rotational axis. Due to this, the filter cover is convenient for the user in a certain way to translate from the closed position to the unlocked position and Vice versa. For example, the first rotational axis is oriented horizontally, and the filter cap to translate from the closed position to the unlocked position can be pivoted upwards, so that the user simple clickszoom gets access to at least one filtering element.

Is favorable, if the suction device comprises a first locking device for locking the filter cover in the unlocked position. Due to this, the user need not hold the filter cover in the unlocked position, which facilitates a replacement of at least one filter element.

Accordingly it may be provided that the suction device has a first locking device for locking the filter cover in the closed position, specifically to provide a sealed closure suction space.

The first retainer and the first locking device can, for example, be performed respectively in the form of the locking device. It is also possible form of implementation in the form of a clamping device. For user-friendly manipulation, favorably, the first retainer and/or the first locking device is arranged to actuate manually.

Preferably, the suction device comprises a slot to accommodate the battery, which houses at least one battery and at least one battery holder, so that the socket cover to accommodate the battery, which is made with the possibility of transfer from the closed position in which the slot cover to accommodate the battery closes the socket dI accommodate the battery, in the open position in which the slot to accommodate the battery is open and Vice versa. In the closed position, the slot cover to accommodate the battery covers at least one battery holder and at least one battery retained in the socket to accommodate the battery. Slot cover to accommodate the battery protects the at least one battery and at least one slot to accommodate the battery from dirt and moisture to ensure the proper functioning of the suction device. Due to the transfer slot cover to accommodate the battery from the closed position to the open position, opens the nest to accommodate the battery. Thus, the user gets access to at least one battery, for example for replacement.

Can also be provided that the user has access to the filter cover only after the socket cover to accommodate the battery from the closed position to the open position to translate the filter cover in the same way from its closed position to its open position for replacement of the at least one filter element.

A preferred manner, the suction device comprises a second locking device for locking the socket cover to accommodate the battery in the open position. Because of this the user does not need, for example to hold the slot cover to accommodate the battery in the open position, while he's replacing the at least one battery, and if necessary, translate the filter cover from its open position to its position of withdrawal for replacement of at least one filter element and Vice versa.

Accordingly it may be provided that the suction device has a locking device by which socket cover to accommodate the battery can be locked in its closed position to provide protection at least one battery from dirt and moisture.

The second locking device and second locking device can be made respectively in the form of the locking device. It is also possible implementation in the form of a clamping device. For user-friendly manipulation of the second locking device and second locking device, the preferred way actuated manually.

Preferably, the socket cover to accommodate the battery is made with the possibility of locking in the open position only when extracted from the slot to accommodate batteries of at least one battery.

Certain embodiments of the suction device according to the invention shall be tested on splashproof for permission to sell them. Such a test brushesaisinnet in accordance with the regulations shall be conducted with open lids suction device, that is, the socket cover to accommodate the battery and the filter cap needs to be brought to the open position or the unlocked position. Thus in this form of implementation of the suction device according to the invention it is possible to ensure that during the test on splashproof at least one battery to not stay in the slot for the battery. This primarily has meaning when it is in a case, at least one battery we are talking about the battery of large capacity, which can have openings of the housing for cooling, through which can be fundamentally eliminated the flow of spray water during the test on splashproof. But this can be prevented due to the fact that before the test on splashproof at least one battery is removed from the slot for the battery, only then slot cover to accommodate the battery can be locked in the open position.

Is favorable, if the filter cap in the unlocked position, and the socket cover to accommodate the battery in the open position adapted to be locked relative to each other from the translation in the corresponding closed position. This makes it possible to achieve a structurally particularly simple form of implementation of the suction device. The previously mentioned first locking device to stoprhenium of the filter cover into its position of removal in this case to a certain extent formed through the socket cover to accommodate the battery or is it. Accordingly, the previously mentioned second locking device for locking the socket cover to accommodate the battery in its open position is formed by the filter cover or located on it. Due to this slot cover to accommodate the battery and the cover form a filter device for mutual locking device in the unlocked position or in open position.

In structurally particularly simple embodiment of the socket cover to accommodate the battery is made with possibility of fixation in the open position, and the filter cap is made to lock in the unlocked position each relative to the other.

The constructive embodiment of the suction device is preferred to provide an even more simplified by the fact that in addition to the filter cover is not provided for any other locking device for locking the socket cover to accommodate the battery, and that except socket cover to accommodate the battery didn't provide any other devices for latching the filter cover on the suction device.

Preferably, the socket cover to accommodate the battery is installed rotatably around a second rotational axis. This allows the user a simple and certain way to transfer the cover to accommodate the battery from its closed position to the opensecond position and back. The second rotational axis is oriented, for example, horizontally, and socket cover to accommodate the battery can be folded up to facilitate user access to at least one battery.

The advantage is, if the first rotational axis and the second rotational axis are different, they are focused, for example, parallel to each other and in each case horizontally. If the filter cap is the unlocked position, and a socket cover to accommodate the battery occupies the open position, and a socket cover to accommodate the battery and the filter cap separate each against the other, then they are guaranteed from the translation in the corresponding closed position, as has already been described above.

Preferably, the suction device comprises a cooling device for cooling at least one battery. This avoids overheating of at least one battery and to ensure the proper functioning of the suction device.

A preferred manner, the cooling device comprises at least one outlet channel for the exhaust air at least one battery of the at least one inlet for the exhaust air on at least one of the battery holder. This allows us to remove the waste heat of at least one btarei from the source to ensure proper cooling at least one battery.

The advantage is, if at least one inlet hole is made in the form of a breakthrough the contact surfaces of at least one battery of the at least one slot to accommodate the battery, and a breakthrough, at least partially overlaps the aperture of the housing at least one battery. At least one aperture of the housing may extend warm exhaust air at least one battery and at least one breakthrough to do at least one outlet channel. In practice it turned out that in this way a particularly reliable to take the waste heat of the at least one battery.

In a structurally simple embodiment of the cooling unit, filter cover, at least partially implemented in the form of forming at least one outlet channel of the hollow body.

Preferably, the cooling device comprises at least one impeller of the fan for conveying cooling air to at least one battery and/or for transporting the exhaust air at least one battery. With the use of the impeller of the fan, at least one battery can be cooled even more effectively.

Particularly preferably, if at least one impeller of the fan is located at least in the bottom of the discharge channel of the cooling device. Produced by at least one impeller of the fan air flow makes possible a particularly efficient cooling at least one battery.

Favorable way, the suction device is a vacuum cleaner with a combined power supply, which is connected to the mains supply connecting cable for providing electric power to the suction unit. This makes it possible multilateral use of a suction device, which may operate in the power mode on-line mode and on battery. In addition, it may be provided that can charge at least one battery, if at least one connecting cable is connected to the supply network.

Fig.1 in the image shown in perspective a preferred form of implementation of the suction device according to the invention, generally denoted by reference sign 10. The suction device 10 is made in the form of so-called vacuum cleaner for dry and wet cleaning, which can be drawn as solids and liquids. It contains the lower part 12 of the device which in and of itself a known manner has a reservoir 14 for collection of dust deposition sucked resorbable material and by means of rollers 16 and wheels (only one wheel 20) can be moved on a floor surface.

In addition, the suction device 10 includes a top portion 22 of the device which in the working position of the suction device 10 is worn with the possibility of taking and the lower part 12 of the device and can be fixed on it. In the upper part 22 of the device, also referred to as "suction head", into the receiving space 26 is placed is shown in Fig.4 and Fig.5 only schematically the suction unit 24. By using the suction unit 24 via formed in the upper portion 22 of the device suction space 28 in the reservoir 14 for gathering dirt to create a vacuum, so not shown in the drawing and connected to the connecting element 30 of the upper part 22 of the device suction hose suction material can be sucked into the tank 14 for collecting dirt.

In the direction of flow is sucked by the suction unit air between the reservoir 14 to collect dirt and suction space 28 is retained with the possibility of taking the filter element for the merchant. The filter element 32, in which case it is, for example, of a flat folded filter, in and of itself a known manner leans in the direction of the tank 14 to collect dirt on rounds the edge 34, which in Fig.4 and Fig.5 can be seen only partially.

The position of the connecting element 30 to the suction device 10 determines its front side 36. At its opposite side of the suction unit 10 has a rear side 38. Follow the instructions of the place and location, as, for example, "lower side", "upper side", and similar, can be interpreted as relative to the working position of the suction device 10, which is a suction device not shown positioned on a horizontal surface for mounting.

In the transition from the top side 40 of the upper part 22 of the device to the back side 38 of the upper part 22 of the device contains the cover 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery. Cover 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery is located on the upper part 22 of the device with the possibility of rotation around passing in the transverse direction of the horizontal swivel axis 44 and may be transferred from Fig.1 closed position depicted in Fig.4 and Fig.5 open position and Vice versa.

In the open position the lid 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery opens access located underneath the slot 46 for the battery, which can accommodate two rechargeable batteries 48 and 50. The batteries 48 and 50 are used to generate electricity primarily for the suction unit 24, so that the suction device 10 can be operated without connection to the electricity network. In the closed position, the lid 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery covers the slot 46 for battery, and placed in it the batteries 48 and 50 to protect them from dirt and moisture (Fig.1).

In the closed position, the lid 42 of the socket to accommodate bahtUOM can be fixed on the supporting portion 54 of the upper part 22 of the device by means of the locking device 52. For this purpose, the bearing part 54 has a locking element 56, which can interact with is made accordingly the retaining element 58 of the cover 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery, for example, through the locks into place.

In the case of a suction device 10 it is about a vacuum cleaner with a combined power supply, which can work not only from the batteries 48 and 50, but also on the network. For this purpose, the suction device 10 contains not shown in the drawing, the connecting cable, which is the usual way has a connector for connection to the electrical supply network, for connecting a suction device to a source of electrical energy.

To hold the batteries 48 and 50 of the upper part 22 of the device has two battery holder 60 and 62, which are made relative to each other in mirror image relative to the median longitudinal plane of the suction device 10. The batteries 48 and 50 are identical and can be inserted in any one of the battery holders 60, 62, so that more detail will be considered once the battery 48 and the battery holder 60.

As primarily seen in Fig.3 and Fig.6, battery holder 60 includes a plate support element 64 to the housing 66 of the battery 48. In addition, the housing 66 can engage with geometric circuit with two adjacent supporting elementm 64 L-shaped guides 68 and 70, so that the battery 48 through geometric circuit is firmly held in the battery holder 60. In relation to the image of Fig.6 should pay attention to the fact that from the batteries 48 and 50, with dashed lines reproduced only approximate outer contours, but not displayed seat with geometric closure panels 48 and 50 in the guide rails 68 and 70. This occurs for reasons of clarity.

The contact element electrically contacts serves for the electrical contacting of the battery 48, which for this purpose contains made her accordingly and not shown in the drawing the contact element.

Battery holders 60 and 62 are covered essentially cover plate 74 of the filter over the filter element 32, on the upper side of which they are formed. The cover 74 of the filter serves to limit the upper side suction space 28, and at its bottom facing the filter element 32 side held device 76 to clean the filter.

In the case of the device 76 to clean the filter it comes by itself the known device for the automatic and, above all, controlled time cleaning the filter element 32 by means of a hydraulic shock that is exerted by empty space this filter element. Hydraulic punch proizvet filter element 32 in the direction of the tank 14 for collecting dirt, so adhering to the filter element from the side of the tank for collection of dust particles of dirt are separated from him and fall back into the reservoir 14 for collecting dirt.

For the implementation of water hammer in the suction space 28 must flow more air, also referred to as a "false air leaks". For this purpose, the device 76 is provided with a filter cleaning automatically included shut-off valve 78, which may be controlled depending on time through not shown in the drawing and by itself is known to the control electronics of the suction device 10. By opening the shut-off valve 78 false air leaks can come from the atmosphere via formed between the cover 74 of the filter and the upper part 22 of the device the slot and through the device 76 to clean the filter to flow into the suction space 28 and to load the filter element 32 from the side of the empty space.

Seal the suction space 28 through the device 76 to clean the filter, which is near the edge of the wall 34 can 80 may be sealed snugly to the edge 82 of the filter element 32 (Fig.4). In addition, the tightness of the wall 80 to the suction space 28 is provided through the rim 84. Edging covers 84 through fromErste 86, through which suction space 28 and the receiving space 26 for the suction unit 24 are included in one another.

As the cover 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery, the cover 74 of the filter installed on the upper part 22 of the device can be rotated, and it is oriented parallel to the rotational axis 44 of the horizontal swivel axis 88. Thus, the lid 74 of the filter with respect to the upper part 22 of the device may be transferred from Fig.2-4, and Fig.6 closed position depicted in Fig.5 the unlocked position and Vice versa.

In the closed position, the lid 74 of the filter covers the suction space 28 and, thus, first of all, the filter element 32. In addition, as described above, the suction space 28 is hermetically closed by means of the device 76 to clean the filter. This occurs in the normal operating state of the suction unit 10.

The locking device 90, for example in the form of the locking device, is provided to fix the cover to the filter 74 in the closed position on the upper part 22 of the device. For this purpose, the upper part 22 of the device are located the locking elements 92 and 94 on the lid 74 of the filter (Fig.5).

If the cover 74 of the filter to be transferred from the closed position to the unlocked position, the filter element 32 can be removed by the userBalfour from the top side 32 of the suction device through the space 28 from the clean space. Accordingly, the filter element 32 can be inserted from the side of pure space through the suction space 28 in the upper portion 32 of the device and adjacent to the edge 34. Replacement filter element 32 is possible for the user in a convenient way and associated with only minor contamination or their complete absence.

In addition, the device 76 to clean the filter in position removing the cover 76 of filter available to the user in a simple way. This could be convenient for the user service device 76 to clean the filter. In addition, the user easier access to the filter element 32 and the device 76 to clean the filter due to the fact that bol is not required still rotate the suction device 10 and/or excessively tilted position of the body of the user.

As can be seen in Fig.5, the lid 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery is made with the possibility of locking in the open position, and the cover 74 of the filter is made with the possibility of locking in a removable position, namely, the lid 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery and the cover 74 of the filter is made with the possibility of locking each against the other. So, the cover 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery has a locking device 96 for the cover 74 of the filter with the retaining element 98 and the cover 74 of the filter has a locking device 100 dI cover 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery with a locking element 102.

In the case of the locking elements 98 and 102 talking about snap elements, which in the open position of the lid 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery and in position the cover is removed filter 74 can be engaged with each other (Fig.5). Including, the locking element 98 is located on the bottom side of the cover 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery snap hook and a locking element 102 is disposed on the upper side of the cover 74 of the filter locking lug. This locking protrusion with an elastic element 104 to be in the pre-offset relative to the locking element 98 so that when you open the lid 74 of the filter is forced to snap fit between it and the cover 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery. By actuating the release element 106 toward the action of elastic element 104, the latch between the locking elements 98 and 102 may be weak and, consequently, the lid 74 of the filter again to be transferred to their respective closed position.

If the cover 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery in the open position, and the lid 74 of the filter in the unlocked position separate relative to each other, rotate in the corresponding closed position is impossible, as the rotary axis 44 and 88 are different. The locking cap 42 sockets for placement of electronic battery and the cover 42 of the filter relative to each other is preferable for the user as it without having to hold one of both lids gets easy access to the filter element 32 and the device 76 to clean the filter.

Note, however, that the locking of the lid 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery in the open position and the lid 74 of the filter in the position of withdrawal is only possible when the batteries 48 and 50 were extracted from the battery holders 60 and 62. Only then, if it happened, the lid 74 of the filter may be so rotated around the rotary axis 88 that the locking elements 98 and 102 can be driven into engagement between them. This form of implementation of the suction device 10 is due to definitions, after which the suction device 10 to permit its sale must be put to the test on splashproof. This is a test splashproof provides that the suction device 10 with open lids 42 and 74 is subjected to atomization of the spray water, with electrical device, the suction device 10, the water can't get. By removing the batteries 48 and 50 of the battery holders 60 and 62 before the locking of the covers 42 and 74 relative to each other is ensured that the batteries 48 and 50 are protected from spray water. This is important because they are from the top side are the inlet 108 and 110 for coolingon air in which could potentially let in water. Into the secured position of the covers 42 and 74 between the contact elements 72 are protected from spray water and can stand the test on splashproof.

Since the cover 42 of the socket to accommodate the battery and the cover 74 of the filter separate in relation to each other only in the open position or can be brought to a halt in the unlocked position, and the suction device 10 has no locking device for the lid 42 of the socket to position the battery and the cover 74 of the filter, the suction device 10 can obtain a simple design. In addition, the suction device according to the invention has a compact implementation and, consequently, high mobility. This has particular advantages due to the special design of the suction device as a suction device powered by batteries. Maintenance of the suction device 10 is possible by means of a method that is convenient for the user because the user for access to the batteries 48 and 50 and the filter element 32 may be used only with one hand, he first puts the lid 42 of the socket to position the battery from the closed position to the open position, and if necessary, then puts the lid 74 of the filter from its closed position to the regulations of the withdrawal.

In the case of the batteries 48 and 50 we are talking about batteries, large capacity, the operation of which heat is released. To maintain the proper functioning of the batteries 48 and 50 of the suction device comprises a cooling device 112, through which the battery 48 and 50 can be effectively cooled.

To provide cooling batteries 48 and 50 of the cover 74 of the filter in some places, made in the form of a hollow body. Cover filter 74 has a support plate 114 (Fig.6), which in the field of battery holders 60 and 62 with the creation of the intermediate space wearing the support elements 64. Between the battery holders 60 and 62 on the base plate 114 is wearing a cap 116. Thus, between the support plate 114, on the one hand, and the support element 64 of the cover 116, on the other hand, is formed by the outlet channel 118.

From the rear side 38 of the outlet channel 118 passes approximately along the median longitudinal plane of the suction device 10, while it is at the height of the middle of the cleaning device 76 of the filter branches off the T-shape in the direction of the battery holders 60 and 62. On facing away from the locking element 102 side of the cover 74 of the filter outlet channel 118 passes into the chamber 120 of the fan, where the impeller 112 fan cooling unit.

In addition, supporting members 64 in each case formed a multiplicity of holes 124 for exhaust air batteries 48 and 50 in the outlet channel 118 of the cooling device 112. The input devices 124 can be aligned with educated with the bottom side of the housings 66 of the batteries 48 and 50 outlets, if the batteries 48 and 50 are held in the holders of 60 or 62. This is shown schematically in Fig.6.

At least in the mode of ORT batteries suction device 10, the impeller 122 of the fan is in motion. This allows you to produce a vacuum in the outlet channel 118 so that the cooling air can flow through the inlet 108 and 110 into the housing 66 of the batteries 48 and 50. The exhaust air from the batteries 48 and 50 can flow through the outlet openings 126 and the inlet 124 to the outlet channel 118 and removed from it through the impeller fan 122. In practice it turned out that due to this, it is possible to achieve effective cooling of the batteries 48 and 50.
