SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for adaptation of a capsule to the capsule holder of the food machine, when the capsule or pod is less than the capsules or pods initially designed for insertion into the capsule holder, at that the machine comprises an element of the liquid input with the purpose of circulation of the liquid through the capsule into the outlet, at that the device comprises a retention part designed for retaining at least a part of the capsule, and a sealing means for adaptation to the circumference of the capsule holder and/or the element of the liquid input and/or the outer surface of the capsule in a sealing manner so that the flow of liquid is directed only from the element of the liquid input through the capsule into the outlet.

EFFECT: proposed design of the device for adaptation of capsules enables to provide flexibility of the machine designed for use of certain types of capsules or pods, thereby enabling to use other capsules in it, not proposed in a number of products of capsules suitable to the machine, ensuring the level of safety, quality and convenience.

The technical field to which the invention relates

The present invention relates to a device for adapting a food container such as a capsule or pod, to restraint, such as those used in devices for cooking, such as machines for brewing coffee.

The level of technology

Known numerous machines for both domestic and professional use, which allow the consumer to prepare food or drinks from capsules or pods, containing the ingredients. The manner in which the capsule or pod is inserted into the machine for cooking, is the key to system availability and convenience of the consumer. More specifically, insertion of the capsule or pod should preferably be clear and simple, and the removal of used capsules or pods should be correct and easy.

All suppliers of systems using capsules, has developed its own specific shape and size for capsules and pods and machine holder that comes with it. Typically, the capsules are thickened configuration generally in the shape of a truncated cone.

The General principle of cooking from the capsule contains, after insertion of the capsule into the reception part of the machine, the introduction or penetration of liquids - for example, hot or cold water� - in the capsule. Mentioned the fluid will be extracted (using the increase of fluid pressure inside the capsule) and/or dissolve (or low in the absence of pressure inside the capsule), at least one food product contained in the capsule in order to prepare the final food product, which is then removed from the capsule into the Cup.

Due to the fact that the machine for cooking uses the flow of liquid for cooking a food product from capsules, essential is ensuring impermeable to fluid between the capsule and the machine. In addition, some machines allow you to prepare a range of different products, depending on which the first ingredient is Packed in capsules. For reasons mentioned above, some systems include a holder capsules or pods that are built and have the ability to move, or are removable relative to the machine so that the capsule can directly insert and then remove immediately after use.

Additional important technical characteristics of the capsule holder is that its shape and size ensure a snug fit to size and shape corresponding to the capsule in order to guarantee that the capsule has not collapsed or exploded under the influence of internal pressure when the cooking includes increasing the pressure fluid introduced inside the capsule during the brewing process.

However, in some cases, the consumer may involve the use of machines for cooking of the product, which is not offered in a range of products capsules or pods, which usually fit the car.

Therefore there is a need to ensure flexibility of the machine using the capsule holder so that the machine is designed for use with a particular type of capsules or pods, can also be used with other capsules with the guarantee of the same level of safety, quality�CTB food product and services as the original capsules or pods.

Disclosure of the invention

The present invention solves the above technical problem using the machine for cooking, which is suitable for preparing a food product from a capsule or pod, and the machine is adapted for the reception of the holder of a capsule or pod, which is arranged to receive and hold at least one capsule or pod of the first type, and includes an input element of fluid, which can be moved relative to the capsule holder, or pods, for circulating fluid through the inner chamber of the capsule or pod into the outlet opening of the capsule or pod, which is characterized in that it further comprises at least one adapting device for adapting at least one capsule or pod of the second type to the holder capsules, and the capsules or pods of the second type is less than capsules or pods of the first type, wherein the device contains:

- plot of retention that is designed to retain at least part of the capsule or pod of the second type, wherein the area of retention is in contact and holds the entire surface of the side walls of the capsule or pod and preferably the lower wall at least during circulation of the liquid through the capsule or pod, and

- uplotnitel�the means to adapt the circumference of the capsule holder, and/or to the element of the fluid and/or to the outer surface of the capsule is sealed to the fluid flow is directed only from the introduction of fluid through the inner chamber of the capsule or pod into the outlet opening of the capsule or pod.

The present invention allows the user to use a different type of capsules or pods, and not the kind of capsules or pods specially (originally) designed for use dishwasher for the preparation of beverages and a capsule holder, regardless of this machine and holder, when these various capsules or pods less than capsules or pods, originally intended to operate machine and capsule holder.

Plot of retention device adaptation is in contact and holds the entire surface of the body of the capsule or pod, at least during the circulation of fluid through the capsule or pod. Thus, the invention solves the problem of high pressure which is created inside the capsule or pod: due to the high pressure inside the capsule or pod during cooking, the capsule wall must be held opposite inner walls of the capsule holder. In the case where the user uses a different type of capsule or pod, that is, the capsule or pod, with a different size and/or shape so that the capsule or pods less �about volume than capsule or pod, specially designed for use with the capsule or pod machine, wall native capsules or pods will not be retained opposite inner walls of the capsule holder, as it usually should be. As a result, there is a risk of explosion or damage to the capsule or pod as a result of increasing pressure during cooking. As is now clear, the present invention solves this problem by offering machines for cooking, containing the unit of adaptation, which can be used by a consumer to prevent the destruction of various kinds of capsule or pod, and not the kind of capsule or pod, which was originally developed to adapt to the capsule holder mentioned cars. The capsule holder allows you to prevent such damage, and it is made with the possibility of overlap in shape and size with no original capsule or pod so that the inner wall of the device adaptation hold the outer surface of the native capsule or pod at a time when the liquid is introduced under pressure into the capsule/pods.

In addition, this configuration essentially ensures that no liquid will flow in the bypass flow paths of fluid, more specifically, ensures that in the space between the device adaptation and a capsule holder will not occur Ute�Ki, and/or between the device adaptation and the input element of water, and/or device adaptation and the outer surface of the housing walls of the capsule or pod. Therefore, the liquid is compelled to flow from the injection element of the machine through the capsule or pod and then leak from the capsule holder, for example into the Cup below.

In addition, the present invention more specifically relates to a device adaptation, designed to adapt at least one so-called "non-native" capsules or pods to the capsule holder machine for cooking, as described above, and the "nonnative" capsule or pod is smaller than the so-called "native" capsules or pods originally intended to be inserted into the capsule holder, the device adaptation contains:

- plot of retention that is designed to retain at least part of the capsule or pod, and a plot of retention is in contact and holds the entire surface of the side walls of the capsule or pod and preferably the lower wall at least during the circulation of fluid under pressure through the capsule or pod, and

- sealing means for adapting the circumference of the holder, and/or to the input element of the fluid machine, and/or to the outer surface of the capsule is sealed to the fluid flow is directed only �W input element of fluid through the inner chamber of the capsule or pod into the outlet opening of the capsule or pod.

In the first embodiment, the device adaptation contains an annular body of the device, the outer shape and size of which, at least in part, a response to the inner shape and size of the capsule holder, and the inner shape and size of which, at least partially, second outer surface, at least one capsule or pod.

In the second alternative embodiment, the device adaptation contains, in General, a Cup-shaped body of the device, the outer shape and size of which, at least in part, a response to the inner shape and size of the capsule holder, and the inner shape and size of which, at least partially, second outer surface, at least one capsule or pod, with Cup-shaped housing has at least one outlet in its bottom for the circulation of the food product produced as a result of the circulation of the liquid through the capsule or pod.

In General, device adaptation, according to the present invention, further comprises a wall closing lid for closing the Cup-shaped or annular body of the device, over and above the cap has a hole located in accordance with the input element of fluid to the mentioned fluid received through the cover in capsules� or pods.

In this case, the cover preferably contains a system of channels containing at least one channel, reported by fluid with the hole of the cover, and mentioned at least one channel is communicated in fluid with at least outlet opening disposed near or in contact with the shell of the capsule or pod.

Even more preferably, closing the lid further comprises a sealing means, such as annular rubber seal of circular cross section to provide a sealed contact surface between the device and the cover. Alternatively, both parts can be manufactured (or cover) of a rubber-like material that provides a sealed joint between them.

The shape and size of this cover can vary depending on the type of capsule or pod.

The internal shape of the device adaptation can be performed with the possibility of coverage of the capsule, having essentially rigid walls, usually in the form of a cylinder, disk or a truncated cone. Alternatively, the internal shape of the said device adaptation can be performed with the possibility of coverage of soft pods having, essentially, a flexible wall, usually in the form of a disc.

In another possible embodiment of the present invention, there are two Cup-shaped stacked RA�owiny, made with the possibility of snagging a sealed manner in order to determine the internal camera to cover at least one capsule or pod, the upper shell is connected to the input element of fluid, impermeable to the liquid, and the lower shell includes an outlet for the circulation of the food product produced as a result of the circulation of the liquid through the capsule or pod.

In all cases mentioned above, the device adaptation mainly contains the lower portion in the shape of a funnel, wherein the funnel has a shape and size to the lower outlet of the funnel tightly to the bottom of the outlet of the capsule holder, so that the food product derived from a capsule or pod, went through the funnel and the funnel without contact with the capsule holder. This configuration prevents cross contamination between two different products that will be prepared one after the other, provided that the unit of adaptation is cleaned after each brewing. In this case, the prepared product is not in contact with the machine or the capsule holder, which, of course, very convenient for the user: after use should be cleaned several parts of the system.

Also preferably, the device adaptation, ACC�SSS to the present invention, further comprises an opening means located at least in the area of its inner surface, and an opening means suitable for opening at least the portion of the capsule or pod in order to create at least one outlet for liquid and/or the outlet opening for the product release through the capsule or pod.

Mainly, device adaptation, according to the present invention, can be performed in such a way that it is disposable and discarded after use. This eliminates the need mentioned cleaning the device after each use, and it is convenient for the consumer. In this case, various components of the device preferably are made of biodegradable material or material that is biodegradable.

The present invention is additionally directed to a method that allows the user to prepare a food product from the system, as described above, the method contains the stages on which:

- have device adaptation, according to the present invention, the capsule holder machine for cooking

- download device adaptation, at least one capsule or pod,

- optional closing device adaptation upper cover,

- opt�online place holder loaded capsule into the reception part of the machine,

- start the cycle of cooking a food product using automatic or manual actuation of the machine.

Brief description of the drawings

The implementation of the invention

To simplify the remainder of the description assumes that the machine for cooking is a machine for preparing drinks. However, this should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present application or of the claims. In other types of machines you can use a positive result of the present invention, for example in such machines, machines for preparing nutritious food, machines for making ice cream, machines for tea and coffee machine.

Such machines are well known in the art and described for example in document EP 1967099 B1. They usually contain:

a source of fluid, for example water, for extraction and/or dissolution contained in the capsule ingredients to grill�one food product; such a source may be, for example, a container of water,

- the holder of the capsule to enclose the capsule in the car in the correct position during cooking of a food product, wherein the capsule holder can be completely removable or may simply be moved relative to the machine,

- input element fluid designed to circulate the fluid for extraction in the capsule; circulation should not be understood as limiting the present invention; it can be a direct introduction of liquid into the chamber of the capsule by, for example, injection needles, but alternatively may also represent the penetration of the liquid through the capsule by creating a cushion of fluid in one area of the walls of the capsule so that the liquid flow is directed only through the chamber of the capsule and has not circulated along the "shortest" path around the capsule; the fluid circulating in a capsule or pod, may be under pressure or under the pressure of the environment; in case of being under pressure, working pressure may be low (usually below 10 bar) or high (above 10 bar);

pumping means to circulate the fluid for extraction from the source through the machine to the input control fluid to circulate fluid through the CBSA�Lou or pods;

- heating means communicated in fluid with the pump and the input member of the fluid and intended for heating the liquid, if necessary, prior to its circulation through the capsule;

- valve means associated with manual selector so that the fluid that circulates through the capsule or pod, could heat up or to remain at ambient temperature depending on the type of product being cooked.

During operation of the machine the user typically inserts the capsule or pod into the capsule holder and then inserts the loaded capsule holder in the receiving tank of the machine. Then the user manually moves the input element of the liquid and the capsule holder in a direction toward each other so that the input element of the liquid came into contact with the capsule and was ready to enter the liquid in the capsule or pod.

Alternatively, at least part of the movement of the capsule holder inside the machine can be automatic in order to ensure that the input element of the liquid came into contact with the surface of the capsule or pod.

Device adaptation, according to the present invention, aimed at ensuring safe and convenient solution for the user who wishes to use the capsule or pod into the capsule holder machine for cooking, which �whether that would constitute a "non-native" pod or pods for use with a machine for making beverages. The term "non-native" means that the pod or pods were not originally intended for use in the capsule holder machine for preparing drinks, and are smaller in size compared to native capsule or pod, originally intended for use with the capsule holder machine. In other words, "non-native" capsule or pod has a volume that is smaller than the internal volume of the capsule holder. More specifically, such "non-native" capsule has a shape and/or size that is different from the shape and/or size of the capsules or pods, initially trapped within the capsule holder machine for preparing drinks. In such cases, "non-native" capsule or pod, which was not designed or constructed for future use car holder for cooking, maybe, anyway, contain a type of dietary ingredient for cooking a food product that meets the user's needs. However, such "non-native" capsule or pod has a volume that is lower than the "native" of capsules or pods so that at least a portion of the outer surface of the said capsule or pod is not in contact with the inner walls of the capsule holder and held them during preparation of the beverage, i.e., when fluid is introduced under pressure into internal castlecops or pod. The fact that the walls of the capsule or pod is not charged or only partially retained as the pod or pods is under pressure, may cause damage or explosion of the capsule or pod during preparation of the drink, which, of course, is highly undesirable.

The so-called "native" capsule, that is specially designed for use in the capsule holder machine for preparing beverages, as described in the present application, may be of any shape and size as long as this shape and size are such that the outer surface of the capsule or pod of at least side and bottom walls is adapted to the inner surface of the capsule holder so that the said wall with the inner surface of the capsule holder tightly held side and bottom wall of the capsule, at least when the liquid is introduced into it, but preferably in any time capsule or pod is inserted into the holder capsules (or pods).

In the remainder of the description will also be described a specific structure of a capsule or pod as non-limiting examples of capsules or pods that you can use in your device, as in the present invention.

For example, a suitable capsule can be "open" type, that is already open on one side, which must be shared�on the side of the input member of the fluid machine (inlet for fluid extraction) and/or on the bottom (cut to release the food product or "exhaust" hole).

In another example, the capsule is closed during insertion into the device adaptation and a capsule holder and is opened when the internal pressure increases with the introduction into it of fluid for the extraction, and when you press on the outside wall of the capsule. More specifically, it may be, for example, a capsule with upper and/or lower membrane having means for opening the capsule, when it is subjected to pressure fluid, for example, self-opening valve.

In yet another embodiment the capsule or pod is closed - at least on the upper or lower side, when the side walls are also closed during the insertion into the machine, and it is opened by contact with an opening means, which is a component of the device adaptation.

Fig.1 shows a native capsule 100, which will be used in the capsule holder machine for preparing beverages according to the present invention. Fig.2 shows a native capsule 100, as in Fig.1, therefore, specially designed to fit to the holder 7 of the capsule machine for preparing drinks and set in the holder capsules last. Since she is a native capsule by definition, its shape accordingly coincides with the shape of the holder 7 of the capsule, so the outer surface of the side and bottom walls to�paly coincides with the inner surface of the capsule holder. In addition, in Fig.2 shows how the upper diaphragm 103 referred to a native of the capsule plate is opposite to the needle element 11 of the liquid inlet, so that the needle 11 protrudes inside the capsule, the functional configuration of the capsule inside the capsule holder.

Several possible specific embodiments of the device adaptation, according to the present invention, will now be given by way of examples and is further illustrated with reference to the drawings.

In the first embodiment of the present invention shown in Fig.3 device adaptation allows to adapt the capsule 1 body 2 capsules with rigid walls made of, e.g., aluminum or plastic, injection-molded, or a combination thereof. The capsule 1 has, as a rule, the walls in the form of a truncated cone, and the upper wall includes an annular edge 4.

Rigid or semi-rigid capsule shown in Fig.3A is a capsule open type: its top wall 3 and bottom wall 5 are opened together during placement of 1 capsule in the capsule holder or device adaptation. During storage, the open capsule is packaged in a single secondary packaging, for example in flexible film wrapper (not shown in the drawing).

Fig.3B shows the adaptation device 6 according to the present invention that R�Solorzano in the holder 7 of the capsule machine for making beverages. Device adaptation contains a Cup-shaped housing 8 and the top cover 9. As seen in the drawing, when the cover 9 closes the housing 8, the adaptation device 6 completely covers the capsule 1 and holds the side walls of the capsule, and the upper wall 3 of the capsule, which is adjacent to the upper cover 9 of the device 6 adaptation. Alternative, the device dimensions of adaptation can be set so that over the product had a free space between the lower surface of the upper cover 9 and the upper surface of the upper wall 3 of the capsule. This free space above the product will be described later with reference to Fig.3.

The upper cover 9 has an opening 10 located in accordance with item 11 of the liquid inlet of the machine for preparing beverages, in order that the fluid passed through the cover into the capsule. Fig.3B, the input control fluid is an injection needle 11, which rests on the plate for the needle, and the incoming liquid is depicted by the arrow. The upper cover 9 system contains 12 channels with one channel, reported by fluid with the hole 10 of the cover, and channel 12 is also communicated through the fluid with multiple outlet openings 13 near the upper wall 3 of the capsule. During preparation of the beverage, the liquid flows through the injection needle 11; it then circulates through� the circulation channel 12 and enters the interior of the device 6 adaptation through the outlet openings 13. At this time, since the liquid is supplied by pump machines for preparing beverages, it flows through the capsule, thus, extragere and/or dissolving the contents of the capsule in order to prepare the drink. Mentioned the drink is then poured through the hole of the lower wall 5 of the capsule toward the section 14 of the funnel-shaped device adapted for guiding the beverage towards the outlet 5 of the holder 7 of the capsule. As shown in Fig.3B, section 14 of the funnel device 6 adaptation preferably has a protruding portion at its lower bottom side, so that the lower outlet of the funnel tight to lower the outlet 15 of the capsule holder, so that the food product derived from a capsule or pod, is directed through a funnel, in the direction of the crater, with no contact with the capsule holder.

Device adaptation, according to the invention has a mechanical strength sufficient to withstand the internal pressure, which is present inside, insert it into capsules or pods to hold at least the side and bottom wall of the capsule or pod during preparation of the beverage, that is, when fluid is introduced under pressure into the capsule or pod.

As shown in Fig.3B, closing the upper cover 9 advanced�tive contains a sealing means, to ensure the tightness of the contact surface between the Cup-shaped body of the device and the cover. The sealing means comprises an annular rubber seal 16 of circular cross-section. Additionally, to ensure the tightness of the junction between the upper surface of the cover 9 and the remaining part of the machine for preparing beverages, the cover 9 may contain a rubber sealing ring 17 of circular cross-section.

Alternatively, instead of the annular sealing means, which is described above, the seal and tightness can be achieved by using a rubber-like coating and/or special shape of the cover 9 or the housing 8, so that these parts are tightly and without seams coming to a corresponding mating parts with which they are in contact.

Fig.4 is depicted in detail how the capsule 1 is placed in a Cup-shaped housing 8 of the device adaptation, and how the upper cover 9 of the device adaptation then closes the said housing so that the joint between the cover 9 and the housing 8 has been sealed. After a seamless fit to the housing 8, the only possible passage for the fluid is to pass through the hole 10 of the upper cover, and then through the capsule 1, and then through the portion 14 in the shape of a funnel device adaptation, as shown near the arrows in Fig.5. As shown in Fig.4, the Cup-shaped housing 8 contains� inner edge area of 18, which is located on the circumference in the upper part of the housing 8. This regional section 18 is designed for precise adaptation to the peripheral edge 4 of the capsule, as can also be seen in Fig.5 and Fig.6. The fact that the edge 4 of the capsule rests on the peripheral edge of the section 18 and just adapted to it, ensures that the liquid, which is introduced in section 19 of free space above the product is directed into the inner part of the capsule housing and passes through the shortest path around the outside edge of the capsule and along the outer surface of the walls of the capsule housing. This shortest path is highly undesirable, as it will reduce the extraction and/or dissolution of the capsule with fluid, and lead to poor quality of the final product. Possibly additional sealing means such as o-ring 16b, can be performed with the possibility of increasing tightness in the area of the junction between the edge of the capsule, the upper cap 9 and the housing 8 of the capsule, as shown in Fig.5 and 6.

Fig.7 illustrates an alternative embodiment of the device 6 adaptation, according to the present invention. In this case, the housing 8 of the device adaptation is designed to receive soft chalda 20, for example disc-shaped pod with coffee, consisting of two layers 21 and soft filter paper that surrounds defined�TES the number of powdered roasted and ground coffee, moreover, the two layers are sealed around the circumference of the peripheral edge 22 of the disc-shaped pod 20. As shown in Fig.7, the Cup-shaped housing 8 of the device 6 adaptation includes a bottom wall 23, which is provided with a plurality of vents 24. The outer upper surface of the upper cover 9 comprises a circular groove, which is designed for insertion of the needle 11 of the machine for preparing drinks to try a liquid, as can be seen in Fig.8. Sealing means, such as koltseobraznoe rubber seal 17 made, as already described above, in order to prevent leakage between the upper cover 9 and a machine for preparing a beverage. If necessary, such sealing means can be placed at the junction between the housing 8 of the device adaptation and a peripheral edge 22 of the pod 20.

As shown in Fig.8, immediately after inserting a pod into the device adaptation, the last fully covers and keeps the pods, i.e., the surface of the pods are in contact with the inner surface of the device adaptation, at least at the time of circulation of fluid through the pods. In this case, the junction between the peripheral edges 22 of pods, the upper cap 9 and the housing 8 of the device adaptation is sealed due to the fact that the material from which the garlic is soft mother�scrap, acting as the sealing material, and also because the top cover 9 and the housing 8 are tightly squeezed together that the edge 22 of the pods were located between them is very tight. However, when this design will not provide sufficient tightness, especially if cooking a food product requires a high pressure of fluid passing through the pods, the surface of the cover 9 and the housing 8, which are in contact with the edge 22 of the pods can be covered by a sealing material such as rubber.

Fig.9 shows another possible embodiment of the device adaptation, according to the present invention. In this case, the upper cover 9 of the device 6 adaptation attached rotatably to the casing 8 around the hinges 25. Variant implementation of the invention depicted in Fig.9 further comprises a characteristic according to which the upper cover 9 of the device 6 adaptation contains a number of spikes or needles 26, the speakers down towards the inside of the machine adaptation. These spikes 26 are connected to the 12 channels of the upper cover 9, and is arranged to move the liquid injected from the injection element of the machine, toward the capsule. In particular, the spikes 26 are of a length sufficient to pierce the surface of the capsule or h�LDA, to directly get into the body of the capsule or pod, as well as in the mass of the contained ingredient. This design is particularly adapted to situations where the capsule or pod, which will be inserted into the device adaptation, has a rigid closed surface, at least on the side adjacent to a top cover 9. In the example shown in Fig.9 pods 20 is made of two halves connected along the peripheral edge 22. The upper half 27 pod is rigid and closed, while the lower half 28 is made of soft filter paper, which is permeable to liquid. The housing adaptation similar to what was described earlier with reference to Fig.8 without the funnel plot.

Fig.10 shows another possible embodiment of the present invention, in which the device adaptation is made with semi-rigid capsule having a top wall with small inlets (not shown in the drawing). The capsule further comprises a flexible bottom wall 30 having a convex shape oriented toward the inner part of the capsule, as shown in Fig.10. The bottom wall 23 of the device adaptation contains a number of outlet openings 24 for draining the cooked product from the capsule. In this specific embodiment the upper p�the surface of the lower wall 23 contains a number of studs 31, oriented upward toward the bottom wall of the capsule. In an embodiment, depicted in Fig.10, device adaptation does not contain a top cover, and the seal between the top edge of the device adaptation and plate for the needle element 11 of the entering fluid is achieved by means of the ring seal 32, which prevents leakage between these two elements.

When the fluid passes through the needle element 11 of the entering fluid, it enters into the space 19 above the product that exists between the plate of the needle and the upper wall 29 of the capsule. Then it flows through the hole of the upper wall of the capsule and put into capsule. When the capsule is filled with fluid, the pressure increases and begins to push on the outside of the capsule wall and, in particular, the convex bottom wall 30. When the pressure inside the capsule reaches a predetermined value, the bottom wall is deformed and moves outside of the studs 31 of the lower wall 23, which is pierced with a convex wall 30 of the capsule, thus allowing the product contained inside the capsule, to flow through the portion 14 in the shape of a funnel device adaptation and then through the outlet 15 of the capsule holder into the Cup, not shown in the drawing.

In another embodiment of the present invention, not shown in the drawing, the upper cover of the Department�tsya from the device body adaptation and the consumer can attach this cover manually on the input element of the fluid machine. In this case, the top cover of the device adaptation is made a means of attachment, such as a suction Cup, the plot of which is covered with glue with the possibility of tripping or similar vehicle with permanently attaching or attaching with the possibility of tripping.

During the closing machine, the input element liquid together with the upper cover is moved to the housing adaptation and closes its upper edge sealed (as described above can be performed, the tool is used).

As can be understood from the above explanations and descriptions, the present invention provides a very reliable and flexible solution to adapt the capsules or pods that were not originally designed or constructed for future use specific dishwasher for cooking and capsule holder. In this case, the device adaptation allows a safe way to adapt one type of capsule or pod to the capsule holder so as to guarantee the quality of the final product, and to ensure the safe operation of the machine, in particular by preventing damage to the capsule or pod, which initially had a wrong shape or size for the holder of a capsule or pod, when� the internal pressure was increased in a capsule or pod, also by preventing leakage of liquid in all different elements bound together, and to prevent such a shortest path of fluid flow for the extraction/dissolution.

Device adaptation, according to the present invention, can be adapted in shape and size in order to fit different holders capsules and capsules/pods as long as they have the essential features that were described above. For example, it can be used with capsules, which are used to prepare different drinks or even non-liquid edible products, such as nutritious food or baby food, soups, desserts, ice cream.

Device adaptation, according to the present invention, it is also possible to use machines that prepare food at various temperature and pressure of the liquid. Used liquid is usually water (hot or cold), but it could also represent another type of liquid, other liquid than water, and possibly mixed, if necessary, with gas.

Various parts of the device adaptation, according to the present invention, can be made of thermoplastic, metal, alloys, rubber, or the like,or combinations of them. In addition, it can be manufactured in the form of a single part or different parts mo�but be manufactured independently and then assemble during the manufacturing process, or even be delivered unassembled to the consumer, who will collect them manually. This will allow the user to use, for example, the same device adaptation, as described above with reference to Fig.3B, or adapt manually the bottom wall with spikes, as described with reference to Fig.8, in the case of different types of capsules that you want to use. This will allow the consumer to customize different types of capsules, depending on their needs, using the same device adaptation as a General base.

Usually, the dimensions of the various parts of the device adaptation are chosen so as to ensure tightness, at least at the top of the device adaptation and, in particular, the joints between the device regions and the input member of the fluid machine, as well as in the area of the outer surface of the capsule or pod in order to ensure that the liquid does not leak:

- in the interval between the device adaptation (and/or capsule holder) and the input element of the fluid machine, and

- around the walls of the capsule or pod.

Device adaptation, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide the user in the form of a kit of parts, and the set contains the same packing device adaptation, as well as one or more capsules or pods of the same type or different types, so consumers could choose in the package, what a capsule or pod is necessary, and to use it in the capsule holder of your machine for cooking by adapting accordingly the insert. In the case where it is necessary to adapt several devices adaptable to various configurations of capsules or pods, the kit can contain a number of inserts, each of which refers to one type of capsule or pod.

Usually, it should be understood that various changes and modifications presented in the preferred embodiments described herein will be obvious to experts in this field of technology. Such changes and modifications can be performed without deviation from the essence and scope of the present invention and without diminishing its attendant advantages. It is therefore considered that such changes and modifications be covered by the appended claims of the invention.

1. Machine for cooking, designed to prepare a food product and configured to receive the holder of a capsule or pod, which is arranged to receive and hold at least one capsule or pod of the first type, wherein the machine contains an element (11) entering fluid configured to be movable relative to the holder capsules or pods and intended for �of obespecheniya circulation of fluid through the inner chamber of the capsule or pod into the outlet opening of the capsule or pod, characterized in that it further comprises at least one device (6) adaptation, designed to adapt at least one capsule or pod (100) of the second type to the holder (7) capsules, and the capsules or pods of the second kind less than capsules or pods of the first type, with the specified device contains:
- plot of retention that is designed to hold at least the portion of the capsule or pod of the second type, and the plot hold arranged to contact and retain the entire surface of the side walls of the capsule or pod, at least during the circulation of fluid through the capsule or pod, and
- sealing means (16, 17, 32) to adapt the circumference of the capsule holder, and/or to the input element of the fluid, and/or to the outer surface of the capsule sealed manner so that the fluid flow is directed only from the element (11) entering the liquid through the inner chamber of the capsule or pod into the outlet opening of the capsule or pod.

2. Machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the area of retention is arranged to contact and retain the entire surface of the side and bottom walls of the capsule or pod, at least during the circulation of fluid through the capsule or pod.

3. Device (6) adaptation for adapting at least one capsule or pod (100) to the holder (7) .�s machine for cooking according to any one of claim 1 or 2, moreover, the capsule or pod (100) is less than capsules or pods originally intended to be inserted into the capsule holder, the device adaptation contains:
- plot of retention that is designed to hold at least the portion of the capsule or pod, and the plot hold arranged to contact and retain the entire surface of the side walls of the capsule or pod, at least during the circulation of fluid under pressure through the capsule or pod, and
- sealing means (16, 17, 32) to adapt the circumference of the capsule holder, and/or to the input element of the fluid machine, and/or to the outer surface of the capsule sealed manner so that the fluid flow is directed only from the element (11) entering the liquid through the inner chamber of the capsule or pod, the outlet opening of the capsule or pod.

4. The device according to claim 3, in which the plot hold arranged to contact and retain the entire surface of the side and bottom walls of the capsule or pod, at least during the circulation of fluid through the capsule or pod.

5. The device according to claim 3, which comprises an annular body of the device, the outer shape and size of which is at least partially a response to the inner shape and size of the holder (7) capsule, and an inner shape and size of which is at least partially external response Wops�resti, at least one capsule (1) or pod (20).

6. The device according to claim 4, which comprises an annular body of the device, the outer shape and size of which is at least partially a response to the inner shape and size of the holder (7) capsule, and an inner shape and size of which is at least partly a response of the outer surface of at least one capsule (1) or pod (20).

7. The device according to claim 3, which contains, in General, a Cup-shaped body of the device, the outer shape and size of which, at least in part, a response to the inner shape and size of the holder (7) capsule, and an inner shape and size of which is at least partly a response of the outer surface of at least one capsule (1) or pod (20), wherein the Cup-shaped housing has at least one outlet opening (14, 24) at its lower section for the circulation of the food product, produced as a result of the circulation of the liquid through the capsule or pod.

8. The device according to claim 4, which contains, in General, a Cup-shaped body of the device, the outer shape and size of which, at least in part, a response to the inner shape and size of the holder (7) capsule, and an inner shape and size of which, at least partially, second outer surface, at least one capsule (1) or pod (20), wherein the Cup-shaped housing has, at IU�e, one outlet opening (14, 24) at its lower section for the circulation of the food product produced as a result of the circulation of the liquid through the capsule or pod.

9. Device according to any one of claims.5-8, which further comprises a closing lid (9) for closing the Cup-shaped or ring-shaped enclosure, wherein the lid (9) has a hole (10) located in accordance with item (11) of the input fluid to the mentioned fluid received through the cover into the capsule (1) or pods (20).

10. The device according to claim 9, in which the cover (9) comprises a system (12) channels containing at least one channel which is communicated with the liquid outlet (10) of the cover, and the specified at least one channel is communicated in fluid with at least one outlet hole (13) located close to or in contact with the body of the capsule (1) or pod (20).

11. The device according to claim 10, in which the closing lid (9) further comprises sealing means (16) to ensure the tightness of the contact surface between the housing (8) of the device and the cover (9).

12. The device according to claim 11, in which the sealing means (16) is an annular rubber seal round cross-section.

13. Device according to any one of claims.3-8, 10-12, internal form which provides coverage of a capsule having, essentially, stiff�e wall is usually in the form of a cylinder, disk or a truncated cone.

The bottom part of the insert system has inlet and outlet with a possibility of connection between the inlet and outlet of end plate so that water from the inlet gets into the top to the cooking volume, so that the beverage made from water and mentioned amount of beverage ingredient goes to the bottom of the outlet, discharges from the outlet of end plate. The bottom part of the insert system has radio frequency ID (RFID) or a bar-code which is scanned by the reader of the device for its work to be controlled. Bar-code or RFID is located on the bottom part of the insert system so that the line which connects the inlet with the centre of the bar-code or RFID and the line which connects outlet with inlet of insert system are divided with a minimum angle blank no more than 70 degrees.

Note that the said upper and lower parts can move in open state, when required amount of drunk ingredients can be fed into the insert, and closed state, when both power and upper parts are sealed by the said sealing device to form a curing chamber there between. Lower part is furnished with inlet and outlet channels arranged to communicate with the curing head inlet and outlet channels, respectively, when the insert is fitted into the machine to allow water to pass from the curing head inlet channel upward into curing chamber via the insert inlet channel.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to integral cartridge for extraction of beverage from bulk substance. Cartridge contains: main casing containing dish-shaped part and lid part. Dish-shaped part has a base, side wall and rim opposite to the base. Lid part is rigidly connected to the dish-shaped part rim for limitation of cartridge inner volume. Cartridge inner volume contains substance contained in the filtering means for keeping bulk substance and for percolation of fluid substances through it. Lid part contains a channel, constituting the first way for percolated fluid substances. Dish-shaped part base includes a channel constituting the second way for percolated fluid substances. Base includes many ribs formed on it and emerging in the cartridge inner volumeto support filtering means and bulk substance for forming of thin channels between filtering means and dish-shaped part channel.

EFFECT: invention provides simplification of cartridge using by decreasing of operations quantity performed for preparation of cartridge to set it into the machine for extraction of beverage.

The body is open in the upturned area for pressure-tight installation on an espresso coffee making machine and has a hole in its bottom positioned on the axis of the said bowl for passage of extracted beverage. The filter holder has an adaptor that is inserted into the bowl and is basically cylindrical to contain a substance in a powder form the beverage is to be extracted from. The adapter may rotate coaxially relative to the bowl.

EFFECT: invention enables facilitation of the filter holder removal from the extraction unit after beverage extraction completion.
